Claims (3)
- 突き合わせた第1の部材と第2の部材との境目をレーザー溶接により接合して溶接構造体を製造する溶接構造体の製造方法において,
第1の部材と第2の部材との境目を走査する主レーザー光と,
前記主レーザー光の進行方向における前方を照射位置とする先行レーザー光と,
前記主レーザー光の進行方向における後方を照射位置とする後行レーザー光とを照射するレーザー照射部により,
前記主レーザー光を,第1の部材と第2の部材との境目上の主軌跡に沿って照射させ,
前記先行レーザー光を,前記主軌跡と重ならない先行軌跡に沿って照射させ,
前記後行レーザー光を,前記主軌跡および前記先行軌跡のいずれにも重ならない後行軌跡に沿って照射させる非重複照射を行うことを特徴とする溶接構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の溶接構造体の製造方法において,
前記非重複照射では,前記レーザー照射部に,
前記先行レーザー光の照射位置と前記後行レーザー光の照射位置とが,前記主レーザー光の照射位置を通り,前記主軌跡に対して傾斜する傾斜軸について対称となるように前記先行レーザー光と前記後行レーザー光とを照射させるとともに,
前記先行レーザー光として,前記主軌跡よりも第1の部材側を照射位置とする第1の先行レーザー光と,前記主軌跡よりも第2の部材側を照射位置とする第2の先行レーザー光とを照射させ,
前記後行レーザー光として,前記主軌跡よりも第1の部材側を照射位置とする第1の後行レーザー光と,前記主軌跡よりも第2の部材側を照射位置とする第2の後行レーザー光とを照射させることを特徴とする溶接構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶接構造体の製造方法において,
前記非重複照射では,前記レーザー照射部に,
前記先行レーザー光により,前記先行レーザー光の照射位置を溶融させつつ,前記主軌跡上の前記主レーザー光の照射位置の前方に溶融部を形成させ,
前記主レーザー光により,前記主レーザー光の照射位置における前記溶融部の深さを,前記主レーザー光が照射される前よりも深くさせ,
前記後行レーザー光により,前記後行レーザー光の照射位置における前記溶融部の深さを,前記後行レーザー光が照射される前よりも深くさせることを特徴とする溶接構造体の製造方法。
