組成式((Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c))MaBbCrc)1−dCdからなる主成分、および、少なくともP,SおよびTiを含む副成分からなる軟磁性合金であって、
X1はCoおよびNiからなる群から選択される1種以上、
X2はAl,Mn,Ag,Zn,Sn,As,Sb,Biおよび希土類元素からなる群より選択される1種以上、
MはNb,Hf,Zr,Ta,Mo,WおよびVからなる群から選択される1種以上であり、
0.030≦a≦0.14
0.005≦b≦0.20
0<c≦0.040
0≦d≦0.040
α≧0
β≧0
0≦α+β≦0.50
であり、
前記軟磁性合金全体を100wt%とする場合において、
前記Pの含有量が0.001〜0.050wt%、前記Sの含有量が0.001〜0.050wt%、前記Tiの含有量が0.001〜0.080wt%であり、
前記Pの含有量を前記Sの含有量で割った値をP/Sとする場合において、
0.10≦P/S≦10
であることを特徴とする。

- 組成式((Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c))MaBbCrc)1−dCdからなる主成分、および、少なくともP,SおよびTiを含む副成分からなる軟磁性合金であって、
X1はCoおよびNiからなる群から選択される1種以上、
X2はAl,Mn,Ag,Zn,Sn,As,Sb,Biおよび希土類元素からなる群より選択される1種以上、
MはNb,Hf,Zr,Ta,Mo,WおよびVからなる群から選択される1種以上であり、
0.030≦a≦0.14
0.005≦b≦0.20
0<c≦0.040
0≦d≦0.040

β≧0
0≦α+β≦0.50
であり、
前記軟磁性合金全体を100wt%とする場合において、

- 前記初期微結晶の平均粒径が0.3〜10nmである請求項8に記載の軟磁性合金。
- Fe基ナノ結晶からなる構造を有する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 前記Fe基ナノ結晶の平均粒径が5〜30nmである請求項10に記載の軟磁性合金。
- 薄帯形状である請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
