Description
The present invention improves the elasticity and elasticity of the skin, has improved usability such as no stickiness, and an oil-in-water cosmetic composition in which creaming over time is suppressed, and a nonwoven fabric impregnated state The present invention relates to a sheet-like cosmetic in which separation with time (occurrence of oil unevenness) is suppressed.
Skin causes spots, wrinkles, sagging, pigmentation and the like due to internal factors such as aging and stress and external factors such as ultraviolet rays and air drying. Among them, morphological changes such as wrinkles and sagging greatly affect the appearance impression, and many people want to improve it. Many drugs have been proposed to prevent and improve these wrinkles and sagging. Among these, nicotinamide is a vitamin and is known to have high safety and an anti-skin aging effect (Patent Document 1). However, it is known that when a large amount of nicotinic acid amide is contained, there is an undesirable feeling of use such as stickiness, and this improvement has been made (Patent Document 2).
On the other hand, sheet-like cosmetics impregnate skin with a lotion or the like and allow it to act on the skin for a long time, thereby providing sufficient moisture and active ingredients to the skin and providing moisturizing and skin-beautifying effects. The market is expanding. Specifically, a nonwoven fabric-impregnated cosmetic is proposed in which a nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a water-soluble polymer and a polyhydric alcohol (Patent Document 3).
Patent document 2 which tried to suppress the stickiness of nicotinic acid amide is a technique containing both high-stretching oils such as branched chain hydrocarbons and liquid ester emollients, but the effect was insufficient. When the oil content is high, there is a problem that creaming occurs with time.
Moreover, although the sheet-like cosmetic impregnated with a composition containing nicotinamide at a high concentration of 1 to 10% by mass, which can be expected to have a firmness and elasticity imparting effect on the skin, can be expected to have a further beautiful skin effect, There are few (Patent Document 4). Sheet cosmetics are characterized by their method of use and are attached to the application site for several tens of seconds to several tens of minutes. Therefore, the influence of volatilization of moisture and the like during use (when the seat was mounted) became large, and the degree of stickiness of nicotinamide was greatly deteriorated. Therefore, in order to improve the stickiness at the time of use, when a liquid oil was included in the nicotinamide-containing composition used for the sheet-like cosmetic, the stickiness was improved to some extent, but the sheet was impregnated. The nicotinic acid amide-containing composition was separated over time, resulting in a new problem such as oil unevenness.
In view of this situation, the present inventors have conducted extensive research to solve the above problems, and as a result, the polyoxyethylene-added castor oil is used together with 1-10% by mass of nicotinic acid amide based on the total mass of the composition. , A polyoxyethylene addition type sorbite fatty acid ester, and a liquid oil agent, and a content mass ratio of the component (B), the component (C), and the component (D): {(B) + (C)} / ( D) 1/10 to 10 oil-in-water cosmetic composition is excellent in skin elasticity and elasticity, has an improved feeling of use without stickiness, and suppresses creaming over time. I found out.
Again, when the above-mentioned composition for oil-in-water cosmetics has an average particle size of 500 nm or less and contains a polysaccharide thickener, preferably xanthan gum, the skin elasticity and elasticity imparting effect is particularly remarkable. It has been found that it has an improved feeling of use, such as no stickiness, and that the creaming over time is also suppressed.
Furthermore, the above oil-in-water cosmetic composition is excellent in imparting firmness and elasticity to the skin when impregnated into a nonwoven fabric, and has improved stickiness during use. It was found that separation (occurrence of oil unevenness) was suppressed, and the present invention was completed.

(E. Evaluation of oil unevenness over time of impregnated composition)
Changes in the state of the impregnated oil-in-water cosmetic composition over time when Examples 1 to 15 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were made into sheet-like cosmetics by the following {filling method} were evaluated. Specifically, each sheet-shaped cosmetic is placed vertically (placed so that the non-woven fabric sticking surface is perpendicular to the ground) and stored for 1 month at a temperature of 50 ° C. When the nonwoven fabric was taken out and spread over the entire surface, the state change of the impregnated oil-in-water cosmetic composition was visually observed and judged according to the following three-stage criteria. Moreover, in order to make separation (oil unevenness) easy to see, 0.2% by mass of Coenzyme Q10 (manufactured by Kaneka Coenzyme Q10 Kaneka Co., Ltd.) as an oily colorant is contained in the oil-in-water cosmetic composition. The oily phase was colored.
{充填方法}
{Filling method}
The oil-in-water cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 15 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 obtained by the <phase inversion emulsification method> and the <dispersion emulsification method> in (Manufacturing method) are each folded in the center. Filled and sealed in a polyethylene terephthalate bag-like container containing 30 sheets of nonwoven fabric (material: cotton, thickness: 1 mm, basis weight: 100 g / m 2 , area: 200 cm 2 ) to obtain a sheet-shaped cosmetic .
Three-step criteria (rating): (evaluation)
◎: Separation (oil unevenness) was not observed in the oil-in-water cosmetic composition impregnated in the nonwoven fabric, uniform: very good ○: Separation (oil in the oil-in-water cosmetic composition impregnated in the nonwoven fabric (Unevenness) is not recognized, but a slight blur is observed: Good x: Separation (oil unevenness) is observed in the oil-in-water cosmetic composition impregnated into the nonwoven fabric: Poor
As is clear from the results in Table 1, Examples 1 to 15 are superior to Comparative Examples 1 to 6 in terms of skin elasticity and elasticity, have little stickiness during use, and have good emulsification stability. Furthermore, even when the nonwoven fabric was impregnated, the occurrence of oil unevenness over time was suppressed.
The comparative example 1 which does not contain a component (A) was inferior to the firmness and elasticity of skin, and the absence of stickiness.
The comparative example 2 which does not contain a component (D) but contains cholesterol was inferior to the firmness / elasticity of the skin, non-stickiness, emulsion stability, and oil unevenness over time of the impregnated composition.
Comparative Examples 3 and 4 not containing the component (B) or the component (C) were inferior to the firmness / elasticity of the skin, non-stickiness, and oil unevenness over time of the impregnated composition.
Content ratio: Comparative Example 5 in which {(B) + (C)} / (D) exceeds 10 was inferior in skin firmness / elasticity and non-stickiness.
The comparative example 6 which does not contain a component (D) and contains cholesterol was inferior to the firmness and elasticity of skin, and the absence of stickiness.
Furthermore, in Examples 1 to 15, it was surprising that the occurrence of oil unevenness over time of the impregnating composition was suppressed. The reason for this is that, in Table 1, in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, in terms of emulsification stability, although they were “very good” and “good”, the oil unevenness of the impregnated composition over time In Comparative example 3 and 4, both were “bad”. That is, even when the oil-in-water cosmetic composition alone has good emulsification stability over time, the oil unevenness over time of the nonwoven fabric impregnated composition is not necessarily suppressed. That is, in the emulsion composition, it can be said that the storage environment is remarkably different between a state where the nonwoven fabric is impregnated and a state where the nonwoven fabric is not impregnated. Under such circumstances, in Examples 1 to 15 of the present invention, the occurrence of oil unevenness over time of the nonwoven fabric impregnated composition was suppressed.
