Description

The present invention relates to a sliding door device.

Conventionally, a sliding door that is slidable along one surface of the wall body so as to open and close an opening provided on the wall body, such as an entrance / exit, on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening, so-called outset storage. It has been known. In the case of such outset storage, the upper rail that guides the upper end side of the sliding door is attached along the wall surface. Therefore, particularly when the sliding door is closed, there is a problem that the upper rail is easily noticeable on the wall surface on the side where the sliding door is placed (stored) when the sliding door is opened.
For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a sliding door device including a lower rail that is driven by a door wheel provided at the lower end of the sliding door and fixed to the floor, and an upper guide mechanism that guides the upper portion of the sliding door. Further, in this sliding door device, the guide member of the rail member provided at the upper end of the sliding door is engaged with the guide member constituting the upper guiding mechanism provided on the upper wall surface between the opening and the side wall surface thereof. The guide groove is provided with a mating guide groove.

However, in the sliding door device as described in Patent Document 1, the upper end side of the sliding door is guided by a guide member that is smaller than the door width dimension of the sliding door. Therefore, it is conceivable that the upper end side of the part separated from the guide member in the sliding door is likely to swing in the door thickness direction, or the part separated from the guide member is likely to be lifted. For example, in the fully closed position, the upper end side of the sliding door, which is the side operated when opening the door, is likely to swing, and a load is applied to the guide member that is engaged on the door bottom side of the sliding door. . In addition, when a mechanism for decelerating the sliding door is provided, it is conceivable that the front side in the moving direction is easily lifted, and further improvement is desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door device capable of stably guiding a door plate while making a member that guides the upper end side of the door plate inconspicuous in a fully closed position.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In some of the drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals attached to other drawings are omitted.
In the following embodiments, directions such as the vertical direction will be described with reference to a state in which the sliding door device according to each embodiment is constructed.

1-8 is a figure which shows typically an example of the sliding door apparatus which concerns on 1st Embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sliding door device 1 according to the present embodiment has one side of the wall 2 that opens and closes the opening 3 provided in the wall 2 on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. The door board 10 is slidably built along the door. In other words, this door plate 10 is not a sleeve wall storage housed in a sleeve wall provided in a part of the wall body or a door bag storage housed in a door pocket provided in the wall body, but on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. It is configured so as to be slidable on the outside and built in a so-called outset storage. Further, when the door plate 10 is slid in one-sided shape from the fully closed position shown in FIG. 3 to one side in the door width direction (wall width direction) to be the fully open position shown in FIG. It is set as the structure distribute | arranged to the wall thickness direction one side of the wall body 2 located in one side. In the present embodiment, the sliding door device 1 is configured to include a single door plate 10.

The sliding door device 1 is provided on the floor side on one side (one side in the wall thickness direction) of the wall body 2 and includes a lower rail 6 that guides the lower end side of the door plate 10 and receives the load of the door plate 10. . That is, the sliding door device 1 is a lower load type that receives the load of the door plate 10 by the lower rail 6.
Further, the sliding door device 1 is placed in the door bottom side end width of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position and is positioned in the door tip side end width of the door plate 10 in the fully open position. The upper guide member 30 is provided on the side and guides the upper end side of the door plate 10.
In addition, the sliding door device 1 includes an auxiliary upper rail 26 disposed along the upper edge portion of the opening 3 on one side of the wall body 2, and a surface facing the wall body 2 side at the door end side end portion of the door plate 10. An anti-vibration member 20 provided at the upper end portion and slidably engaged with the auxiliary upper rail 26 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the opening 3 is provided so as to penetrate the wall body 2 of a building such as a residence and constitutes an entrance / exit. In the example shown in the figure, the upper side and the left and right (opening width direction) sides of the opening 3 are partitioned by an upper frame 4 and a pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 constituting the opening frame. In the illustrated example, the upper frame 4 and the pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 are fixed frames that protrude from both sides in the wall thickness direction so that both end portions in the wall thickness direction (expected direction) are so-called dust portions. An example is shown. In addition, a C chamfered chamfer is provided on the center side in the opening width direction at both ends in the wall thickness direction of the pair of vertical frames 5 and 5, and the upper chamfers corresponding to the pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 formed with these chamfers The example which made the dimension along the wall thickness direction of the frame 4 smaller than the dimension along the wall thickness direction of a pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 is shown.
Further, the lower side of the opening 3 may be partitioned by a floor surface, or may be partitioned by a lower frame. Moreover, you may make it grasp | ascertain as the sliding door apparatus 1 provided with such an opening frame.

The lower rail 6 has an elongated shape along the sliding direction (door width direction) of the door plate 10 and is located on the lower end side of the door plate 10 that slides between the fully closed position shown in FIG. 3 and the fully open position shown in FIG. It is arranged on the floor side so that a guide is possible. In the illustrated example, the length of the lower rail 6 is a dimension according to the dimension along the door width direction from the door end side end surface of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position to the door bottom side end surface of the door plate 10 in the fully open position. Is shown. That is, the lower rail 6 has a length that is twice or more the opening width dimension of the opening 3.
The lower rail 6 is provided with a guide groove 7 that opens upward so as to extend in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the lower rail 6 is disposed so as to be positioned on one side in the wall thickness direction of the vertical frames 5 and 5 that are on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. In the illustrated example, this lower rail 6 is positioned on one side in the wall thickness direction of one vertical frame 5 located in the vicinity of the door end side end of the door plate 10 whose one end in the longitudinal direction is in the fully closed position. An example is shown. Moreover, in the example of a figure, the example which has distribute | arranged this lower rail 6 so that it may adjoin to the wall thickness direction one surface of both the vertical frames 5 and 5 is shown.
In the present embodiment, the lower rail 6 is a so-called directly attached rail installed on the floor. In place of such an embodiment, the lower rail 6 may be provided in an embedded manner on the floor.

Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the pair of stopper parts 8 and 9 which respectively regulate the full-close position and the full-open position of the doorplate 10 in the longitudinal direction both ends of this lower rail 6. That is, a fully closed side stopper portion 8 that restricts the fully closed position of the door plate 10 is provided at one longitudinal end portion of the lower rail 6, and a fully open side stopper that restricts the fully open position of the door plate 10 at the other longitudinal end portion of the lower rail 6. The portion 9 is provided. These stopper portions 8 and 9 are provided so as to protrude upward. The fully closed stopper portion 8 is configured to be in contact with the lower end portion of the door end side end surface of the door plate 10 to suppress further movement of the door plate 10 toward the front side in the closing direction. The fully open side stopper portion 9 is configured to abut against the lower end portion of the door bottom side end surface of the door plate 10 to suppress further movement of the door plate 10 toward the front side in the opening direction. In addition, you may make it set the protrusion dimension to the upper side of these stopper parts 8 and 9 suitably from the viewpoint of appearance etc. so that the movement of the doorplate 10 can be suppressed.

