Claims (5)
- 入力部材(74)に連結された雄ねじ部材(95)と出力部材(33)に連結された雌ねじ部材(96)とを螺合して送りねじ機構(39)を構成し、モータ(36)で前記入力部材(74)を回転させて前記出力部材(33)の軸方向の変位をスラスト力として出力する伸縮アクチュエータにおいて、
前記入力部材(74)は、ハウジング(32)との間に配置された一対のスラストベアリング(75,76)に挟まれて軸方向移動不能に支持されるとともに、前記ハウジング(32)との間に形成された隙間(β)を介して径方向移動可能に支持されることを特徴とする伸縮アクチュエータ。 - 前記ハウジング(32)にスペーサカラー(77)を挟んでロックナット(78)を締結し、前記ハウジング(32)と前記ロックナット(78)との間に前記一対のスラストベアリング(75,76)を介して前記入力部材(74)を支持したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジング(32)および前記スペーサカラー(77)の材質を同一としたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
- 前記ロックナット(78)は環状の凹部(78a)を有して断面L字状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
- 前記一対のスラストベアリング(75,76)の軸方向外側に前記ハウジング(32)および前記ロックナット(78)にそれぞれ当接する一対のワッシャ(115,116)を配置し、前記一方のワッシャ(115)の外周部を前記ハウジング(32)および前記入力部材(74)間に挟持するとともに、前記他方のワッシャ(116)の外周部を前記ロックナット(78)および前記入力部材(74)間に挟持したことを特徴とする、請求項2〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
