Abstract
Description
実施形態に係る電線およびワイヤハーネスについて図1〜図6を参照して説明する。図1は、実施形態に係るワイヤハーネスが配索される車両の概略構成図である。図2は、実施形態に係る電線の概略構成を示す平面図である。図3は、実施形態に係る電線の概略構成を示す分解斜視図である。図4〜図6は、実施形態に係る電線の接合方法の一例を説明するための図である。なお、図4は、治具電極に取り付けられた2種類の電線の接合時の状態を示す。図5は、2種類の電線の接合途中の状態を示す。図6は、2種類の電線の接合完了時の状態を示す。
次に、図7を参照して、実施形態の変形例に係る電線について説明する。図7は、実施形態の変形例に係る電線の概略構成を示す図である。

Claims (4)
- 車両の床下に配索される電線であって、
一本の棒状に形成された導電性の第1導体と、
複数の素線を束ねて形成された導電性の第2導体と、
前記第1導体の端部と少なくとも1つの前記第2導体の各端部とを軸方向に突き合わせた状態で溶融して接合する溶融接合部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電線。 - 前記第1導体と前記第2導体とは同一素材で形成される

請求項1に記載の電線。 - 車両の床下に配索されるワイヤハーネスであって、
一本の棒状に形成された導電性の第1導体、複数の素線を束ねて形成された導電性の第2導体、および、前記第1導体の端部と少なくとも1つの前記第2導体の各端部とを軸方向に突き合わせた状態で溶融して接合する溶融接合部とを含んで構成される電線を少なくとも1つ備える
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
