Abstract
【解決手段】清掃部材61を保持する保持部材62は、移動機構から動力を受ける内側ボス部材62aと、内側ボス部材62aを内側に収容し内側ボス部材62aよりも長尺の外側ボス部材62dとを備えた内外二重構造であり、外側ボス部材62dは内側ボス部材62aよりも先に移動端に達して停止し、その後に内側ボス部材62aが外側ボス部材62d内を移動して移動端に達して停止する。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施形態に係る画像形成装置1の概略構成図を示す。以下の説明において、前側、後側は、画像形成装置1の前側、後側(図1の紙面垂直方向の手前側、奥側)を意味し、左側、右側は、画像形成装置1を前側から見たときの左側、右側を意味するものとする。
上記2つの光走査装置4は左右方向に並んで配置されている。左側の光走査装置4は、マゼンタ(M)及びシアン(C)に対応するレーザー光を出射し、右側の光走査装置4は、イエロー(Y)及びブラック(K)に対応するレーザー光を出射するように構成されている。2つの光走査装置4の構成は同じであるため、以下では、右側の光走査装置4の構成についてのみ説明し、左側の光走査装置4の説明は省略する。
上記の実施形態では、移動機構63としてスクリュー軸64を有するスクリュー機構を採用したが、ワイヤー機構により保持部材62をガラスカバー43に沿って前後方向に往復移動させるような移動機構63にしてもよい。例えば、図18に示すように、4つのプーリー80にワイヤー81を矩形環状に巻き掛け、ワイヤー81の前後方向に延びる2つの辺部に保持部材62をそれぞれ固定し、2つの保持部材62を互いに前後逆向きに移動させる。
上記の実施形態では、内側ボス部材62a及び外側ボス部材62dが軸受プレート47に当接した際、前側バネ部70a又は後側バネ部70bの圧縮力で内側ボス部材62aが僅かに後側又は後側に押し戻され、内側ボス部材62aのネジ山62gがスクリュー軸64のネジ山64aに噛み合い、その後は内側ボス部材62a及び外側ボス部材62dが一体となって移動するようにしたが、内側ボス部材62aのネジ山62gがスクリュー軸64のネジ山64aに噛み合った後に、図19に示すように、内側ボス部材62aが外側ボス部材62dの開口部62eの前後長さの範囲内で移動するようにしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 所定方向に延びる光出射口を有するハウジングと、上記光出射口を閉塞する透明カバー部と、該透明カバー部の表面に摺接して該表面を清掃する清掃部材と、該清掃部材を保持する保持部材と、該保持部材を上記透明カバー部に沿って上記所定方向に往復移動させる移動機構とを備えた、光走査装置であって、
上記保持部材は、上記移動機構から動力を受ける内側ボス部材と、該内側ボス部材を内側に収容し当該内側ボス部材よりも長尺の外側ボス部材とを備えた内外二重構造であり、
上記外側ボス部材は内側ボス部材よりも先に移動端に達して停止し、その後に上記内側ボス部材が上記外側ボス部材内を移動して移動端に達して停止する、光走査装置。 - 請求項1記載の光走査装置において、
上記内側ボス部材は、上記外側ボス材部の内側に軽圧入状態で収容されている、光走査装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の光走査装置において、
上記内側ボス部材は、上記外側ボス部材に対して周方向に回り止めされている、光走査装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光走査装置において、
上記移動機構は、スクリュー機構又はワイヤー機構である、光走査装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光走査装置を備えた画像形成装置。
