Description

The present invention relates to a handle and a cane shaft that can easily attach and detach a grip portion gripped by a hand during walking to a user's optimum position and change a plurality of attachable attachment positions in a cane shaft having the same diameter.

A wide variety of walking sticks are commercially available as walking aids, but generally a single stick (commonly known as a stick) with a T-shaped upper part and a rubber tip at the lower part is a standard. However, a stick-shaped cane has been used habitually since ancient times, and there is still one cane such as a wand or walking pole (with strap) for visiting the Shikoku cemetery, and you can cut wood or bamboo into suitable dimensions. Some people do. There are also a self-supporting cane that has a fixed leg or a small-diameter rubber leg fixed to support the cane at the tip of the cane, or a self-supporting part that is made of rubber and can be used by being inserted into the cane tip. Self-supporting canes are often used for indoor movement and standing up assistance for people who have diminished physical capacity due to the increase in the diagonal dimensions of the self-supporting legs. An increasing number of loyal users are attracting attention because it is easy to use and can be self-supporting as necessary, and cane shafts and free-standing legs can be used to cope with angle changes on slopes. In general, walking sticks are often used by people who have difficulty in walking because their legs and legs are weak because they are covered with a T-shaped handle from above and support their weight. However, depending on the state of the cane during walking (for example, slopes, stairs, etc.) and physical conditions (persons whose bend angle of the waist has increased due to aging, illness, etc.), it may be more appropriate to grip the cane shaft directly. . On the other hand, a cane without a handle is often used as a walking aid by a person with a long walking distance, and the walking pole has a strap attached to the walking pole to stabilize the grip part and to make it easy for force to be transmitted to the cane. It has become.

As the handle of the cane is fixed in a T-shape to the upper part of the cane shaft, the user sets the length of the cane according to his / her height and needs to adjust the dimensions. In many cases, low-priced products are supported by cutting the cane shaft because the shaft has a dimension adjustment function. Although it is common sense that one handle is attached to the cane shaft, it is convenient for the user since it can be used when standing up if there is another one, but it is not found in current commercial products. Therefore, various proposals with two handles on the cane shaft have been made, but the main purpose is to provide a sub-grip that allows easy sliding operation under the T-shaped handle (main grip). A cane with a two-stage grip function that holds the grip downward and holds it with one hand at the time of standing up to assist in standing up, and makes the appearance clear by close contact with the upper main grip at the time of walking (Patent Document 1). There is no handle, a first gripping part extending in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the bar extends is provided above the bar-like member, and a second gripping part provided above the first gripping part and extending substantially along the extension line of the main body. Wand provided (Patent Document 2). A shaft that protrudes from the cane body in a substantially horizontal direction and has a cross-sectional area that is larger and flat than the part that grips with the thumb and protrudes from the cane body in the middle between the grounding part and the upper grip at the upper end. There is a walking stick for a handicapped person (patent document 3) attached so as to be movable in the direction. In addition, there is no direct relationship with the handle, but in order to stabilize the grounding of the tip of the cane and to stand the cane when not in use, a triangular front self-supporting plate with a circular tip and a self-supporting plate after circular processing of both rear ends The upper and lower surfaces of the upper and lower connecting members are fixedly attached to each other, one side surface of the upper and lower connecting members is hinged with a hinge, the other upper surface is provided with a connecting hole, and the tip of the cane is used to hold the cane shaft. And firmly tighten it through the connection hole with a truss machine screw and a nut with a claw, and rubber feet are screwed to the top part of the front self-supporting plate and the rear both ends of the rear self-supporting plate with tapping screws and the upper holding tool A single cane self-supporting three-point support holder (Patent Document 4) provided with a truss head tapping screw for preventing rotation of the cane shaft at the front center has been proposed.

