Abstract
【解決手段】 常温で固体である無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩と常温で固体である有機酸とを当量関係で反応させて生成した微細な有機酸の金属塩が混入した成形用シートの作製工程と、成形用シートを80〜130℃で加熱した後、真空若しくは真空・圧空成形機で容器状に成形するとともに同じ金型内で130〜220℃で保持して熱固定する容器成形工程とからなる。

塩基性物質と有機酸の場合:
炭酸塩と有機酸の場合:
そうすることによって離型が容易となりサイクル数を上げることが出来る。
PET樹脂(ユニチカ(株)製繊維用樹脂「MA−2101M」:固有粘度0.62dl/g、水分量3,100ppm)95%に、鎖延長剤MB(明彩化学(株)試作品:PETG70%+BASFジャパン(株)製ADR4368S30%)1.0重量%と、炭酸水素ナトリウム84g+安息香酸122gの当量混合物4.29gをPETG95.71gと混練することによって押出機の熱によってあらかじめ反応させた反応済みMB(安息香酸Naとして3.0%含有)4.0重量%を夫々定量フィーダーで供給しながら日立造船(株)製同方向回転2軸押出機「HMT100」(L/D=38、吐出量650kg/hr、2ベント孔)に投入し、押出し温度280℃、ベント孔から−101kPaの高真空下で吸引・脱気しながら押出し、厚さ0.3mmの成形用シートを成形した。
20m/min.の加工スピードで連続押出し中のスクリュー及び真空吸引を一時停止し、押出し機の第1及び第2ベント孔位置の樹脂をサンプリングし、含有水分量を測定した。水分測定はプラスチック用水分気化装置ADP−351型(京都電子工業株式会社製)及びカールフィッシャー水分計MKC−210型(京都電子工業株式会社製)を用いた。結果を表1に示す。
前記、作製した成形用シートを1cm×2cmの大きさに裁断し、表裏の表面積が250cm2に相当する多数の裁断片を、500mlのスリ合せ共栓付の硝子製の三角フラスコに投入した。
惣菜トレーの透明蓋として開口面(長径:15cm、短径:11cm)、天頂面(長径:11cm×短径:8cm)、開口部の4角のコーナーはトレーに合わせた丸みのあるコーナーとし、開口面から天頂面まではなだらかな丸みのある形状とした金型を作製した。
成形品の天頂部の一部を切り取りその10.0mgをサンプルとし、示差走査熱量計(セイコー電子「DSC220」)で各熱量を求め、下記式に基づいて算出した。測定条件は測定サンプル(10.0mg)に窒素50mL/min.を流しながら昇温速度10℃/min.20〜300℃まで昇温して測定した。
成形品は透明であるが、温度がかかると結晶化が進み不透明になると考えられるので120℃、140℃、160℃の恒温乾燥機に入れ5分間放置した。結果を表4に示す。
日本製鋼所(株)製「TEX105α」(L/D=31、2軸、2ベント孔)の主押出機に回収PETフレークから作製したペレット94.0重量%に鎖延長剤MB(明彩化学(株)試作品:PETG70%+BASFジャパン(株)製ADR4368S30%)2.0重量%と、実施例1と同様炭酸水素ナトリウムと安息香酸をあらかじめ反応させた反応済みMB(安息香酸Naとして3.0%含有)4.0%を夫々定量フィーダーで供給しながら投入し、押出温度280℃、ベント孔から−101kPaの高真空下で吸引・脱気しながら押出し、共押出Tダイに導いた。
実施例1と同様、真空・圧空成形機((株)脇坂エンジニアリング製「FVS−5000P」)を用い雌金型と雄金型の空間を1.0mmになるように相似形を作製し、雄金型形状を上径部130mmφ、下部径97mmφ、深さ35mmとして下部コーナーを丸みを取ったR形状とした。
成形品の底部の一部を切り取りその10.0mgをサンプルとし、示差走査熱量計(セイコー電子「DSC220」)で各熱量を求め、下記式に基づいて算出した。測定条件は測定サンプル(10.0mg)に窒素50ml/min.を流しながら昇温速度10℃/min.20〜300℃まで昇温して測定した。測定結果は主層のほかにバージンPET層込みの値となる。
成形品を200℃の恒温乾燥機に入れ30分間放置した。外観を観察したところちぢれやしわ等の変形はなく、テスト前の形状を維持しており、200℃までの耐熱性があると考えられる。

Claims (5)
- 前記成形用シートの作製工程が、常温で固体である無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩と常温で固体である有機酸とを当量関係で混合してPETG樹脂に添加し、マスターバッチを作る時の熱と混練によってあらかじめ反応させ、微細な有機酸の金属塩を生成させた反応済マスターバッチを製造し、PET樹脂に、常温で固体である無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩と常温で固体である有機酸とを当量関係で混合した混合物0.01〜1.0重量%に相当する該反応済みマスターバッチと、PET樹脂の鎖延長剤0.2〜1.0重量%とを添加し、ベント孔が2以上ある押出機に投入し、PET樹脂が加熱・溶融した状態でベント孔から−99.99KPa以上の高真空下で吸引・脱気した後、押出して成形用シートを作製することを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐熱容器の製造方法。
- 前記常温で固体である無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩は、CaO、Ca(OH)2、NaHCO3及びNa2CO3から選ばれる一種であり、常温で固体である有機酸は、安息香酸及びフタル酸から選ばれる一種であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の耐熱容器の製造方法。
- 前記PET樹脂の鎖延長剤が、スチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸メチル−メタクリル酸グリシジルであることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の耐熱容器の製造方法。
- 常温で固体である無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩と常温で固体である有機酸とを当量関係で混合してPETG樹脂に添加し、マスターバッチを作る時の熱と混練によってあらかじめ反応させ、微細な有機酸の金属塩を生成させた反応済みマスターバッチを製造し、PET樹脂に、常温で固体である無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩と常温で固体である有機酸とを当量関係で混合した混合物0.01〜1.0重量%に相当する該反応済みマスターバッチと、PET樹脂の鎖延長剤0.2〜1.0重量%とを添加し、ベント孔が2以上ある押出機に投入し、PET樹脂が加熱・溶融した状態でベント孔から−99.99KPa以上の高真空下で吸引・脱気した後、共押出し用Tダイに導き、一方、副押出機にPET樹脂を投入し、加熱・溶融した後共押出し用Tダイに導き共押出法により無機の塩基性物質若しくは炭酸塩と有機酸とから生成された微細な有機酸の金属塩が混入した主層と少なくとも内層とからなる成形用シートを作製し、該成形用シートを80〜130℃に加熱した後、真空若しくは真空・圧空成形機で容器を成形し、同じ金型内で130〜220℃に保持して熱固定し、下記の式で示される結晶化度が18%以上であることを特徴とする耐熱容器の製造方法。