The fully open side holding member 43 has a cylindrical shape arranged along the longitudinal direction in the wall width direction. In the example shown in the figure, the fully open side holding member 43 has a substantially rectangular tube shape. The dimension along the wall thickness direction of the fully open holding member 43 is a dimension according to the dimension along the wall thickness direction between the pair of guide portions 42 d and 42 d of the adjustment member 42. In addition, protrusions inserted into the holding grooves of the pair of guide portions 42d and 42d of the adjustment member 42 are provided on both side edges in the wall thickness direction of the upper end portion of the fully open side holding member 43 so as to protrude in the wall thickness direction. Yes. Due to the engagement between the protrusions and the holding grooves, the fully opened holding member 43 is temporarily held with respect to the adjusting member 42 so as to be movable in the wall width direction. In addition, as a mode of temporarily holding the fully-open side holding member 43 movably in the wall width direction with respect to the adjustment member 42, various other modifications are possible.

In addition, a plurality of female screw holes 43a and 43a penetrating in the vertical direction are formed in the upper plate portion arranged along the lower surface side of the adjustment member 42 in the fully-open side holding member 43. Further, the stopper insertion holes 43b and 43b in the upper plate portion have a large diameter so that the head portion of the stopper can be inserted, and the stopper insertion holes 43c and 43c in the lower plate portion are inserted in the stopper head portion. The small diameter is impossible.

Further, on the upper plate portion of the fully open side holding member 43, a fully closed side holding member 44 whose position along the wall width direction is adjusted with respect to the fully open side holding member 43 is fixed to the adjusting member 42. An insertion portion 43d through which the tool is inserted is provided. The insertion portion 43d is provided so as to communicate with the female screw hole 42f of the adjustment member 42. Further, the insertion portion 43d has a long hole shape in the wall width direction so that the position adjustment in the wall width direction with respect to the adjustment member 42 of the fully open holding member 43 can be performed. In the illustrated example, the insertion portion 43d has a notch shape that opens toward the other side (the opposite opening side) in the wall width direction. Instead of such a mode in which the insertion portion 43d is provided, the upper plate portion of the fully opened holding member 43 is formed so that the stopper screwed through the female screw hole 42f of the adjustment member 42 does not interfere. You may do it.
Further, a notch-like recess 43e for receiving a spacer 45 fixed to the fully-closed holding member 44 described later so as to be movable in the wall width direction extends in the wall width direction on the lower plate portion of the fully opened holding member 43. Is provided. The recess 43e is provided so as to penetrate the other side portion in the wall width direction of the lower plate portion of the fully opened holding member 43 in the thickness direction and to open toward the other side in the wall width direction.

The fully closed holding member 44 is elongated in the wall width direction, and is configured to be slidably accommodated in the hollow portion of the fully opened holding member 43 in the wall width direction.
A stopper insertion hole 44a through which a stopper such as a screw for fixing the fully closed action member 32 is inserted into the fully closed holding member 44 passes through the fully closed holding member 44 in the vertical direction. Is provided. Moreover, the example which provided the fastener penetration holes 44a and 44a in the two places in the wall width direction other side part of the fully closed side holding member 44 at intervals in the wall width direction is shown. The dimension (pitch) along the wall width direction between these stopper insertion holes 44a, 44a is the dimension (pitch) along the wall width direction between the stopper insertion holes 43b, 43b, 43c, 43c of the above-described fully open holding member 43. ) And the same dimensions.

Further, the fully-closed holding member 44 is formed so that the heads of the stoppers inserted through the stopper insertion holes 44 a and 44 a do not interfere with the upper plate portion of the fully-opened holding member 43. In the illustrated example, the fully closed holding member 44 is formed in a substantially H shape with concave grooves that open upward and downward on each of the upper and lower sides when viewed in the longitudinal direction. The head of the stopper inserted through the stopper insertion holes 44a and 44a is accommodated in the groove. Instead of such a mode, a mode in which a countersink-shaped concave portion for receiving the head of the stopper is provided on the upper surface side of the fully-closed holding member 44 may be used.
Moreover, interference with the head part of the stopper inserted in the stopper insertion holes 43c and 43c of the lower plate part of the full opening side holding member 43 is suppressed by the concave groove on the lower side.
A spacer 45 is fixed to the lower surface side of the fully closed holding member 44 so that the lower surface is substantially flush with the lower surface of the fully opened holding member 43. In the example shown in the figure, the spacer 45 has a rectangular column shape elongated in the wall width direction. The spacer 45 is provided with a plurality of stopper insertion holes 45a and 45a penetrating in the vertical direction so as to communicate with the stopper insertion holes 44a and 44a of the fully-closed holding member 44. In addition, it is good also as an aspect integrally provided in the fully closed side holding member 44 instead of the aspect which provided such a spacer 45 as a different body.

With this configuration, the fully closed holding member 44 is screwed into the female screw hole 42f of the adjustment member 42, and the tip of the screw inserted into the insertion portion 43d of the fully opened holding member 43 is pressed against the upper surface side. As a result, the adjustment member 42 is fixed. If the screw is loosened, the position of the fully closed holding member 44 in the wall width direction with respect to the fully opened holding member 43 can be adjusted. Thereby, the space | interval adjustment along the wall width direction of the full open side action member 36 and the full close side action member 32 hold | maintained at each of these full open side holding members 43 and the full close side holding members 44 is attained. In addition, the aspect which enables the space | interval adjustment along the wall width direction of these full open side action members 36 and the full close side action member 32 is not restricted to the above aspects, Various deformation | transformation are possible for others.

The guide body 31 protrudes downward from the lower surface side of the fully open side holding member 43 and the fully closed side holding member 44 (spacer 45) provided to protrude to one side in the wall thickness direction of the mounting member 40. Further, in the illustrated example, each of the inclined surfaces 33a and 37a is arranged so that the width dimension (dimension along the wall thickness direction) of the central part in the wall width direction is smaller than the width dimension of the outer part in the wall width direction. The example which provided the narrow part in the wall width direction center side part of the protrusion parts 33 and 37 is shown. Each of the operating arms 15 and 18 described above is a pair of plates that rotatably hold the front end rollers 15a and 18a with a space in the wall thickness direction so that the narrow portions of the projecting portions 33 and 37 can be received. It is set as the structure provided with the shape.