There are various kinds of canes, but their functions are not good enough. In particular, the handle is mainly T-shaped and is fixed to the upper portion of the cane shaft, and cannot move and extend the cane shaft upward. Therefore, depending on the user, the method of use is limited. Therefore, if other functions are added, the user-friendliness is improved and the benefits not found in the conventional cane can be obtained in terms of safety and health. In addition, in a stick-shaped cane without a strap, it is better to have some auxiliary part because there is insufficient stability just by grasping. The above-mentioned patent document 1 is provided with a sub-grip that can move up and down in the middle of the cane shaft, and is a proposal having an excellent function that can be moved and fixed with one touch. It is assumed that there is not. In Patent Document 2, the second grip portion is provided by processing the cane shaft in the horizontal direction in the middle of the cane, but the dimensional change is impossible and the appearance is not so good. In Patent Document 3, the intermediate grip provided on the cane shaft can be folded upward when not in use, so that it is functionally superior. Patent document 4 thinks that the attachment and detachment according to the shaft diameter of the cane which is not included in the conventional cane self-supporting tool is possible, and the effect of expanding the use area of the cane with handle and the rod-like cane can be expected. Accordingly, the problem to be solved by the invention is that the handle of the cane can be securely attached to and detached from any position of the cane shaft with reference to the forms of Patent Documents 1, 2 and 3, and the cane can stand up and stand up. It is to provide a cane that can be used in various ways by using a wearable cane self-supporting tool having a function according to the purpose, with a simple structure at low cost.

A handle that can be attached to and detached from a cane that has a plurality of scissors provided at arbitrary intervals and is placed on a round and straight cane shaft. A cane shaft holding hole is provided in front of the mated portion, each of which is a semi-circle with a cane shaft diameter and having a hook engaging portion on the lower outer ring, and a rear end surface is attached with an elastic connecting plate with a screw. A connecting hole that can be fastened with a round head bolt and a wing nut is provided in parallel on the front surface of the knives so that it can be attached to and removed from the upper surface of the cane shaft.

The handle has a T-shaped (stick) cane and rod-like (golden cane, walking pole, etc.) cane characteristics, and the position of the handle part can be easily adjusted along the cane axis according to the state of use. It can be changed and can be attached and detached manually by using round head bolts and wing nuts, so no tools are required. Further, the stopper by the driving rod provided on the cane shaft is not conspicuous in appearance and can surely prevent the handle from being lowered by the pressing of the hand. Accordingly, since two handles can be easily attached to one cane, if the two handles are provided on the upper side at arbitrary intervals according to the walking state, the cane is easy to use. For indoor use, a cane stand is attached to the tip of the cane, and if one handle is attached on the top and one on the bottom, the user can stand up easily while standing and can stand up, and then walk by holding the top. You can move quickly. Since the wood used for the handle is a small part and does not require much strength, the use of various end materials eliminates the need for material costs.

The left and right grips with a round bar made of wood and a roughly T-shaped handle are juxtaposed, and the rear end is firmly fastened with a strong and elastic thin plate, and the front part is fastened with a round head bolt and a wing nut. A parallel through-hole is provided, and a cane shaft holding hole having a cane shaft diameter dimension in a semicircular shape and a lower outer ring having a hook engaging portion is provided at one end of the through-hole rear left and right grip rod matching portion. At the upper part of the cane shaft, a plurality of mounting rods for setting the handle attachment position and preventing misalignment are provided at arbitrary intervals.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a handle and a cane shaft whose mounting position can be changed, FIG. 2 is a front view, and FIG. 3 is a right side view. The left and right grip rods 1 and 2 made of wood having a substantially T-shaped handle size are juxtaposed, and a rear end portion is in contact with a connecting plate 6 which is strong and elastic, and is engaged with a screw 7. In the front of the left and right grip rods, there is a through hole 8 penetrating the left and right grip rods in parallel, and the left and right clamping holes 3 and 4 in which the left and right grip rods are semicircular with the diameter of the cane shaft 20 at the rear center. Is provided. After the cane shaft is clamped by the left and right holding holes and the hook locking portion is matched with the driving rod 21 provided on the cane shaft, the round head bolt 9 is inserted into the through hole and firmly tightened using the wing nut 10. Usually, tools such as screwdrivers and spanners are used to tighten and loosen bolts and nuts, but wing nuts can be easily tightened and loosened by hand, so no tools are required. The handle A fixed with a round head bolt and a wing nut does not drop easily even if force is applied from the top during use, but it is likely to drop over time. It acts to prevent misalignment, and the hook locking part prevents rotation of the handle. In this case, since the driving rod is effective only on one side, it may be driven alternately on the left and right of the cane shaft. Although the left and right grip rods are made of wood, if they are made of synthetic resin that can be mass-produced by a mold, the processing cost is not required, so that it can be manufactured at a low cost depending on the quantity. There are various types of commercially available cane shafts, such as aluminum tubes, steel tubes, glass fibers, and wood, and shaft diameters are mainly 16 mm and 19 mm. In manufacturing, it is only necessary to follow this, so it is not necessary to prepare handles corresponding to various types of shaft diameters. In addition, it is desirable that the diameter of the grip rod be approximate to the cane shaft diameter.

