Claims (6)
- 合成樹脂製フィルムからなる袋内に1個乃至複数個の不完全甘柿及び/または不完全渋柿と、アルコール放出体とが封入され、袋の開口部が封止されたことを特徴とする個包装済脱渋柿。
- 請求項1に記載の個包装済脱渋柿において、
前記合成樹脂製フィルムは、前記袋の外部から内部への酸素の透過と、袋の内部から外部への炭酸ガスの透過とを適度に許容し得るフィルムであることを特徴とする個包装済脱渋柿。 - 請求項1に記載の個包装済脱渋柿において、
前記合成樹脂製フィルムは、ガスバリア性を有するとともに、前記袋の内部から外部への炭酸ガスの排気するためのピンホールが前記袋の開口部近傍に設けられたことを特徴とする個包装済脱渋柿。 - 請求項3に記載の個包装済脱渋柿において、
前記袋は、ガゼット袋であって、前記ピンホールが、前記開口部の封止状態が該袋のガゼット部において不完全とされることにより形成されたことを特徴とする個包装済脱渋柿。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の個包装済脱渋柿において、
前記柿が前記袋内に複数個封入される場合に、該柿の先端部が他の柿に当接しないように封入されたことを特徴とする個包装済脱渋柿。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の個包装済脱渋柿において、
前記アルコール放出体は、アルコール透過性を有する小袋内に、アルコールが吸収されたアルコール吸収部材が封入されたものであることを特徴とする個包装済脱渋柿。