The central side surfaces 33b and 37b of the pair of projecting portions 33 and 37 facing the central projecting portions 35 and 39 and the outer side surfaces 35a and 39a of the central projecting portions 35 and 39 facing the projecting portions 33 and 37, respectively. Both sides of the engaging recesses 34 and 38 in the wall width direction are defined. The central side surfaces 33b and 37b and the outer side surfaces 35a and 39a are provided vertically and in parallel to each other.
Further, the outer side surfaces 35a and 39a of the central projecting portions 35 and 39 define engaging recesses 34 and 38 and function as operating portions for operating the operating arms 15 and 18 of the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16, respectively. .

The operation arms 15 and 18 of the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are operated by the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a of the upper guide member 30 configured as described above, and the door plate 10 is decelerated.
That is, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the door plate 10 moves from the open side toward the fully closed position, the operating arm 15 of the fully closed side buffer mechanism 13 is moved by the action of the fully closed side inclined surface 33a. The door plate 10 is decelerated and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, with further movement to the fully closed position, if the operating arm 15 of the fully closed buffer mechanism 13 exceeds the fully closed inclined surface 33a and contacts the fully closed contact surface 35a, FIG. 7 (b). As shown in FIG. 3, the door plate 10 is displaced so as to stand up, and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, the front end roller 15a of the operating arm 15 is inserted into the fully closed engagement recess 34 so as to go up the fully closed contact surface 35a, and the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position.

Similarly, when the door plate 10 moves from the closed side toward the fully open position, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the operating arm 18 of the fully open side buffer mechanism 16 is operated by the fully open inclined surface 37a. Is displaced so that the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, with further movement to the fully open position, if the operating arm 18 of the fully open buffer mechanism 16 exceeds the fully open inclined surface 37a and contacts the fully open contact surface 39a, as shown in FIG. , The door plate 10 is decelerated and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, the front end roller 18a of the operating arm 18 is inserted into the fully open side engaging recess 38 so as to go up the fully open side contact surface 39a, and the door plate 10 becomes the fully open position.
In this embodiment, when the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are actuated by the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a of the upper guide member 30 as described above, the restricting portion 26 that suppresses the lifting of the door plate 10 on the front side in the moving direction. , 28 are provided in the sliding door device 1. The locking part 27 is provided so as to open toward the lower side and extend over the entire length, and is a groove-shaped locking recess that slidably receives the locked part 21 of the rocking member 20 in the door width direction. A groove 27 is formed. The locking groove 27 includes a lower portion of the attachment portion 26a, a groove bottom wall portion 26b that protrudes from the middle portion in the vertical direction of the attachment portion 26a toward one side in the wall thickness direction, and the groove bottom wall portion 26b. And a groove side wall portion 26c provided so as to hang down from one end portion in the wall thickness direction.

The groove width dimension of the locking groove 27 is a dimension according to the dimension along the door thickness direction of the locked portion 21 of the anti-vibration member 20. The locked portions 21 of the anti-vibration member 20 are in contact with and regulated on both side surfaces of the locking concave groove 27 in the groove width direction, and movement in the door thickness direction on the upper end side of the door plate 10 is suppressed. .
Further, the upward movement of the anti-vibration member 20 with respect to the auxiliary upper rail 26 is suppressed by the groove bottom wall portion 26b that divides the groove bottom side of the locking groove 27. That is, if the door end side of the door plate 10 tries to move upward, the upper end portion of the locked portion 21 of the swinging member 20 is brought into contact with the groove bottom wall portion 26b, and the door side of the door plate 10 on the upper side of the door edge side. The movement to is suppressed. Thereby, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully closed position, the lift on the door end side that is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 when the fully closed side buffer mechanism 13 is operated by the action portion 33a is suppressed.

When the door plate 10 moves to the fully open position, the restricting portion (door bottom side restricting portion) 28 that suppresses the lift of the door butt side that is the front side of the door plate 10 in the moving direction is provided on one side of the wall 2 in the wall thickness direction. It is set as the structure arrange | positioned by the floor side. Further, the door bottom side restricted portion 24 that engages with the door bottom side regulating portion 28 is provided at the lower end portion of the surface (the other side surface in the wall thickness direction) facing the wall body 2 at the door bottom side end portion of the door plate 10. It has been.
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 (a) and FIG. 6 (a), the door bottom side restricted portion 24 includes a mounting portion 24a attached to the lower end portion of the door bottom side end portion of the door plate 10, and the door bottom side. The door bottom side restricted member 24 includes an engaged portion 25 that engages with the restricting portion 28. Moreover, in this embodiment, the door bottom side regulated member 24 is configured to be disposed so as not to overlap the opening 3 in the wall thickness direction when the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position. That is, as shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 3, the door bottom side regulated member 24 is wider than the inner side surface of the opening 3 facing in the same direction as the door end side end surface when the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position. It arrange | positions so that it may be located in the door butt side in a direction. Moreover, in the example of a figure, the example which attached this door butt side regulated member 24 to the site | part which approached the door width direction center side from the door butt side end surface of the door board 10 is shown.

The mounting portion 24a is formed in a thin plate shape that is generally along the thickness direction in the door thickness direction. This attachment part 24a is good also as what is attached to the surface (wall thickness direction other side surface) which faces the wall body 2 side of the doorplate 10 with fasteners, such as a screw. In the illustrated example, a plurality of stopper insertion holes 24b, 24b penetrating in the thickness direction are provided in the attachment portion 24a with an interval in the door width direction.
The engaged portion 25 is provided so as to protrude from the other side surface in the wall thickness direction of the door plate 10 toward the other side in the wall thickness direction (the wall body 2 side). In the present embodiment, the engaged portion 25 is formed in a thin plate shape generally extending in the thickness direction in the vertical direction, and is elongated in the door width direction. In the illustrated example, the engaged portion 25 is provided at the lower end portion of the mounting portion 24 a so that the lower surface is substantially flush with the lower end surface of the door plate 10.
The projecting dimension of the engaged portion 25 and the dimension along the door width direction effectively engage with a door bottom side restricting portion 28 described later, and effectively suppress the lift on the door bottom side that is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10. Therefore, the dimensions are set appropriately.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 3, the door bottom side restricting portion 28 is provided at the lower end portion on one side in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2 so as to be positioned on the fully open side stopper portion 9 side of the lower rail 6. It is set as the structure arrange | positioned. In the illustrated example, a door butt side regulating member 28 constituting a door butt side regulating portion is provided on the floor so as to be positioned between the skirting board fixed to one side surface in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2 and the lower rail 6. An example is shown.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 (b), the door butt side regulating member 28 is open toward one side in the wall thickness direction and receives the engaged portion 25 of the door butt side regulated member 24. The joint groove 29 is provided over the entire wall width direction. The upward movement of the engaged portion 25 of the door butt side restricted member 24 is suppressed by a surface (engagement surface) facing the lower side which is the groove side surface on the one side in the groove width direction of the engagement groove 29. The lifting of the door butt side, which is the front side of the moving direction of the door plate 10 moving to the fully open position, is suppressed.

