Claims (8)
- 隔壁で仕切られた2つのシリンダ室を有するシリンダ本体と、
一方の前記シリンダ室内に摺動自在に配設されて一方の前記シリンダ室内を増圧室と第1室とに区画する第1ピストンと、
他方の前記シリンダ室内に摺動自在に配設されて他方の前記シリンダ室内を第2室と第3室とに区画する第2ピストンと、
前記隔壁を貫通するように設けられて前記第1ピストン及び前記第2ピストンを互いに連結するロッドと、
前記第1ピストンが前記増圧室に向かう方向に前記第1ピストン及び前記第2ピストンの少なくとも一方を付勢する付勢部材と、を備え、
前記シリンダ本体には、
前記増圧室に流体を導入するための第1導入ポートと、
前記第1室内を大気に開放する第1大気ポートと、
前記第2室内に流体を導入するための第2導入ポートと、
前記第3室内を大気に開放する第2大気ポートと、
前記増圧室内で加圧された流体を導出させるための導出ポートと、が形成され、
前記第2ピストンには、前記第2室と前記第3室とを互いに連通させるための連通孔を有し、且つ前記連通孔を介して前記第2室及び前記第3室が互いに連通する連通位置と前記第2室及び前記第3室の連通が遮断される遮断位置とに変位可能な連通用部材が設けられ、
前記連通用部材は、前記増圧室が縮小する方向に前記第1ピストン及び前記第2ピストンが変位した際に前記連通用部材が前記シリンダ本体に接触することにより前記連通位置から前記遮断位置に変位し、前記増圧室が拡大する方向に前記第1ピストン及び前記第2ピストンが変位した際に前記連通用部材が前記シリンダ本体に接触することにより前記遮断位置から前記連通位置に変位可能に構成されている、
ことを特徴とする増圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の増圧装置において、
前記第2ピストンには、当該第2ピストンの軸線方向に貫通した貫通孔が形成され、
前記連通用部材は、前記貫通孔内を軸線方向に移動することによって前記連通位置と前記遮断位置とに変位する、
ことを特徴とする増圧装置。 - 請求項2記載の増圧装置において、
前記連通用部材は、
前記第2ピストンの軸線方向に沿って延在した本体部と、
前記本体部の一端部の外周面に設けられたシール部材と、を有し、
前記連通孔は、
前記本体部の中間部の外周面に開口した第1孔と、
前記本体部の他端部に開口した第2孔と、を含み、
前記シール部材は、前記連通用部材が前記遮断位置に位置した状態で前記貫通孔を構成する壁面に気密に接触し、前記連通用部材が前記連通位置に位置した状態で前記貫通孔を構成する壁面から離間する、
ことを特徴とする増圧装置。 - 請求項3記載の増圧装置において、
前記本体部は、前記連通用部材が前記連通位置に位置した状態で前記本体部の一端面が前記シリンダ本体に接触可能なように前記第2ピストンよりも一方の側に位置し、前記連通用部材が前記遮断位置に位置した状態で前記本体部の他端面が前記シリンダ本体に接触可能なように前記第2ピストンよりも他方の側に位置するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする増圧装置。 - 請求項4記載の増圧装置において、
前記本体部は、前記連通用部材が前記連通位置に位置した状態で前記本体部の他端面が前記第2ピストンよりも他方の側に位置し、
前記第2孔は、前記本体部の他端部の側面に開口している、
ことを特徴とする増圧装置。 - 請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の増圧装置において、
前記連通用部材は、前記貫通孔からの離脱を阻止する離脱阻止部を有する、
ことを特徴とする増圧装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の増圧装置と、
シリンダ部の内部を第1シリンダ室と第2シリンダ室とに区画して前記シリンダ部の内部を往復摺動可能なピストンを有する流体圧シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダ室内に流体を供給するための供給流路と、
前記流体圧シリンダから排出された流体を前記増圧装置の前記第1導入ポートに導く第1導入流路と、
前記流体圧シリンダから排出された流体を前記増圧装置の前記第2導入ポートに導く第2導入流路と、
前記増圧装置の導出ポートから導出された加圧流体を前記供給流路に導く回収流路と、を備える、
ことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 請求項7記載のシリンダ装置において、
前記第1導入流路には、前記第1導入流路から前記第1導入ポートに向かう流体の流通を許可するとともに前記第1導入ポートから前記第1導入流路に向かう流体の流通を阻止する第1チェック弁が設けられ、
前記第2導入流路には、前記第2導入流路から前記第2導入ポートに向かう流体の流通を許可するとともに前記第2導入ポートから前記第2導入流路に向かう流体の流通を阻止する第2チェック弁が設けられ、
前記回収流路には、前記導出ポートから前記回収流路に向かう流体の流通を許可するとともに前記回収流路から前記導出ポートに向かう流体の流通を阻止する第3チェック弁が設けられている、
ことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
