Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、BaTiO3で表される第1主成分と、BaTi2O5で表される第2主成分と、を含み、第1及び第2主成分を含む母材粉末が(1−x)BaTiO3−xBaTi2O5で表されるときに、xは0.1≦x≦0.8を満たす。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの少なくとも一つ以上を含む酸化物または炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。例えば、第1副成分はMnO2またはV2O5であることができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Baの酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含む第2副成分を含むことができる。例えば、第2副成分はBaCO3であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態によると、誘電体磁器組成物は、Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩、及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含む第3副成分を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd、及びErの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩を第4副成分としてさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第5副成分として、Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター(fixed‐valence acceptor)元素の酸化物及び炭酸塩の一つ以上を含むことができる。例えば、第5副成分はMgCO3であってもよい。

Claims (26)
- BaTiO3で表される第1主成分と、BaTi2O5で表される第2主成分と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2主成分を含む母材粉末が(1−x)BaTiO3−xBaTi2O5で表されるときに、前記xは0.1≦x≦0.8である、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第1副成分をさらに含み、
前記第1副成分は、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの原子価可変アクセプター元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれる原子価可変アクセプター元素の総和が0.2at%〜5.0at%である、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第2副成分をさらに含み、
前記第2副成分は、Baの酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第2副成分の含量は、母材粉末100mol当たりに0.2mol〜10.0molである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第3副成分をさらに含み、
前記第3副成分は、Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩、及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第3副成分の含量は、母材粉末100molに対して0.2〜5.0molである、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第4副成分をさらに含み、
前記第4副成分は、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd、及びErの希土類元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第4副成分に含まれる希土類元素の総和が0.5at%〜10.0at%である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第5副成分をさらに含み、
前記第5副成分は、Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の酸化物及び炭酸塩の一つ以上を含み、
前記第5副成分の含量は、母材粉末100molに対して0.5mol〜5.0mol以下である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 誘電層及び内部電極を含むセラミックボディと、
前記セラミックボディの外側に配置され、前記内部電極と接続する外部電極と、を含み、
前記誘電層は第1結晶粒及び第2結晶粒を含み、
前記第1結晶粒は含量比Ti/Ba<1.5を満たす結晶粒であり、前記第2結晶粒は1.5≦含量比Ti/Ba≦2.5を満たす結晶粒であるとしたときに、全体面積に対する前記第2結晶粒の面積比率は9.5〜81.4%である、積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層は、BaTiO3で表される第1主成分と、BaTi2O5で表される第2主成分と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2主成分を含む母材粉末が(1−x)BaTiO3−xBaTi2O5で表されるときに、xは0.1≦x≦0.8である、請求項7に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記内部電極はニッケル(Ni)を含む、請求項7に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。
- 常温比抵抗が1×1011Ohm‐cm以上であり、高温(200℃)耐電圧50V/μmが以上であり、TCC(150℃)±15%未満かつTCC(200℃)±22%未満であり、常温誘電率が150以上となるような性能特性を達成する、請求項7に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。
- BaTiO3で表される第1主成分と、BaTi2O5で表される第2主成分と、を含む母材粉末を用いて複数のセラミックシートを製作する段階と、
前記複数のセラミックシートに導電性ペーストを用いて内部電極を印刷し、前記複数のセラミックシートを積層及び圧着して圧着バーを製作する段階と、
前記圧着バーを切断してチップを製作する段階と、
前記チップを還元雰囲気で焼成する段階と、を含み、
前記母材粉末が(1−x)BaTiO3−xBaTi2O5で表されるときに、xは0.1≦x≦0.8である、積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。 - 前記焼成する段階は、1.0%のH2/99%のN2(H2O/H2/N2雰囲気)の下で行われる、請求項11に記載の積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。
- 前記焼成する段階は1200℃で行われる、請求項11に記載の積層セラミックキャパシターの製造方法。
- 含量比Ti/Ba<1.5を満たす第1結晶粒と、1.5≦含量比Ti/Ba≦2.5を満たす第2結晶粒と、を含み、
全体面積に対する前記第2結晶粒の面積比率は9.5%〜81.4%である、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、BaTiO3で表される第1主成分と、BaTi2O5で表される第2主成分と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2主成分を含む母材粉末が(1−x)BaTiO3−xBaTi2O5で表されるときに、前記xは0.1≦x≦0.8である、請求項14に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第1副成分をさらに含み、
前記第1副成分は、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの原子価可変アクセプター元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第1副成分に含まれる原子価可変アクセプター元素の総和が0.2at%〜5.0at%である、請求項14または請求項15に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第2副成分をさらに含み、
前記第2副成分は、Baの酸化物及び炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第2副成分の含量は、母材粉末100mol当たりに0.2mol〜10.0molである、請求項14から請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第3副成分をさらに含み、
前記第3副成分は、Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩、及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第3副成分の含量は、母材粉末100molに対して0.2〜5.0molである、請求項14から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第4副成分をさらに含み、
前記第4副成分は、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd、及びErの希土類元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第4副成分に含まれる希土類元素の総和が0.5at%〜10.0at%である、請求項14から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 第5副成分をさらに含み、
前記第5副成分は、Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の酸化物及び炭酸塩の一つ以上を含み、
前記第5副成分の含量は、母材粉末100molに対して0.5mol〜5.0mol以下である、請求項14から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 誘電層及び内部電極を含むセラミックボディと、
前記セラミックボディの外側に配置され、前記内部電極と接続する外部電極と、を含み、
前記誘電層は、BaTiO3で表される第1主成分と、BaTi2O5で表される第2主成分と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2主成分を含む母材粉末が(1−x)BaTiO3−xBaTi2O5で表されるときに、xは0.1≦x≦0.8である、積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層は第1副成分をさらに含み、
前記第1副成分は、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、及びZnの原子価可変アクセプター元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、

前記第3副成分は、Si元素の酸化物、Si元素の炭酸塩、及びSi元素を含むガラスからなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第3副成分の含量は、母材粉末100molに対して0.2〜5.0molである、請求項21から請求項23のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層は第4副成分をさらに含み、
前記第4副成分は、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd、及びErの希土類元素の酸化物または炭酸塩からなる物質群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含み、
前記第4副成分に含まれる希土類元素の総和が0.5at%〜10.0at%である、請求項21から請求項24のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。 - 前記誘電層は第5副成分をさらに含み、
前記第5副成分は、Mgを含む原子価固定アクセプター元素の酸化物及び炭酸塩の一つ以上を含み、
前記第5副成分の含量は、母材粉末100molに対して0.5mol〜5.0mol以下である、請求項21から請求項25のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシター。