In the present embodiment, it is possible to adjust the position of the engagement surface facing the lower side of the engagement groove 29 in the vertical direction. Further, in the present embodiment, the door bottom side regulating member 28 is attached to an attachment main body 28a fixed to the floor, and can be adjusted in the vertical direction with respect to the attachment main body 28a, and the lower surface serves as an engagement surface. And a combination member 28b.
The engaging member 28b has a substantially plate shape arranged along the thickness direction in the wall thickness direction. The engaging member 28b is provided with a plurality of stopper insertion long holes 28c, 28c that have a long diameter in the vertical direction and penetrate in the thickness direction. In the illustrated example, the engaging member 28b is provided with the stopper insertion long holes 28c and 28c at two locations with a space in the wall width direction.
The part (attachment part) to which the engagement member 28b of the attachment main body 28a is attached has a substantially plate shape that is arranged along the thickness direction in the wall thickness direction. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which guide wall portions that suppress the movement of the engaging member 28b in the wall width direction are provided at both ends in the wall width direction of the mounting portion of the mounting body 28a. In addition, a female screw hole corresponding to the stopper insertion long holes 28c, 28c of the engaging member 28b is provided in the mounting portion of the mounting body 28a. Further, a stopper insertion hole is provided at the lower end portion of the mounting body 28a so as to penetrate in the vertical direction.

By loosening the screws inserted into the stopper insertion long holes 28c, 28c of the engaging member 28b, the vertical position of the engaging member 28b with respect to the mounting body 28a can be adjusted. It is possible to adjust the position in the vertical direction of the engagement surface facing downward. In addition, various modifications are possible as an aspect in which the position of the engagement surface facing the lower side of the engagement groove 29 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. Moreover, it is good also as a door bottom side regulating member 28 which replaced with such an aspect and formed the attachment main body 28a and the engaging member 28b integrally.
As shown in FIG. 8, the door butt side regulating member 28 and the door butt side restricted member 24 of the door plate 10 having the above-described configuration are arranged before the operating arm 18 of the fully opened buffering mechanism 16 comes into contact with the fully opened inclined surface 37a. Are arranged to engage with each other.

In FIG. 8, each state of the lower end part by the side of the door bottom of the door board 10 in each state of FIG. 8 (a)-(c) which shows the upper end part by the side of the door edge of the door board 10 is shown in FIG. This is shown in f). That is, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8D, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully open position, the door end side regulating member 28 is engaged with the front end portion in the moving direction of the door bottom side restricted member 24 of the door plate 10. In the combined state, the operating arm 18 of the fully open side buffer mechanism 16 and the fully open side inclined surface 37a are in a non-contact state. As a result, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully open position, the door bottom side is lifted on the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 when the fully open side buffer mechanism 16 is actuated by the fully open side inclined surface 37a as the action portion. It is suppressed.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 8B and 8E, in the state where the door butt side restricted member 24 of the door plate 10 is engaged with the door butt side regulating member 28, further movement to the fully open position is performed. The operating arm 18 of the fully open side buffering mechanism 16 contacts the fully open side inclined surface 37a, and the door plate 10 is decelerated as described above.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8C and 8F, when the door plate 10 is in the fully open position, the engagement between the door butt side restricted member 24 and the door butt side restricted member 28 is released. . Instead of such an aspect, the door bottom side restricted member 24 and the door bottom side regulating member 28 may be engaged with each other even when the door plate 10 is in the fully open position.
Further, the lower rail 6, the upper guide member 30, the anti-vibration member 20, the door bottom side regulated member 24, the auxiliary upper rail 26, and the door bottom side regulating member 28 are made of a metal material, a hard synthetic resin material, or the like. It is good also as what was formed from. Further, the lower rail 6, the upper guide member 30, the anti-vibration member 20, the door bottom side regulated member 24, the auxiliary upper rail 26, and the door bottom side regulating member 28 are not limited to the above-described configuration, and various modifications can be made. Is possible.

The sliding door device 1 according to the present embodiment is configured as described above, so that the upper guide member 30 that guides the upper end side of the door plate 10 is less noticeable in the fully closed position, but the door plate 10 is stably guided. can do.
That is, the upper guide member that guides the top and bottom of the door plate 10 slidably built along one surface of the wall 2 so as to open and close the opening 3 provided in the wall 2 on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. 30 and the lower rail 6 are provided. Therefore, the door plate 10 can be stored in an outset shape.
Further, the upper guide member 30 is placed in the door bottom side end width of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position, and in the position of the wall 2 so as to be in the door tip side end width of the door plate 10 in the fully open position. It is assumed that it is arranged on one side. That is, the upper guide member 30 is configured to be disposed at a substantially central portion of the sliding area of the door plate 10. Therefore, the upper guide member 30 can be made inconspicuous in both the fully closed position and the fully opened position of the door plate 10, and the size of the upper guide member 30 along the door width direction can be reduced.

Further, the auxiliary upper rail 26 disposed along the upper edge portion of the opening 3 on one side of the wall body 2 and the upper end portion of the surface facing the wall body 2 side at the door end side end portion of the door plate 10 are provided. The anti-vibration member 20 that is slidably engaged with the auxiliary upper rail 26 is provided. Therefore, the door thickness on the upper end side on the door end side of the door plate 10 is locked by the auxiliary upper rail 26 on the upper end portion on the door end side of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position. Movement in the direction can be suppressed. Thereby, since the deflection on the upper end side on the door tip side which is the side operated when opening from the fully closed position is suppressed, it is possible to suppress the load on the upper guide member 30 engaged with the door bottom side. it can. Moreover, since the anti-vibration member 20 is provided in the surface side which faces the wall body 2 side of the door board 10, it can be made not conspicuous in the state which looked at the door board 10 in the wall thickness direction one side. Further, since the auxiliary upper rail 26 is disposed along the upper edge portion of the opening 3, it can be made inconspicuous, and when the door plate 10 is in a fully closed position, the side on which the door plate 10 is stored. It is not exposed on the wall and can give a clean impression.

Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which mutually engages the auxiliary | assistant upper rail 26 and the bracing member 20 so that the upward movement of the bracing member 20 with respect to the auxiliary | assistant upper rail 26 can be suppressed. Therefore, the upward movement of the door-side end of the door plate 10 can be suppressed by the auxiliary upper rail 26, and the lift on the door-end side can be suppressed. Accordingly, as described above, the operation of the buffer mechanism 13 when the upper guide member 30 is provided with the action portion (fully closed side inclined surface) 33a that operates the buffer mechanism 13 that decelerates the door plate 10 that moves to the fully closed position. It is possible to suppress the lift on the door-end side due to. That is, as described above, when the buffer mechanism 13 is operated by the fully-closed inclined surface 33 a of the upper guide member 30, the auxiliary upper rail 26 and the bracing member 20 are prevented from lifting up in the moving direction of the door plate 10. It can be made to function as a regulation part (door-end side regulation part) 26 to be performed and a regulated part (door-end side regulated part) 20. Instead of such a mode, a mode in which the locking groove 27 of the auxiliary upper rail 26 is opened upward and the locked portion 21 of the anti-vibration member 20 protrudes downward is also possible. Good. In this case, the aspect which provided separately the control part (door-end side control part) 26 and the to-be-controlled part (door-end side control part) 20 which suppress the raising at the door-end side of the door plate 10 which moves to a fully closed position It is good.

In the present embodiment, the vertical dimension of the auxiliary upper rail 26 is set to be equal to or smaller than the vertical dimension of the upper frame 4 that defines the upper side of the opening 3 so that the auxiliary upper rail 26 is along one side in the wall thickness direction of the upper frame 4. It is set as the structure arrange | positioned. Therefore, the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be made inconspicuous. The auxiliary upper rail 26 may have the same color tone as the opening frames 4, 5, and 5. According to this, the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be made less noticeable.
Further, the anti-vibration member 20 is arranged so as not to overlap the opening 2 in the wall thickness direction when the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position and the fully open position. Therefore, when the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position and the fully open position, the anti-vibration member 20 is conspicuous when the door plate 10 in the fully closed position and the fully open position is viewed from the other side of the wall 2 in the wall thickness direction. Can be difficult.

In the present embodiment, the upper end side of the door plate 10 is provided with the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 for decelerating the door plate 10 moving to at least one of the fully closed position and the fully open position, and the upper guide member 30 is provided with the buffer mechanism. Action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a for actuating 13, 16 are provided. Therefore, the impact of the door plate 10 that moves to at least one of the fully closed position and the fully open position can be reduced. Further, for example, it is conceivable to provide the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 on the lower rail 6 or the upper guide member 30, but the structure on the side of the lower rail 6 or the upper guide member 30 is simplified as compared with such a mechanism. And can be reduced in thickness. Further, by providing the upper guide member 30 with the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a, the structure of the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be simplified while the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are provided. Can do. That is, as in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be thinned in the wall thickness direction, and can have a simple structure that is uniform over the entire length.

Moreover, in this embodiment, when the buffering mechanisms 13 and 16 are operated by the action portions 33a and 37a of the upper guide member 30, the restriction portions 26 and 28 that suppress the lifting of the door plate 10 on the front side in the moving direction, and the restriction Restricted portions 20 and 24 that engage with the portions 26 and 28 are provided. Therefore, as described above, the front direction of the door plate 10 in the movement direction that is likely to occur when the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 provided on the rear end side in the movement direction of the door plate 10 are actuated by the action portions 33a and 37a of the upper guide member 30. The side lift can be suppressed. Thus, as in the present embodiment, even when the doors 11 and 11 that engage with the lower rail 6 are provided at the lower ends of the door width direction both ends of the door plate 10, the doors 11 and 11 on the front side in the moving direction are provided. Can be prevented from being removed from the lower rail 6.

In the present embodiment, the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are paired at both ends in the door width direction on the upper end side of the door plate 10 so that the door plate 10 moving to the fully closed position and the fully open position can be decelerated. Provided. Accordingly, while the size of the upper guide member 30 is reduced in size along the door width direction, the action mechanisms 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a provided on the upper guide member 30 allow the buffer mechanisms 13, 16 is actuated and the impact of the door plate 10 moving to either the fully closed position or the fully open position can be reduced.

In the present embodiment, the upper guide member 30 is brought into contact with the distal end portions 15a and 18a of the operating arms 15 and 18 of the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 provided in a pair to operate the operating arms 15 and 18. The action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a are provided. Further, it is possible to adjust the distance along the door width direction between the fully closed action parts 33a, 35a and the fully open action parts 37a, 39a constituting the action parts 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a. Accordingly, the upper guide member 30 is provided with action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a that actuate the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 on both sides in the door width direction of the door plate 10, but moves to the fully closed side and the fully open side. It can adjust so that each buffer mechanism 13 and 16 may operate | move in the appropriate position of the door board 10. FIG.

Next, another embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 9 is a diagram schematically illustrating an example of a sliding door device according to the second embodiment.
Note that differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

The sliding door device 1A according to the present embodiment is mainly different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the upper guide member 30A, the auxiliary upper rail 26A, and the anti-rest member 20A.
In the present embodiment, the attachment member 40A of the upper guide member 30A has a structure in which an attachment piece portion 41A attached to the wall body 2 and a holding piece portion 42A for holding the guide main body 31A are integrally provided.
Further, the guide main body 31A of the upper guide member 30A is brought into contact with the inner surface of the groove 12 instead of the contact portion that is in contact with the inner surface of the groove 12 provided on the upper end side of the door plate 10A. The rollers (guide rollers) 33Ac and 37Ac are provided. In addition, the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are provided on each of the fully closed action member 32A and the fully open action member 36A.

The guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac have the same configuration as each other, and are rotatable around an axis along the vertical direction. Further, the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are configured such that their circumferential surfaces abut on the inner wall in the groove width direction as the inner surface of the recessed groove 12 of the door plate 10A and roll. The outer diameters of these guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are dimensions according to the groove width of the recessed groove 12 of the door plate 10A.
In the example shown in the figure, the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are thin disk-shaped and are configured to be in contact with the upper end portion of the inner wall of the groove 12. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment. Absent.
Further, the portions other than the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac of the guide main body 31A have appropriate dimensions such as dimensions along the door thickness direction so as not to contact the inner surface of the concave groove 12.

Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26A is disposed along the lower surface of the upper frame 4 serving as the opening inner top surface facing the lower side that defines the opening 3 serving as the upper edge portion of the opening. . Further, the length of the auxiliary upper rail 26 </ b> A is a dimension corresponding to the opening width dimension of the opening 3. That is, the auxiliary upper rail 26 </ b> A has a length dimension corresponding to the opening width dimension from one vertical frame 5 to the other vertical frame 5.
The auxiliary upper rail 26A is provided with a locking groove 27A that opens downward along the entire length. The locking groove 27A includes a bottom wall portion 26Aa arranged along the lower surface of the upper frame 4, and both side wall portions 26Ab, 26Ab provided so as to hang down from both sides in the wall thickness direction of the bottom wall portion 26A. , Is divided by. The auxiliary upper rail 26A may have a bottom wall portion 26Aa attached to the upper frame 4 by a fastener such as a screw. Further, in the illustrated example, the auxiliary upper rail 26 </ b> A is attached along the lower surface of the one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the upper frame 4.

As described above, the anti-vibration member 20A includes a locked portion 21A that is slidably inserted into the locking groove 27A of the auxiliary upper rail 26A. 21 A of this to-be-latched parts are provided so that it may protrude upward from the wall thickness direction other side edge part of the connection piece part provided so that it may extend in the wall thickness direction other side than the said 1st Embodiment. Yes.
Further, in this embodiment, when the door plate 10A moves between the fully closed position and the fully opened position, the auxiliary upper rail 26A provided within the opening width of the opening 3 as described above is always attached to the anti-vibration member 20A. It is provided to be movable in the door width direction so as to be locked. That is, as described above, in the door plate 10A, the door end side end surface is substantially flush with the inner surface of the opening 3 facing in the same direction as the door end side end surface, as described above. It is necessary to position it on the outer side in the door width direction from the door end side end face of the door plate 10A. On the other hand, when the door plate 10A is in the fully closed position, the door end side end overlaps with the one vertical frame 5 in the wall thickness direction, so the anti-vibration member 20A is closer to the door width direction door bottom side than the door tip side end surface of the door plate 10A. Need to be positioned.

In the illustrated example, a slide portion 22 that is elongated in the door width direction is provided on the base end side (one side in the wall thickness direction) of the connecting piece portion of the bracing member 20A, and the slide portion 22 is provided in the door width direction. A holding member 23 that is slidably held is provided.
The slide part 22 is provided so as to extend from the base end side of the connecting piece part of the anti-vibration member 20A toward the door butt side. Further, an end portion on the door butt side of the slide portion 22 is provided with a retaining piece portion 22a that protrudes toward the other side in the wall thickness direction.
The holding member 23 is fixed to the other side surface in the wall thickness direction of the door plate 10 </ b> A with a stopper such as a screw. The holding member 23 is provided with a recess 23a for slidably receiving the slide portion 22 so as to penetrate in the door width direction.
As shown in FIG. 9 (b), the slide portion 22 and the holding member 23 come into contact with the inner side surfaces of the opening 3 and move in the door width direction as the door plate 10A is opened and closed. It is provided so as to guide the movement of the locked portion 21A.

The sliding door device 1 </ b> A according to the present embodiment configured as described above also has substantially the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above.
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided roller (guide roller) 33Ac and 37Ac which contact | abuts to the inner surface of the ditch | groove 12 provided in the upper end side of the doorplate 10A, and rolls to the upper guide member 30A. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly guide the upper end side of the door plate 10A while simplifying the configuration of the groove 12 serving as a guided portion on the door plate 10A side.
The sliding door devices 1 and 1A according to each of the above embodiments are in contact with the inner surfaces of the locking grooves 27 and 27A of the auxiliary upper rails 26 and 26A on the locked portions 21 and 21A of the swinging members 20 and 20A. It is good also as a structure which was provided and the roller which rolls was provided.

In each of the above embodiments, the fully closed action members 32 and 32A and the fully open action members 36 and 36A constituting the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a for operating the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are separated from each other. However, a configuration in which these are integrally provided may be employed. That is, the distance adjustment along the door width direction between the fully closed action portions 33a and 35a and the fully open action portions 37a and 39a may be disabled. Various modifications can be made to the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a for operating the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 depending on the mode of the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16. For example, the actuating arms 15 and 18 of the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 may be rod-like ones that extend and contract in a direction along the door width direction or a direction along the vertical direction.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although it is set as the structure which provided the ditch | groove 12 opened upwards in the upper end part of the doorplates 10 and 10A, it replaces with such an aspect and the wall 2 side of the doorplates 10 and 10A It is good also as a structure which provided the ditch | groove 12 so that it might open in the wall thickness direction other side surface (back surface) which faces to. In this case, the upper guide members 30 and 30A may be appropriately deformed. Moreover, it replaces with the aspect which provided the ditch | groove 12 in the doorplate 10,10A side, and provided the site | part inserted in the ditch | groove 12 in the upper guide member 30,30A side, provided a protruding item | line on the doorplate 10,10A side, It is good also as an aspect etc. which provided the guide groove in which a protruding item | line is inserted in the guide members 30 and 30A side.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the upper guide members 30 and 30A in which the guide main bodies 31 and 31A and the attachment members 40 and 40A are separated are illustrated, but these may be integrally provided. In other words, it is good also as an aspect etc. which provided the site | part attached to the attachment object integrally to the guide main bodies 31 and 31A. The upper guide members 30 and 30A for guiding the upper end side of the door plates 10 and 10A can be variously modified.
In each of the above embodiments, the auxiliary upper rails 26 and 26A are fixed to the opening frames 4 and 5. However, instead of such a mode, the auxiliary upper rails 26 and 26A are connected to the upper edge of the opening. It is good also as what is fixed to the wall surface etc. of a part. In this case, without providing the opening frames 4 and 5, the opening 3 may be defined by an inner side surface that is cross-finished without a frame.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the example which provided the bracing members 20 and 20A so that it might be located only in the door end side edge part of the doorplates 10 and 10A was shown, it replaces with such an aspect and shakes. It is good also as an aspect etc. which provided the stop members 20 and 20A over substantially the whole of the door width direction.

