Claims (9)
- ベース材料(5)、特に鋼材から形成されているチェーン要素(2)、特に、少なくとも2つのチェーンリンク(3)を連結するためのチェーンピン(4)であって、前記チェーン要素(2)が、外側のバナジウム層(8)を少なくとも部分的に有し、前記外側のバナジウム層(8)は、前記チェーン要素(2)の表面(10)を形成する酸化バナジウム層(9)で覆われていることを特徴とする、チェーン要素(2)。
- 前記酸化バナジウムが、好ましくはVO2またはV2O5の形態を含む、請求項1記載のチェーン要素(2)。
- 前記チェーン要素(2)の表面(6)上の前記バナジウム層(8)が、5μmを上回る厚み(8D)を有する、請求項1または2記載のチェーン要素(2)。
- 前記バナジウム層(8)の表面(7)上の前記酸化バナジウム層(9)が、2μm未満の厚み(9D)を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のチェーン要素(2)。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のチェーン要素(2)、特にチェーンピン(4)を有するチェーン(1)。
- 以下の工程:
・まず、バナジウム層(8)を、ある厚み(8D)でチェーン要素(2)のベース材料(5)の表面(6)上に付与する工程と、
・前記バナジウム層(8)の表面(7)上に、酸化バナジウム層(9)を付与する工程と、
を含む、チェーン要素(2)を製造する方法。 - 前記ベース材料(5)上で前記バナジウム層(8)を前記酸化バナジウム層(9)によりコーティングするためのパラメータを、2μm未満の前記酸化バナジウム層(9)の厚み(9D)が作製されるように調整する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記酸化バナジウム層(9)を作製するためのパラメータが、
コーティングが施された前記チェーン要素(2)を550℃に加熱することと、
この温度を3時間維持することと、
引き続き標準的な周囲雰囲気で冷却することと、
を含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って製造されるチェーン要素(2)を有するチェーン(1)。
