Abstract
Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る複合材翼10の概略平面図である。複合材翼10は、複合材料を含む。詳細には、複合材翼10は、複合材翼10の背側と腹側とを結ぶ方向である翼厚方向に、複合材料層を積層して形成されている。複合材翼10は、図1に示すように、内部に、内部領域19を有する。内部領域19は、複合材翼10の軽量化のために、例えば、複合材料とは異なる材料、具体的には、発泡材料が用いられる領域である。複合材翼10は、内部領域19がある構成に限定されず、内部領域19がない構成であってもよい。図1に示すL方向は、複合材翼10の翼頂側と翼根側とを結ぶ方向である翼長方向である。図1に示すW方向は、複合材翼10の前縁側と後縁側とを結ぶ方向である翼幅方向である。
特許文献1に記載された複合材翼は、中立面に対して翼厚方向に対称に、薄い複合材料層を大量に重ね合わせている。このため、特許文献1に記載された複合材翼は、中立面において、複合材料層の積層に伴って中立面の近傍に生じる間隙であるプライドロップが大きく形成されてしまうという問題があった。特許文献1に記載された複合材翼は、大きく形成されてしまうプライドロップにより、翼幅方向における端部における強度及び信頼性が低下するという問題があった。第2の実施形態に係る複合材翼は、これらの問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、翼幅方向における端部における強度及び信頼性を向上させた複合材翼及び複合材翼の製造方法を提供することを目的とするものである。

Claims (9)
- 強化繊維に樹脂が含浸された複合材料層を積層して形成される複合材翼であって、
前記複合材料層は、前記複合材翼の背側と腹側とを結ぶ方向である翼厚方向に積層され、
表面から前記翼厚方向に所定の深さまでの表層領域と、前記表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い深層領域と、を含む厚肉部分を有し、
前記表層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの中央値は、前記深層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの中央値よりも薄いことを特徴とする複合材翼。 - 強化繊維に樹脂が含浸された複合材料層を積層して形成される複合材翼であって、
前記複合材料層は、前記複合材翼の背側と腹側とを結ぶ方向である翼厚方向に積層され、
表面から前記翼厚方向に所定の深さまでの表層領域と、前記表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い深層領域と、を含む厚肉部分を有し、
前記表層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの平均値は、前記深層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの平均値よりも薄いことを特徴とする複合材翼。 - 前記複合材翼の前縁側と後縁側とを結ぶ方向である翼幅方向と、前記複合材翼の翼頂側と翼根側とを結ぶ方向である翼長方向と、を含む面方向において、前記表層領域における複合材料層は、前記深層領域における複合材料層より、面積が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材翼。
- 前記厚肉部分よりも薄く、前記深層領域を含まない薄肉部分をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材翼。
- 前記背側の翼部分と、前記腹側の翼部分と、を有し、
前記背側の翼部分と前記腹側の翼部分とが中立面において接合されており、
前記背側の翼部分は、前記翼厚方向に、前記背側の表面から前記所定の深さまでの背側表層領域と、前記背側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い背側深層領域と、を含み、
前記腹側の翼部分は、前記翼厚方向に、前記腹側の表面から前記所定の深さまでの腹側表層領域と、前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い腹側深層領域と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材翼。 - 前記複合材翼の前縁側と後縁側とを結ぶ方向である翼幅方向における端部は、前記背側表層領域と前記腹側表層領域とにより構成されており、
前記背側表層領域における複合材料層の翼幅方向における端部と、前記腹側表層領域における複合材料層の翼幅方向における端部と、が交互に他方の表層領域の複合材料層の中立面側表面に接触して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合材翼。 - 強化繊維に樹脂が含浸された複合材料層を積層して形成される複合材翼であって、
前記複合材料層は、前記複合材翼の背側と腹側とを結ぶ方向である翼厚方向に積層され、
前記背側の表面から前記翼厚方向に所定の深さまでの背側表層領域と、
前記背側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い背側深層領域と、
前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に所定の深さまでの腹側表層領域と、
前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い腹側深層領域と、
を有し、
前記背側表層領域及び前記背側深層領域と、前記腹側表層領域及び前記腹側深層領域とが中立面において接合されており、
前記複合材翼の前縁側と後縁側とを結ぶ方向である翼幅方向における端部は、前記背側表層領域と前記腹側表層領域とにより構成されており、
前記背側表層領域における複合材料層の翼幅方向における端部と、前記腹側表層領域における複合材料層の翼幅方向における端部と、が交互に他方の表層領域の複合材料層の中立面側表面に接触して設けられていることを特徴とする複合材翼。 - 強化繊維に樹脂が含浸された複合材料層を積層して複合材翼を製造する方法であって、
前記複合材翼の背側の表面を成形する背側成形面を有する背側成形型に、前記背側の表面から前記複合材翼の背側と腹側とを結ぶ方向である翼厚方向に、所定の深さまでの背側表層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する背側表層領域積層ステップと、
前記背側成形型に積層した背側表層領域を構成する複合材料層の上に、前記背側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い背側深層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する背側深層領域積層ステップと、
前記複合材翼の腹側の表面を成形する腹側成形面を有する腹側成形型に、前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に所定の深さまでの腹側表層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する腹側表層領域積層ステップと、
前記腹側成形型に積層した腹側表層領域を構成する複合材料層の上に、前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い腹側深層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する腹側深層領域積層ステップと、
前記背側成形型に積層した背側表層領域及び背側深層領域をそれぞれ構成する複合材料層と、前記腹側成形型に積層した腹側表層領域及び腹側深層領域をそれぞれ構成する複合材料層と、を中立面において重ね合わせて接合する接合ステップと、
を含み、
前記背側表層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの中央値は、前記背側深層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの中央値よりも薄く、
前記腹側表層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの中央値は、前記腹側深層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの中央値よりも薄いことを特徴とする複合材翼の製造方法。 - 強化繊維に樹脂が含浸された複合材料層を積層して複合材翼を製造する方法であって、
前記複合材翼の背側の表面を成形する背側成形面を有する背側成形型に、前記背側の表面から前記複合材翼の背側と腹側とを結ぶ方向である翼厚方向に、所定の深さまでの背側表層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する背側表層領域積層ステップと、
前記背側成形型に積層した背側表層領域を構成する複合材料層の上に、前記背側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い背側深層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する背側深層領域積層ステップと、
前記複合材翼の腹側の表面を成形する腹側成形面を有する腹側成形型に、前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に所定の深さまでの腹側表層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する腹側表層領域積層ステップと、
前記腹側成形型に積層した腹側表層領域を構成する複合材料層の上に、前記腹側の表面から前記翼厚方向に前記所定の深さより深い腹側深層領域を構成する複合材料層を積層する腹側深層領域積層ステップと、
前記背側成形型に積層した背側表層領域及び背側深層領域をそれぞれ構成する複合材料層と、前記腹側成形型に積層した腹側表層領域及び腹側深層領域をそれぞれ構成する複合材料層と、を中立面において重ね合わせて接合する接合ステップと、
を含み、
前記背側表層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの平均値は、前記背側深層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの平均値よりも薄く、
前記腹側表層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの平均値は、前記腹側深層領域における複合材料層の1層あたりの厚さの平均値よりも薄いことを特徴とする複合材翼の製造方法。
