Abstract

Claims (9)
- 車両に搭載されるサスペンションシステムのための弾性支持体であって、カーボン系ナノフィラーを加えられたポリマエラストマ材料で形成された少なくとも1つの本体を備え、前記本体の外面は、前記本体のカーボン系ナノフィラーを加えられたポリマ材料がレーザ照射によって局所的にピエゾ抵抗性にされた、1又は複数のピエゾ抵抗領域を有し、これにより、前記弾性支持体に加えられる負荷を検出することができる1又は複数の電気変形センサを画定する、
弾性支持体。 - 前記本体は、カーボン系ナノフィラーを加えられた前記ポリマ材料が、レーザ照射によって局所的に導電性にされた、1又は複数の導電性経路であって、これにより、前記本体と関連付けられた電極を有する前記1又は複数のピエゾ抵抗領域の1又は複数の電気接続線を画定する、1又は複数の導電性経路を含む、請求項1に記載の弾性支持体。

- 前記弾性支持体は、車両のエンジンサスペンションのプラグである、請求項1に記載の弾性支持体。
- 前記1又は複数のピエゾ抵抗領域は、第1のセンサ付きのバンド及び第2のセンサ付きのバンドの形態であり、それら両方は、前記弾性支持体の円周の延在部に沿って延在し、前記第1のセンサ付きのバンドは、前記第2のセンサ付きのバンドより実質的に小さい、請求項3に記載の弾性支持体。
