- 内視鏡のためのカプラー・デバイスであって、

前記デバイスが、ワーキング・チャンネル延長部をさらに含み、
ワーキング・チャンネル延長部が、その近位端で内視鏡のワーキング・チャンネルに取り付けられるように構成され、その遠位端で出口ポータルへと延在し、
出口ポータルが、ワーキング・チャンネル領域の外面に存在し、ワーキング・チャンネル領域を囲む可撓性のメンブレンにさらに取り付けられ、
ワーキング・チャンネル延長部が、可撓性であり、内視鏡の駆動によって角度調整が可能である、
カプラー・デバイス。 - 内視鏡が、ワーキング・チャンネル延長部の角度調整のための昇降部を含む、請求項1に記載のカプラー・デバイス。
- 内視鏡が、ワーキング・チャンネル延長部の角度調整のためのケーブルを含む、請求項1に記載のカプラー・デバイス。
- カプラー・デバイスが、前記ケーブルを受けるためのシースをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のカプラー・デバイス。