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the handle whose attachment position can be changed and the handle of the cane shaft removed from the cane shaft. Attachment to and removal from the cane shaft 20 can be easily performed by opening the front of the cane shaft beyond the diameter of the cane shaft because the rear ends of the left and right grip rods 1 and 2 are engaged with the connecting plate 6 having elasticity. . The connecting plate may be made of any material that can be bent, such as various types of chemical product thin plates and soft thin steel plates, as long as the right and left grip bars can be opened at an angle that sandwiches the cane shaft.

FIG. 5 is a front view in which two handles with different attachment positions and two handle of the cane shaft are mounted above the cane at an arbitrary interval. One commercially available cane is roughly divided into a walking pole with a T-shaped handle at the top and a bar-shaped strap, but the purpose of use is different. The product of the present invention has a size that can be grasped by hand on the upper portion of the cane shaft 20 of a single cane with the tip of the rubber tip B attached, and a handle A that is used as a substitute for the strap is attached. A shaft holder D is provided. The cane shaft holder must move together with the handle attachment position, but since the cane shaft is provided with a driving rod 21, an inner diameter pipe that can be inserted into the cane shaft diameter cannot be used. In order to cope with this, it is possible to easily cope with the case where the cross section A-A is formed into a pipe shape using wood or a chemical product as shown in the figure and is provided with a slide groove E in which a driving rod can be slid inside. It can be gripped more easily by wrapping thin rubber or chemical products around the periphery. In addition, using a pipe made of chemicals or rubber and having a wall thickness of 3 to 4 mm, one side of the pipe in the vertical direction is divided, and Velcro tape (registered trademark) is attached to both sides, covering the cane shaft and connecting the divided surfaces. Also good. In addition, the cane shaft holder may be used by directly gripping the cane shaft, but when the cane shaft diameter is 16 mm or less, the diameter is small and lacks stability, so a thick cloth, tape, magic tape (registered trademark) ) Etc. can be easily gripped. When the upper end of the cane is a cylinder, it is necessary to provide a cane cap C on the BB cross section as shown in the figure, but wood or a chemical product may be formed. In addition, if there is a round inner plug with a pipe wall thickness of 1.2 to 1.6 mm for ready-made pipe outer diameters of 15.9 mm and 19.1 mm, this may be used. A cane cap is not required when the cane shaft is rod-shaped. A handle that serves as a T-shaped handle that is gripped from above is attached below. When using a cane, it is possible to walk comfortably by using the handle that is easy to use up and down depending on the situation such as a flat place, stairs and slopes. If only one handle is required for use, the unnecessary one may be removed. When a healthy person uses it as a walking pole, if it is only above, the handle acts as a strap and the wrist is fixed, and stable walking is possible. In addition, a walking stick with a single cane that does not hinder walking and a self-supporting part that can be self-supported when not in use and a self-supporting part that can be attached by removing the tip rubber are commercially available, and the number of users is increasing. Therefore, as shown on the right side of this figure, the tip rubber at the lower part of the cane shaft is removed, and the one-point self-supporting three-point support holder (small) F (Japanese Patent Application 2016) which can be easily attached and detached. -225695) is easy to walk when going out and becomes self-supporting if handled carefully, so that the cane standing part is not required, and the cane has a user-friendly function in various departments. However, the appearance of the cane is unprecedented, so there is some discomfort, but if there is no problem during use, a clean cane can be obtained by removing one of the two handles. In addition, since the upper handle to be mounted for walking grips the cane shaft with the finger of the hand, it is easier to use if the average finger dimension is shortened.

