図1〜図10を参照して、第1実施形態に係る処置方法および止血器具100を説明する。図1〜図5は、止血器具100の装置構成を説明するための図である。図6は、患者の手Hを走行する各血管を説明するための図である。図7〜図10は、第1実施形態に係る処置方法および止血器具の使用手順を説明するための図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る処置方法および止血器具300を説明する。なお、第2実施形態において特に言及しない構成や部材、また特に言及しない処置手順等については、前述した第1実施形態と同様のものとすることができ、その説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 患者の手掌動脈の尺骨動脈側に形成された穿刺部位を介して血管内に導入された医療用長尺体を、前記穿刺部位において留置することを含む、処置方法。
- 前記医療用長尺体は、カテーテルであって、
前記穿刺部位に留置された前記カテーテルを介して、前記手掌動脈に医療デバイスを導入し、
前記手掌動脈の尺骨動脈側を通じて、前記医療デバイスを前記血管の病変部位に送達することを含む、請求項1に記載の処置方法。 - 前記医療デバイスにより前記病変部位に対する処置を行った後、前記医療デバイスを前記尺骨動脈および前記手掌動脈を通じて前記血管から抜去し、
前記穿刺部位に前記カテーテルを留置した状態で、前記患者の手に存在する止血すべき部位の周囲に止血器具を配置し、
前記止血器具を配置した後、前記カテーテルを前記穿刺部位から抜去することを含む、請求項2に記載の処置方法。 - 前記止血器具は、前記止血すべき部位を覆う被覆部と、前記被覆部が前記止血すべき部位を覆った状態で、前記止血すべき部位を圧迫する押圧部と、を備え、
前記止血すべき部位の周囲に前記止血器具を配置する際、前記カテーテルを前記穿刺部位に留置しながら、前記押圧部が前記穿刺部位と重なるように前記止血すべき部位に前記押圧部を配置し、
前記押圧部が前記穿刺部位を圧迫するように前記被覆部を前記手に固定し、
前記押圧部が前記穿刺部位を圧迫した状態を維持しながら、前記カテーテルを前記穿刺部位から抜去することを含む、請求項3に記載の処置方法。 - 前記被覆部は、前記押圧部を覆いつつ、前記手の少なくとも一部を囲う固定部と、前記固定部の軸方向への移動を規制する規制部と、を備え、
前記規制部は、前記押圧部が前記穿刺部位を圧迫するように前記被覆部を前記手に固定した状態で、前記手の隣り合う指同士の間に配置される、請求項4に記載の処置方法。 - 前記固定部は、前記手の止血すべき部位に巻きつける帯体部と、前記帯体部を前記手の周囲に巻き付け状態で固定する保持部と、を備え、
前記規制部は、前記帯体部を前記手の周囲に巻き付けた状態で、前記手の薬指と前記手の小指の間を通って前記帯体部に固定される、請求項5に記載の処置方法。 - 前記カテーテルは、前記患者の手の甲側から前記手掌動脈の尺骨動脈側に挿入され、
前記止血器具は、前記患者の手の甲に存在する前記止血すべき部位の周囲に配置される、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の処置方法。
