Abstract
Description
− シールリップ、
− ガラス板を固定するための接着ビード、
− ガラス板に取付け部品を固定するための接着剤
であってよいか、またはこれらを含んでいてよい:
− シールリップは、特に乗り物の分野において慣例的である。シールリップは、1つ以上の側辺に沿ってガラス板の周縁領域に配置されて側辺を突き出る。シールリップは、ガラス板と乗り物のボディとの間の隙間を塞ぎ、これによって走行音が低減される。しかしながら、他の用途も考えられる。
− 接着ビードは、ガラス板の一方の表面上を実質的に取り囲む周縁領域に施与されており、かつガラス板を窓開口部にはり付けることを可能にする接着剤のストリップである。そのような接着ビードは、特に乗り物の分野においても同様に慣例的であるが、他のガラス板においても適用可能である。
− 取付け部品も、特に乗り物の分野において、例えばバックミラー、センサまたはカメラ、ハンドル、エンキャプスレーション(Einkapselungen)において慣例的である。
(a)熱放射反射コーティングを、基材の室内側の表面に施与し、ここで、前記コーティングは、透明導電性酸化物(TCO)を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層および二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)を含有する最上層を有し、
(b)ポリマー製の固定要素またはシール要素を、前記コーティングに取り付ける。SiO2を含有する最上層と一緒になった熱放射反射コーティングは、固定要素またはシール要素を取り付ける前に除去されない。
本発明によるテストガラス板および比較ガラス板を、ITOから成る機能層2aを有する熱放射反射コーティング2およびその上に取り付けられたシール要素3としてのポリマー製シールリップを用いて製造した。本発明によるテストガラス板上のコーティング2と、比較ガラス板上のコーティング2とは、最上層2bの材料の点でのみ異なっていた。ここで、本発明によればSiO2を用い、比較ガラス板ではTiO2を用いた。シール要素3を有するガラス板を、温度処理、水分処理および塩処理によって人工的に熟成した。引き続き、手操作による剥離試験によってシール要素3の付着性を調べた。シール要素3を基材1に至るまで切断し、次いでその伸長方向に沿って剥離した。引き続き、DIN EN ISO 10365に従って破断パターンを目視評価した。凝集破断(シール要素3内部の破断)は許容できるが、接着破断(コーティング2からのシール要素3全体の剥離)は許容できない。
本発明によるテストガラス板および比較ガラス板を、ITOから成る機能層2aを有する熱放射反射コーティング2およびその上に印刷された不透明なマスキング印刷物5としての黒色エナメルを用いて製造した。本発明によるテストガラス板上のコーティング2と、比較ガラス板上のコーティング2とは、最上層2bの材料の点でのみ異なっていた。ここで、本発明によればSiO2を用い、比較ガラス板ではSi3N4を用いた。

Claims (15)
- 外部環境から室内を隔離するためのガラス板であって、
− 基材(1)と、
− 前記基材(1)の室内側の表面(i)上の熱放射反射コーティング(2)であって、透明導電性酸化物(TCO)を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層(2a)を有し、かつ前記熱放射反射コーティング(2)の最上層(2b)が二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)を含有する前記熱放射反射コーティング(2)と、
− 前記熱放射反射コーティング(2)上のポリマー製の固定要素またはシール要素(3)と
を少なくとも含むガラス板。 - 前記固定要素またはシール要素(3)が、前記熱放射反射コーティング(2)と直接接触して配置されている、請求項1記載のガラス板。
- 前記熱放射反射コーティング(2)と前記固定要素またはシール要素(3)との間に不透明なマスキング印刷物(5)が配置されている、請求項1記載のガラス板。
- 前記ポリマー製の固定要素またはシール要素(3)が、シールリップ、前記ガラス板を固定するための接着ビード、または前記ガラス板に取付け部品を固定するための接着剤を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。
- 前記固定要素またはシール要素(3)が、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、ポリスルフィド、ポリエポキシ、ゴム、例えば天然ゴム、ニトリルゴム(NBR)、スチレン・ブタジエン・ゴム、ブタジエン・アクリロニトリル・ゴム、エチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴム、シリコーンゴム、例えばRTV(室温架橋型)シリコーンゴム、HTV(高温架橋型)シリコーンゴム、過酸化物架橋型シリコーンゴムもしくは付加架橋型シリコーンゴム、ポリアクリレート、スチレン/ブタジエンブロックコポリマー(SBS)、エチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴム(EPDM)および/または熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。
- 前記固定要素またはシール要素(3)が、高温硬化性、水分硬化性またはUV硬化性ポリマー、特に水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤、例えばポリウレタンプレポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミドもしくはそれらの混合物もしくはコポリマー、または高温硬化性接着剤、例えばポリウレタン、シリコーン、ポリアクリレートおよびポリエポキシ(エポキシ樹脂)もしくはそれらの混合物を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。
- 前記基材(1)が、ガラスを、好ましくはソーダ石灰ガラスを含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。
- 前記熱放射反射コーティング(2)と前記固定要素またはシール要素(3)との間にプライマー(4)が施与されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。
- 前記プライマー(4)が、ポリイソシアネート、反応性シラン、メタクリレートおよび/またはポリウレタンを含有する、請求項8記載のガラス板。
- 前記機能層(2a)が、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ、アンチモンドープ酸化スズおよび/またはインジウム・スズ酸化物を少なくとも含有し、かつ好ましくは40nm〜200nmの厚さ、特に好ましくは70nm〜150nmの厚さを有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。
- 前記最上層(2b)が、20nm〜150nmの厚さ、好ましくは40nm〜100n
mの厚さを有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板。 - 熱放射反射コーティングおよびポリマー製の固定要素またはシール要素を有するガラス板を製造する方法であって、
(a)熱放射反射コーティング(2)を、基材(1)の室内側の表面(i)に施与し、ここで、前記コーティング(2)は、透明導電性酸化物(TCO)を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層(2a)および二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)を含有する最上層(2b)を有し、
(b)ポリマー製の固定要素またはシール要素(3)を、前記コーティング(2)に取り付ける、
方法。 - 方法工程(a)と(b)との間で、プライマー(4)を前記コーティング(2)に施与する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(2)を、方法工程(a)と(b)との間で洗浄液により処理し、前記洗浄液は、好ましくはシラン、界面活性剤、アルコール、ケトンまたはそれらの混合物を含有する、請求項12または13記載の方法。
- 乗り物のガラス板、または乗り物のガラス板のコンポーネント、特に自動車のルーフガラスとしての、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のガラス板の使用。