FIG. 6 is a front view in which one handle and a handle of the cane shaft whose attachment positions are changed are respectively mounted on the upper and lower sides of the self-supporting cane having a larger size of the cane self-supporting tool. Commercially available self-supporting canes that are mainly used indoors are convenient products that are easy to use for users, but the shape is fixed to a lower part of a T-shaped handle with 3-4 legged self-supporting tools. There are many things. Although it is indoors, its walking distance is short, but a walking stick that is self-supporting in daily repeated daily activities such as walking, sitting, and standing up is useful. Therefore, the above-mentioned three-point support holder (large) G for self-supporting cane is attached to the lower part of the cane shaft 20, the upper handle A leaves the cane shaft grip part, and the lower handle A rises from the sitting state. By attaching it to a position where it can be easily performed, a series of operations from standing up to walking can be performed skillfully. In addition, even if you let go of your hand, it will always be self-supporting, so you can use it in your living room, kitchen, washroom, toilet, etc. with confidence. Since the lower handle is not always used, if the round head bolt 9 and the wing nut 10 are tightened firmly, the left and right clamping holes 3 and 4 of the handle will firmly hold the cane shaft, so that the driving rod 21 for preventing misalignment is provided. For safety reasons, it is effective to prevent the displacement by winding the insulating tape around the lower end of the handle several times.

FIG. 7 is a front view in which a handle and a cane shaft whose attachment positions can be changed are one below the cane with a T-shaped handle, and a cane self-supporting tool is attached to the tip of the cane. By adjusting the size of the pinching holes 3 and 4 of the handle A to the diameter of the cane shaft 20, the handheld cane can be easily used. As described above, the driving rod 21 for preventing the shift of the handle is not necessary, and can be attached at any position without damaging the stick shaft. Therefore, if the tip rubber B of a commercially available cane is replaced with the above-mentioned three-point support holder (large) G for self-supporting one cane, and a handle is attached to an appropriate position below, a cane for indoor use can be easily formed. Also, if you remove the rubber tip of the hand cane without attaching a handle and attach a single cane self-supporting three-point support holder (small) F to the tip of the cane, it is easy to use and can fully compete with an existing self-supporting cane. Become a self-supporting cane.

FIG. 8 is a right side view in which the grip and the cane shaft grip bar shape can be changed from round to square. The grip rod of the cane handle is generally round and the product of the present invention has two round bars arranged side by side, so that the portion in contact with the hand is larger than the T-shaped handle and can be gripped stably. If the grip part is a square square left and right grip rod 30, 31, the part that comes in contact with the hand will increase, and if you hold your hand from above, you will be able to use it in a stable state when you get used to it even if you feel a little uncomfortable. It becomes. If this square handle is used for the upper handle according to any one of claims 2 to 3, it can be used for a long time because the handle is held and the lower part of the palm on the upper surface of the handle is changed from a partial contact to a full contact state. However, the burden on the hands is small. As a result of actually using a cane with a strap and this cane with a square handle, if the attachment position of the square handle is appropriate, a force can easily be applied to the cane and stable walking is possible.

Conventionally, the handle of the cane is fixed to the upper part and is used with the hand covered from above. The handle of the present invention can be easily positioned, attached, and detached by a hand through a driving rod that is sandwiched between two round bars and is provided at an arbitrary interval on the upper portion of the cane shaft. Therefore, if the upper and lower two handles are attached to the cane shaft, the lower part is covered with the hand from the top like the conventional handle, and the upper part is attached with the upper part of the cane shaft attached, and the handle is directly gripped by the hand. Since it is in a state of receiving the lower surface of the palm on the upper surface, it becomes a single cane similar to that with the strap and becomes a cane having two roles. In addition, if you remove the rubber tip of the cane and attach a large one-point support 3 point support holder, if you wear a small one for indoor use, it will become a free-standing cane for outdoor use. Can be given. Since the structure of the handle is simple, the material and the wood end material can be used, and the processing is easy, a cane having a predetermined size can be freely set. Therefore, a cane having a necessary function can be provided at low cost.