Next, still another embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 10 is a diagram schematically illustrating an example of the sliding door device according to the third embodiment.
Note that differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

In the sliding door device 1B according to the present embodiment, the configurations of the restricting portion 28A and the lower rail 6A that suppress the lifting of the door plate 10 on the front side in the moving direction when the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are operated are the same as those in the first embodiment. Is mainly different.
Also in the present embodiment, as described above, as shown in FIG. 10A, the restricting portion 28 </ b> A is restrained from being lifted on the door bottom side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 moving to the fully open position, and fixed to the floor. The door bottom side regulating member 28A is used. Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10B and 10C, the fitted portion 6a in which the fitting portion 28d provided on the door bottom side regulating member 28A is fitted to the lower rail 6A. It is set as the structure which provided. The fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A and the fitting portion 28d of the door butt side regulating member 28A are fitted to each other so that movement of the door butt side regulating member 28A relative to the lower rail 6A in the wall width direction can be suppressed. It is configured to be combined. Further, the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A and the fitting portion 28d of the door bottom side regulating member 28A can suppress movement of the door bottom side regulating member 28A in the wall thickness direction with respect to the lower rail 6A. It is set as the structure fitted together.

The fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A is provided at the fully opened stopper portion 9 side portion of the lower rail 6A so that the door bottom side regulating member 28A is positioned at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A. ing. Further, the fitted portion 6a has a receiving recess shape that opens toward the lower side and the wall 2 side at the end of the lower rail 6A on the wall 2 side. Moreover, it is set as the structure which provided the several groove | channel groove | channel extended in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A, and opening it below on the lower surface side of the lower rail 6A, and the groove groove of the wall 2 side edge part of this lower rail 6A In this example, the fitted portion 6a is provided so as to cut out the lower end side portion of the groove side wall portion on the wall body 2 side.

Similarly to the above, the door bottom side regulating member 28A includes an attachment main body 28a fixed to the floor, and an engagement member 28b attached to the attachment main body 28a so as to be movable up and down. In this embodiment, the fitting part 28d is provided in the attachment main body 28a. Further, the fitting portion 28d is provided at the lower end portion of the attachment main body 28a where the stopper insertion hole is provided. In addition, the fitting portion 28d is provided so as to protrude from the lower end portion of the mounting body 28a toward one side in the wall thickness direction, and has a protruding piece shape that is fitted to the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A. It is supposed to be.
The dimension along the wall width direction of the fitting part 28d is a dimension according to the dimension along the wall width direction (longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A) of the fitted part 6a. That is, if the fitting part 28d is fitted to the to-be-fitted part 6a, the movement in the wall width direction of the door bottom side regulating member 28A with respect to the lower rail 6A is suppressed. In addition, as a mode which can control movement in the wall width direction of door bottom side regulation member 28A to lower rail 6A in the state where fitting part 28d and to-be-fitted part 6a were fitted together, other various modifications Is possible.

Moreover, it is set as the structure which provided the receiving groove 28e which receives the upper end side site | part of the groove side wall part which divides the to-be-fitted part 6a of 6 A of lower rails in the fitting part 28d. The receiving groove 28e is provided so as to open toward the upper side and extend in the wall width direction, and is provided over the entire wall width direction of the fitting portion 28d. In other words, the fitting portion 28d is provided with a projecting piece portion that protrudes toward the upper side and is inserted into the groove at the end of the wall 2 on the lower surface side of the lower rail 6A. If the protruding piece portion of the fitting portion 28d is inserted into the concave groove on the lower end side of the lower rail 6A on the wall 2 side, that is, the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A is defined in the receiving groove 28e. If the upper end side part of the groove side wall is inserted, the movement of the door bottom side regulating member 28A in the wall thickness direction is suppressed. In addition, as an aspect which can suppress the movement to the wall thickness direction of the door bottom side regulation member 28A with respect to 6 A of lower rails in the state by which the fitting part 28d and the to-be-fitted part 6a were fitted, various deformation | transformation are also various. Is possible.

The sliding door device 1 </ b> B according to the present embodiment having the above configuration also has substantially the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above.
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the to-be-fitted part 6a in which the fitting part 28d provided in 28 A of regulation members (door bottom side regulation member) 28A was fitted in the lower rail 6A. Therefore, the door butt side regulating member 28A can be easily positioned with respect to the lower rail 6A by fitting the fitting portion 28d of the door butt side regulating member 28A with the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A. That is, the door bottom side regulating member 28A can be easily positioned at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A.

Next, still another embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG.11 and FIG.12 is a figure which shows typically an example of the sliding door apparatus which concerns on 4th Embodiment.
Note that differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

In the sliding door device 1C according to the present embodiment, when the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 are operated, the restriction portion 7A that suppresses the lifting of the door plate 10B on the front side in the moving direction and the restricted portion 46 that engages with the restriction portion 7A. The configuration is mainly different from that of the first embodiment.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the restricting portion 7A is an engaging groove 7A provided in the lower rail 6B so that an engaging surface facing downward is formed. That is, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the engagement ditch | groove 7A used as a control part in the lower rail 6B, without setting it as the structure which provided the control member separately. Moreover, it is set as the structure which provided the to-be-engaged part 48a inserted in the engaging groove 7A of this lower rail 6B in the to-be-regulated part 46 provided in the lower end part of the doorplate 10B.

Further, the engaging groove 7A of the lower rail 6B is a guide groove 7A that engages with a door wheel 11 provided at the lower end of the door plate 10B. Further, both or one of the inner walls on both sides in the groove width direction of the guide groove 7A is an engaging surface that faces obliquely downward on the center side in the groove width direction. In the present embodiment, the inner walls on both sides in the groove width direction of the guide groove 7A are engaging surfaces that face obliquely downward on the center side in the groove width direction. That is, the guide groove 7A has a shape in which the groove width is narrowed toward the upper side. The engaging surface provided in the guide groove (engaging concave groove) 17 is not limited to the inclined surface facing obliquely downward, and may be a substantially horizontal surface facing substantially directly below. In this case, the guide groove 17 may be appropriately deformed.

Moreover, it is set as the structure which provided the holding | maintenance part 47 which hold | maintains the to-be-engaged part 48a so that an up-down movement is possible in the lower end part of the doorplate 10B. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the holding portion 47 is configured to be provided on the door bottom side regulated member 46 which is attached to the lower end portion on the door bottom side of the door plate 10 </ b> B and constitutes the regulated portion. That is, the door butt side which becomes the moving direction front side of the door plate 10 which moves to the fully open position by the engaged portion 48a of the door butt side restricted member 46 inserted into the guide groove (engagement concave groove) 7A of the lower rail 6B. It is set as the structure which suppresses the floating of. Moreover, with such a configuration, the door plate 10B and the lower rail 6B are connected to each other.
The door-side regulated member 46 includes an engaging member 48 having an engaged portion 48a at a lower end portion, a holding portion 47 that holds the engaging member 48 so as to be movable up and down, and an engaging member 48 below. A biasing member 49 biasing toward the side.

