Abstract
Description
電磁弁の駆動回路(40)に出力されるPWM信号を生成するPWM信号生成部(52)と、
電磁弁の励磁電流の目標値であって、所定のディザ振幅及びPWM信号のパルス周期であるPWM周期よりも長いディザ周期で周期的に変化する目標電流値を設定する目標設定部(53)と、
電磁弁の励磁電流の実電流値が目標電流値に追従するように、PWM信号のデューティ比を設定するデューティ比設定部(54)と、
目標電流値と実電流値との位相差を算出し、目標電流値の増加に対して位相差が減少を示すと判定した場合、又は、目標電流値の減少に対して位相差が増加を示すと判定した場合に、出力油圧によるフィードバックとディザ周期での電磁弁の駆動との共振による自励振動が電磁弁に生じていることを検出する振動検出部(55)と、
を備える。
本実施形態に係る電流制御装置は、図1に示す車両用の自動変速機10の変速比を制御する電子制御ユニット(ECU)に適用される。自動変速機10は、トルクコンバータ11、ギヤトレーン12、及びバルブボディ13を備える。ギヤトレーン12は変速機構とも称され、バルブボディ13は油圧装置とも称される。バルブボディ13内には、ギヤトレーン12に供給される作動油の圧力を調節する油圧回路が形成されている。
本実施形態は、先行実施形態を参照できる。このため、先行実施形態に示した電子制御ユニット30及び電流制御装置50と共通する部分についての説明は省略する。
Claims (10)
- 出力油圧がフィードバックされるように油圧回路(20)に設けられた電磁弁(21)の電流制御装置であって、
前記電磁弁の駆動回路(40)に出力されるPWM信号を生成するPWM信号生成部(52)と、
前記電磁弁の励磁電流の目標値であって、所定のディザ振幅及び前記PWM信号のパルス周期であるPWM周期よりも長いディザ周期で周期的に変化する目標電流値を設定する目標設定部(53)と、
前記電磁弁の励磁電流の実電流値が前記目標電流値に追従するように、前記PWM信号のデューティ比を設定するデューティ比設定部(54)と、
前記目標電流値と前記実電流値との位相差を算出し、前記目標電流値の増加に対して前記位相差が減少を示すと判定した場合、又は、前記目標電流値の減少に対して前記位相差が増加を示すと判定した場合に、前記出力油圧によるフィードバックと前記ディザ周期での前記電磁弁の駆動との共振による自励振動が前記電磁弁に生じていることを検出する振動検出部(55)と、
を備える電流制御装置。 - 前記目標設定部は、
前記電磁弁の所望の作動状態に対応する指示電流値を設定する指示設定部(60)と、
前記電磁弁の可動部を微振動させるための駆動パターンとして、前記ディザ周期及び前記ディザ振幅を設定する駆動パターン設定部(61)と、を有し、
前記指示電流値に前記ディザ周期及び前記ディザ振幅を付与して前記目標電流値を生成する請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。 - 前記駆動パターン設定部は、前記油圧回路の油温に応じて、前記ディザ周期及び所定のディザ振幅を設定する請求項2に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記自励振動が検出されると、前記駆動パターン設定部は、前記駆動パターンとして、油温に応じた前記ディザ周期及び前記ディザ振幅とは少なくとも一方の値が異なるパターンを設定する請求項3に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記駆動パターン設定部は、前記自励振動が検出されなくなるまで、前記駆動パターンを切り替えて設定する請求項4に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記振動検出部は、前記目標電流値及び前記実電流値が最大となる時刻の差、又は、前記目標電流値及び前記実電流値が最小となる時刻の差から、前記位相差を算出する請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記ディザ振幅及び前記ディザ周期で変化する前記目標電流値に対して、複数の電流域が設定されており、
前記振動検出部は、異なる前記電流域の前記位相差を比較して、前記目標電流値の変化に対する前記位相差の増減を判定する請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の電流制御装置。 - 前記振動検出部は、隣り合う前記電流域の前記位相差を比較して、前記位相差の増減を判定する請求項7に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記電磁弁はスプール式であり、
前記電磁弁のスプールに前記出力油圧がフィードバックされる請求項1〜8いずれか1項に記載の電流制御装置。 - 前記油圧回路は、車両の変速機を構成している請求項1〜9いずれか1項に記載の電流制御装置。
