Claims (6)
- 光電変換素子を有する基板と、
前記基板の前記光電変換素子上に形成されたシンチレータ層と、
前記シンチレータ層上に配置され、前記シンチレータ層からの蛍光を反射するシート状の反射層と、
前記反射層が固定され、前記基板との間に前記シンチレータ層および前記反射層を覆う防湿体と
を具備することを特徴とする放射線検出器。 - 前記反射層を前記防湿体に固定する固定体を具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線検出器。 - 前記固定体は、前記基板の前記光電変換素子上から外れた位置にある
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の放射線検出器。 - 前記固定体の厚さは、50μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の放射線検出器。 - 前記固定体は、前記反射層を前記防湿体に粘着固定する粘着層であり、前記反射層または前記防湿体から剥離した状態でも粘着力を維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4いずれか一記載の放射線検出器。 - 前記防湿体は、外側の大気圧よりも内側の圧力が低く、外側の大気圧と内側の圧力との差圧により変位した状態で前記反射層を前記シンチレータ層に密着させている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載の放射線検出器。
