Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- スライドガラスに保持された試料の画像を取得する画像取得装置であって、
前記スライドガラスを所定の配列方向に複数段に保持するカセットが着脱自在に装着されるカセット装着部と、
前記カセット装着部に装着された前記カセットに向けて検査光を出射する光源と、
前記検査光を前記配列方向に走査する走査部と、
前記カセットの背面側に配置され、前記光源から出射された前記検査光を反射する光反射部と、
前記光反射部、前記カセット、及び前記スライドガラスの少なくとも一つによって反射された前記検査光を含む反射光を検出し、検出信号を出力する光検出部と、
前記検出信号に基づいて、前記カセットに保持された前記スライドガラスの保持位置及び保持状態の少なくとも一方に関する保持情報を生成する情報生成部と、を備えた画像取得装置。 - 前記情報生成部は、前記スライドガラスが保持されていない前記カセットが前記カセット装着部に装着された状態での前記反射光の検出信号に基づいて生成された参照情報を保有し、当該参照情報によって補正された前記検出信号に基づいて前記保持情報を生成する請求項1記載の画像取得装置。
- 前記カセットは、前記検査光及び前記反射光を通過させる開口部を有している請求項1又は2記載の画像取得装置。
- 前記光反射部は、前記開口部を通過した前記検査光を前記光検出部に向けて反射し、
前記光検出部は、前記開口部を通過した前記反射光を検出する請求項3記載の画像取得装置。 - 前記光反射部は、前記カセットの背面に配置されている請求項1又は2記載の画像取得装置。
- 前記光反射部は、再帰反射器を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の画像取得装置。
- スライドガラスに保持された試料の画像を取得する画像取得方法であって、
前記スライドガラスを所定の配列方向に複数段に保持するカセットに向けて光源から検査光を出射する光出射ステップと、
前記検査光を前記配列方向に走査しながら、前記カセットの背面側に配置された光反射部によって、前記光源から出射された前記検査光を反射させる反射ステップと、
前記光反射部、前記カセット、及び前記スライドガラスの少なくとも一つによって反射された前記検査光を含む反射光を光検出部によって検出し、検出信号を出力する光検出ステップと、
前記検出信号に基づいて、前記カセットに保持された前記スライドガラスの保持位置及び保持状態の少なくとも一方に関する保持情報を生成する生成ステップと、を備えた画像取得方法。
