Abstract
Description
まず、実施形態における導体モジュールについて説明する。図1は、実施形態における導体モジュールの斜視図である。図2は、実施形態における導体モジュールの要部斜視図である。図3は、実施形態における導体モジュールの要部底面図である。図4は、実施形態におけるバスバーの斜視図である。図5は、実施形態における導体モジュールの要部斜視図である。なお、図2は図1の要部を拡大した拡大斜視図であり、配索材を表面から見た斜視図である。図3は配索材を裏面から見た要部を拡大した拡大図である。図5は、図2に対してバスバーおよびヒューズ保護部材を省略した図である。ここで、各図(図6〜図9も含む)のX方向は、本実施形態における電極端子およびバスバーの配列方向である。Y方向は、本実施形態におけるバスバーおよび配索材の幅方向であり、バスバーの対向方向であり、配列方向と直交する方向である。Z方向は、バスバーおよび配索材の上下方向であり、配列方向および幅方向と直交する方向である。Z1方向は上方向であり、Z2方向は下方向である。

Claims (5)
- 複数の電池セルを有する電池モジュールにおける前記電池セルの2つの電極端子の一方に電気的に接続される少なくとも2以上の接続導体と、
1つの前記接続導体と、前記接続導体が電気的に接続されている前記電池セルの状態を検出する状態検出装置と、を電気的に接続する検出導体が少なくとも2以上形成され、かつ可撓性を有するフィルム状の配索材と、
前記接続導体を前記配索材に対して固定する固定部材と、
を備え、
前記配索材は、前記接続導体を収容する接続導体収容部と、表面から裏面まで貫通する貫通穴と、を有し、
前記貫通穴は、前記配索材のうち、前記接続導体の対向方向において対向する両端面のうち一方の端面と対向する第一対向領域において、前記対向方向から見た場合に、前記接続導体と前記検出導体とが電気的に接続する電気的接続部を挟んで少なくとも2つ形成され、
前記固定部材は、前記接続導体に対して相対移動が規制された状態で前記接続導体に固定され、前記貫通穴に内在するものであり、前記貫通穴の軸方向から見た場合に、先端部が前記貫通穴よりも半径方向外側に位置する、
ことを特徴とする導体モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の導体モジュールにおいて、
前記固定部材は、前記接続導体と一体に形成されており、前記貫通穴に挿入されることで前記貫通穴に内在する係止片である、

前記配索材は、対向方向において前記接続導体を挟んで形成され、

前記配索材は、対向方向から見た場合に、隣り合う前記接続導体との間に、前記表面側あるいは前記裏面側の一方に突出する屈曲部が形成される、
