Claims (3)
- モータの回転駆動によって車輪のトー角を可変するアクチュエータに設けられ、前記モータの回転駆動停止時に前記アクチュエータの動作をロックするロック機構において、
前記ロック機構は、
前記アクチュエータのハウジングと一体又は別体で設けられるケーシングと、
前記モータのモータ軸に連結され、前記ケーシング内に回転可能に保持された入力側シャフトと、
前記入力側シャフトの回転トルクが伝達される出力側シャフトと、
ロック部と、
を備え、
前記ロック部は、
フリクション部材と、
前記入力側シャフトに設けられた押圧部及び側端部と、
前記フリクション部材に設けられた当接部と、
前記フリクション部材を付勢する付勢部材と、
を有し、
前記モータの回転駆動停止時、前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記フリクション部材が前記ケーシングに当接してフリクションロック状態とし、
前記モータの回転駆動時、前記入力側シャフトの前記押圧部が前記フリクション部材の前記当接部に当接し、且つ、押圧することで、前記フリクション部材が前記ケーシングから離間してフリクションロック状態を解除し、
前記フリクションロック状態が解除された後、前記側端部が前記フリクション部材に当接し、前記モータの回転トルクが前記入力側シャフトから前記出力側シャフトに対して伝達されることで、前記車輪のトー角が変化することを特徴とするアクチュエータのロック機構。 - 請求項1記載のアクチュエータのロック機構において、
前記アクチュエータは、出力ロッドを伸縮させる送りねじ機構を備えた伸縮アクチュエータからなり、
前記出力側シャフトは、前記送りねじ機構に接続されていることを特徴とするアクチュエータのロック機構。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載のアクチュエータのロック機構において、
前記ケーシングは、円筒状を呈し、
前記フリクション部材は、前記ケーシングの内周方向に沿って等角度離間して複数配置されていることを特徴とするアクチュエータのロック機構。
