Claims (5)
- 光源と、
前記光源の光から分光して励起光を生成する励起側分光器と、
測定対象の試料を収容した試料容器を保持するとともに、前記励起光の照射位置と前記試料容器が相対的に所定の位置関係になるように、前記試料容器の位置を調整可能な位置調整機構と、
前記試料から放出された蛍光を検知する検知器と、
を備える分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記位置調整機構が、前記試料容器の平面内位置を調整可能な面内調整機構と、前記試料容器の高さ位置を調整可能な高さ調整機構と、前記試料容器を回転させて周方向位置を調整可能な周方向調整機構とのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む、分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記位置調整機構が、前記試料容器を回転させて周方向位置を調整しながら、高さも同時に調整可能な回転式高さ調整機構を含む、分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記位置調整機構は、前記励起光の光軸中心と前記試料容器の断面中央部が一致する様に、前記試料容器の位置を調整可能である、分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記検知器にて検知された蛍光の強度を演算する制御部を有し、
前記制御部は、前記蛍光の強度に基づき前記位置調整機構を制御して、前記試料容器を位置決めする、分光蛍光光度計。
