Claims (15)
- BaTiO3 계 모재 주성분과 부성분을 포함하며, 상기 부성분은 제1 부성분으로서 디스프로슘 (Dy) 및 니오븀 (Nb)을 포함하고,
상기 디스프로슘 (Dy) 및 니오븀 (Nb)의 총 함량이 모재 주성분 중 티타늄 (Ti) 100몰 대비 0.2 몰 초과 1.5 몰 이하이며,
상기 모재 주성분 100 몰에 대하여, Cu 및 Zn 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄산염인 0.1 내지 2.0 몰의 제2 부성분을 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니오븀 (Nb)의 함량은 모재 주성분 중 티타늄 (Ti) 100몰 대비 0.05 mol ≤ Nb ≤ 0.20 mol 를 만족하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모재 주성분 중 티타늄 (Ti) 100몰에 대하여, 원자가 고정 억셉터 (fixed-valence acceptor) 원소 Mg을 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄산염인 0.2 내지 0.7 몰의 제3 부성분을 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전체 자기 조성물은 상기 모재 주성분 100 몰에 대하여, Si 및 Al 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물 또는 Si를 포함하는 글라스(Glass) 화합물인 0.001 내지 0.5 몰의 제4 부성분을 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 유전체층 및 상기 유전체층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 제1 내부전극 및 제2 내부전극을 포함하는 세라믹 바디; 및
상기 세라믹 바디의 외측에 배치되되, 상기 제1 내부전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 외부전극 및 상기 제2 내부전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 외부전극;을 포함하며,
상기 유전체층은 유전체 자기 조성물을 포함하는 유전체 그레인을 포함하고,
상기 유전체 자기 조성물은 BaTiO3 계 모재 주성분과 부성분을 포함하며, 상기 부성분은 제1 부성분으로서 디스프로슘 (Dy) 및 니오븀 (Nb)을 포함하고,
상기 디스프로슘 (Dy) 및 니오븀 (Nb)의 총 함량이 모재 주성분 중 티타늄 (Ti) 100몰 대비 0.2 몰 초과 1.5 몰 이하이며,
상기 모재 주성분 100 몰에 대하여, Cu 및 Zn 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄산염인 0.1 내지 2.0 몰의 제2 부성분을 포함하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 니오븀 (Nb)의 함량은 모재 주성분 중 티타늄 (Ti) 100몰 대비 0.05 mol ≤ Nb ≤ 0.20 mol 를 만족하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.

상기 적층 세라믹 커패시터의 사이즈는 1005 (길이X폭, 1.0mm X 0.5 mm) 이하인 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 니오븀 (Nb)은 상기 유전체 그레인의 바운더리에 배치된 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유전체층의 두께는 0.4 ㎛ 이하인 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 내부전극의 두께는 0.4 ㎛ 이하인 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
