Claims (24)
- 流体を定量供給するためのシステムであって、前記流体用の容器および該容器と連結された供給装置を備え、前記容器が、形状保持用の外容器および該外容器と連結された可撓性の内容器を備え、周囲雰囲気と流体連通される空間を、前記内容器と前記外容器との間に設けることができ、前記供給装置が、ハウジングおよび/またはフレームを含み、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの少なくとも一部分が、前記容器と一体に形成されている、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記内容器および前記外容器が、前記容器のネックまたはその近くで相互に連結されており、前記内容器または前記外容器の少なくとも一方が、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分を形成するように前記ネックを越えて延在している、請求項1に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記外容器と一体に形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記内容器と一体に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置の一体化されていない部分が、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームのうち前記容器と一体に形成された前記部分に機械的に固定されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記外容器がPETを含み、前記内容器がポリオレフィン、特にPEまたはPPを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置が、複数の可動部分を備え、該可動部分の少なくとも1つが、前記容器と一体に形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記可動部分が、前記内容器および前記外容器の一方と一体に形成されており、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記内容器および前記外容器の他方と一体に形成されている、請求項7に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記可動部分が、前記外容器と一体に形成された付勢部材を備える一方で、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記内容器と一体に形成されている、請求項6を引用する請求項7または請求項6を間接的に引用する請求項8に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記容器が、射出成形とその後のブロー成形によって形成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記容器が、共押出成形とその後のブロー成形によって形成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 流体を定量供給するためのシステムを製造する方法であって、
前記流体用の容器を製造するステップであって、前記容器が、形状保持用の外容器および該外容器と連結された可撓性の内容器を備える、ステップと、
ハウジングおよび/またはフレームを備える供給装置を製造するステップと、
前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てるステップであって、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの少なくとも一部分が、前記容器と一体に形成されており、前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てる前記ステップが、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームのうち前記容器と一体に形成された前記部分に、前記供給装置の一体化されていない部分を取り付ける工程を含むステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記容器のネックまたはその近くで前記内容器と前記外容器を相互に連結する工程と、前記内容器または前記外容器の少なくとも一方が、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分を構成するように前記ネックを越えて延在するよう、前記内容器または前記外容器の前記少なくとも一方を形成する工程とを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を製造する前記ステップ中に、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記外容器と一体に形成される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を製造する前記ステップ中に、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記内容器と一体に形成される、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てる前記ステップが、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームのうち前記容器と一体に形成された前記部分に、前記供給装置の一体化されていない前記部分を機械的に固定する工程を含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、PETを含む材料から前記外容器を製造する工程と、ポリオレフィン、特にPEまたはPPを含む材料から前記内容器を製造する工程とを含む、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給装置が、複数の可動部分を備え、前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記可動部分の少なくとも1つを一体に形成する工程を含み、前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てる前記ステップが、前記一体に形成された可動部分と前記供給装置の一体化されていない前記部分とを係合させる工程を含む、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記可動部分と、前記内容器および前記外容器の一方とを一体に形成する工程と、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分と、前記内容器および前記外容器の他方とを一体に形成する工程とを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記可動部分を構成する付勢部材を前記外容器と一体に形成する工程と、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分を前記内容器と一体に形成する工程とを含む、請求項17を引用する請求項18または請求項17を間接的に引用する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記容器のプリフォームを射出成形し、次に前記プリフォームをブロー成形して前記容器にする工程を含む、請求項12〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プリフォームが、内層および外層を含み、前記プリフォームを射出成形する工程が、多成分射出成形プロセスの2つの連続する手順で、前記内層および前記外層の一方を射出成形し、次に前記内層および前記外層の他方を射出成形することを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
