- 組成式((Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c+d+e))PaCbSicCudMeからなる軟磁性合金であって、
X1はCoおよびNiからなる群から選択される1種以上、
X2はAl,Mn,Ag,Zn,Sn,As,Sb,Bi,N,Oおよび希土類元素からなる群より選択される1種以上、
MはNb,Hf,Zr,Ta,Ti,Mo,WおよびVからなる群から選択される1種以上であり、
0.050≦a≦0.17
0<b<0.050
0.030<c≦0.10
0<d≦0.020
0≦e≦0.030
β=0
0≦α≦0.50
であることを特徴とする軟磁性合金。 - 0≦α{1−(a+b+c+d+e)}≦0.40である請求項1に記載の軟磁性合金。
- α=0である請求項1または2に記載の軟磁性合金。
- 非晶質および初期微結晶からなり、前記初期微結晶が前記非晶質中に存在するナノヘテロ構造を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 前記初期微結晶の平均粒径が0.3〜10nmである請求項4に記載の軟磁性合金。
- Fe基ナノ結晶からなる構造を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 前記Fe基ナノ結晶の平均粒径が5〜30nmである請求項6に記載の軟磁性合金。
- 薄帯形状である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 粉末形状である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金からなる磁性部品。