The holding portion 47 is configured to be attached so as to be fitted into an attachment recess that opens on the end surface on the door bottom side of the door plate 10B and opens downward. The holding portion 47 is provided with a stopper insertion hole through which a stopper such as a screw for attaching the holding portion 47 to the door plate 10B is inserted in a direction along the door width direction.
Further, the holding portion 47 is provided with a recess for accommodating the engaging member 48 and the biasing member 49 so as to open toward the door end side. In addition, a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) partition wall portions 47a and 47a that are spaced apart from each other so as to partition this recess vertically are engaged members 48 that are elongated vertically. It is set as the structure provided so that the insertion holes 47b and 47b which may be inserted may be penetrated in the up-down direction. The engagement member 48 is inserted into the insertion holes 47 b and 47 b and is held so as to be movable up and down with respect to the holding portion 47.

Further, the engaging member 48 has a vertically long bar shape and is provided with an engaged portion 48a at the lower end. In the engaged portion 48a, the shape seen in the door width direction is a shape corresponding to the shape seen in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove 7A of the lower rail 6B. In other words, both side surfaces in the door thickness direction of the engaged portion 48a are parallel to the inner walls on both sides in the groove width direction constituting the engaging surface of the guide groove 7A, and are inclined surfaces facing obliquely upward. The door thickness direction both side surfaces of the engaged portion 48a are brought into contact with both inner walls in the groove width direction of the guide groove 7A, and the upward movement of the engaged portion 48a is suppressed. That is, the upward movement of the door bottom side of the door plate 10B relative to the lower rail 6B is suppressed. Further, in the illustrated example, the lower surface of the engaged portion 48a is shown as a horizontal plane that is parallel to the groove bottom of the guide groove 7A that is a horizontal plane facing upward. In addition, it is good also as a structure which provided the processus | protrusion, roller, etc. which reduce a mutual frictional resistance in the lower surface of this to-be-engaged part 48a, and the groove bottom of the guide groove 7A, or one side.

Further, a retaining portion 48 b that suppresses the downward movement of the engaging member 48 is provided at the upper end portion of the engaging member 48. The retaining portion 48 b has a bowl shape that has a larger diameter than the insertion hole 47 b of the holding portion 47. Further, as shown in FIG. 11A, the retaining portion 48b is configured so that the engaging member 48 can move downward in a state where the door wheel 11 of the door plate 10B is engaged with the guide groove 7A. It is set as the structure distribute | arranged to the position spaced apart upward from the upper division wall part 47a. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), the retaining portion 48b is formed on the upper partition wall when the door plate 10B moves upward and the engaging member 48 moves downward relative to the door plate 10B. It abuts on the portion 47a. Thereby, the further downward movement with respect to the door plate 10B of the engaging member 48 is suppressed. Even in such a state, the door pulley 11 is slightly engaged with the guide groove 7A.

The urging member 49 is a compression coil spring through which the engagement member 48 is inserted. The urging member 49 has an upper end that is in contact with the upper partition wall 47a and is prevented from moving upward. A receiving portion 48 c that receives the lower end portion of the urging member 49 is provided at a position in the middle of the engaging member 48 in the vertical direction. That is, the engaging member 48 is urged downward by the urging member 49 via the receiving portion 48c. The biasing member 49 that biases the engaging member 48 downward is not limited to a compression coil spring, and various spring members such as a tension coil spring, a torsion spring, and a leaf spring can be employed. . In this case, the holding portion 47 and the engaging member 48 may be appropriately deformed according to the urging member 49.

The sliding door device 1 </ b> C according to the present embodiment configured as described above also has substantially the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above.
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the engaging ditch | groove 7A used as a control part in the lower rail 6B. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, compared with the lower rail 6 in which the regulating member 28 is provided separately, the alignment along the wall width direction is not necessary, and the relationship serving as the regulating portion. The groove 7A can be made inconspicuous.
Moreover, in this embodiment, the engaging groove which becomes a control part of the lower rail 6B is made into the guide groove 7A which the door pulley 11 engages. Accordingly, it is possible to make the guide groove 7A serving as the restricting portion less noticeable. Moreover, the simplification of the lower rail 6B can be achieved as compared with a guide groove 7A that engages with the door pulley 11 and that has an engagement groove separately. Instead of such an aspect, a configuration may be adopted in which an engaging groove is provided separately from the guide groove 7A at an appropriate place such as the wall 2 side portion of the lower rail 6B. For example, it is good also as an aspect etc. which provided the door bottom side regulating member 28A demonstrated in the said 3rd Embodiment integrally in the lower rail 6B. In this case, the engaged portion 48a of the door plate 10B may be appropriately deformed.

Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the holding | maintenance part 47 which hold | maintains the to-be-engaged part 48a so that an up-and-down movement is possible in the lower end part of the doorplate 10B. Therefore, even when the door plate 10B is slightly lifted, the door plate 10B can be allowed to move upward with respect to the lower rail 6B, and the door plate 10B can be prevented from being removed from the door wheel 11 while being engaged. The damage of the part 48a can be suppressed. In addition, it is good also as an aspect which replaced with such an aspect and fixedly provided the to-be-engaged part 48a with respect to the lower end part of the doorplate 10B so that a vertical movement was impossible.
Moreover, you may make it apply the structure which is mutually different demonstrated in said each embodiment rearranged or combined suitably.

Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the example which made the structure which provided the guide grooves 7 and 7A which the door pulley 11 engages in the lower rail 6, 6A, 6B is shown, it is shown in the lower end of the door plates 10, 10A, 10B. A guide protrusion that engages with the provided groove may be provided, and various other modifications are possible.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the example which provided the to-be-regulated part 24 and 46 in the lower end part of the door butt side of the doorplates 10, 10A, and 10B is shown, it replaces with or is in addition to such an aspect, It is good also as an aspect which provided the to-be-regulated part in the lower end part by the side of the door-end of doorboard 10,10A, 10B. In this case, you may make it deform | transform the restriction | limiting part 28,28A, 7A provided in the floor side of the one side of the wall body 2 as needed.

Moreover, although each said embodiment showed the example which provided the auxiliary | assistant upper rails 26 and 26A, the bracing members 20 and 20A, the control part 28,28A, 7A, and the to-be-controlled part 24,46, It is good also as a structure which provided one of these.
Further, in each of the above embodiments, a pair of cushions are provided at both ends of the door width direction on the upper end side of the door plates 10, 10A, 10B so that the door plates 10, 10A, 10B moving to the fully closed position and the fully open position can be decelerated. Although the example which provided the mechanisms 13 and 16 is shown, you may make it not provide one or both of these. In this case, the upper guide members 30 and 30A may be appropriately deformed.
