Abstract
Description
少なくとも一つのコーティング層を含む第1プラスチックフィルム;および少なくとも一つのコーティング層を含む第2プラスチックフィルムを含み、前記第1および第2プラスチックフィルムは、接着層により接合されているプラスチックフィルム積層体を提供する。
少なくとも一つのコーティング層を含む第1プラスチックフィルム;および少なくとも一つのコーティング層を含む第2プラスチックフィルムを含み、前記第1および第2プラスチックフィルムは、接着層により接合されている。
前記光硬化性架橋共重合体が前記光硬化性弾性重合体および1乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体が架橋重合されたものである時、これを含むコーティング層に高硬度および柔軟性を付与し、特に外部衝撃による損傷を防止して優れた耐衝撃性を確保することができる。
光硬化性弾性重合体の製造
製造例1
カプロラクトンがグラフトされているポリロタキサンポリマー[A1000、Advanced Soft Material INC]50gを反応器に投入した後、Karenz−AOI[2−acryloylethyl isocyanate、Showadenko(株)]4.53g、Dibutyltin dilaurate[DBTDL、Merck社]20mg、Hydroquinone monomethylene ether110mgおよびメチルエチルケトン315gを添加し、70℃で5時間反応させて、末端にアクリレート系化合物が導入されたポリラクトン系化合物が結合されたシクロデキストリンを環状化合物として含むポリロタキサンを得た。
製造例2
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2−ethyl hexyl acrylate)、メチルアクリレート(methyl acrylate)およびアクリル酸(acrylic acid)が65:25:10の重量比で共重合されたアクリル系共重合体(重量平均分子量:180万、分子量分布:5)100重量部に、イソシアネート硬化剤であるコロネートL(coronate L)0.3重量部を混合して接着層組成物を製作した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2−ethyl hexyl acrylate)、およびヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(hydroxy butyl acrylate)が98:2の重量比で共重合されたアクリル系共重合体(重量平均分子量:80万、分子量分布:4)100重量部に、イソシアネート硬化剤であるコロネートL(coronate L)0.3重量部を混合して接着層組成物を製作した。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2−ethyl hexyl acrylate)、およびアクリル酸(acrylic acid)が90:10の重量比で共重合されたアクリル系共重合体(重量平均分子量:140万、分子量分布:3.8)100重量部に、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)30重量部、光開始剤(商品名:Irgacure 184)1.5重量部、イソシアネート硬化剤であるコロネートL(coronate L)1重量部を混合して接着層組成物を製作した。
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)6g、製造例1のポリロタキサン4g、光開始剤(商品名:Darocur TPO)0.2g、ベンゾトリアゾール系黄変防止剤(商品名:Tinuvin 400)0.1g、フッ素系界面活性剤(商品名:FC4430)0.05g、メチルエチルケトン1gを混合して第1コーティング組成物を製造した。
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)6g、ウレタンアクリレート系ポリマー(商品名:UA200PA、新中村化学、重量平均分子量2,600g/mol、ASTM D638による伸び率170%)4g、光開始剤(商品名:Darocur TPO)0.2g、ベンゾトリアゾール系黄変防止剤(商品名:Tinuvin 400)0.1g、フッ素系界面活性剤(商品名:FC4430)0.05g、メチルエチルケトン1gを混合して第1コーティング組成物を製造した。
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)6g、ウレタンアクリレート系ポリマー(商品名:UA340P、新中村化学、重量平均分子量13,000g/mol、ASTM D638による伸び率150%)4g、光開始剤(商品名:Darocur TPO)0.2g、ベンゾトリアゾール系黄変防止剤(商品名:Tinuvin 400)0.1g、フッ素系界面活性剤(商品名:FC4430)0.05g、メチルエチルケトン1gを混合して第1コーティング組成物を製造した。
実施例2のような方法で、第1および第2コーティング層が形成されたプラスチックフィルムを製造した。

<測定方法>
1)鉛筆硬度
鉛筆硬度測定器を用いて各フィルム積層体の最上層(第2コーティング層)に対して測定標準JIS K5400により1.0kgの荷重で3回往復した後、キズがない硬度を確認した。
摩擦試験器に鋼鉄綿(#0000)を装着した後、各フィルム積層体の最上層(第2コーティング層)に対して0.5kgの荷重で400回往復した後、キズの個数を評価した。キズが2個以下である場合は○、キズが3個以上5個未満である場合は△、キズが5個以上である場合はXと評価した。
UVB波長領域の紫外線ランプに72時間以上露出前後のcolor b値の差を測定した。
分光光度計(機器名:COH−400)を用いて透過率およびヘイズを測定した。
各プラスチックフィルムを10cm×10cmに切断して温度85℃および湿度85%のチャンバーに72時間保管した後に平面に位置させた時、各角部の一辺が平面から離隔する距離が1mm以下である時はOK、1mmを超える時はXと評価した。
各フィルム積層体の第1コーティング層を外側にして各プラスチックフィルムを直径3cmの円筒形マンドレルに挟んで巻いた後にクラックの発生有無を判断して、クラックが発生していない場合はOK、クラックが発生した場合はXと評価した。
22gの鋼球を60cmの高さで各プフィルム積層体の第2コーティング層上に10回繰り返して自由落下させた時、クラックの発生有無で耐衝撃性を判断してクラックが発生していない場合をOK、クラックが発生した場合をXと評価した。
フィルムの面状態を肉眼で観察して気泡発生、異物、クラック、付着状態などの欠陥があるかを観察した。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも一つのコーティング層を含む第1プラスチックフィルム;および少なくとも一つのコーティング層を含む第2プラスチックフィルムを含み、前記第1および第2プラスチックフィルムは、接着層により接合されているプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記接着層は、貯蔵弾性率(Storage modulus、G')が40乃至700kPaである、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記第1および第2プラスチックフィルムは、それぞれ独立して同一または異なるように、支持基材、および前記支持基材の一面または両面に形成されるコーティング層を含み、前記コーティング層は、光硬化性架橋共重合体を含む、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記第1および第2プラスチックフィルムに含まれる前記コーティング層は、それぞれ独立して同一または異なるように、前記光硬化性架橋共重合体に分散した無機微粒子をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記光硬化性架橋共重合体は、3乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体、1乃至2官能性アクリレート系単量体、1乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体、および光硬化性弾性重合体からなる群より選択されるバインダー中の1種以上が互いに架橋重合されたものである、請求項3に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記光硬化性弾性重合体は、ASTM D638により測定した伸び率(elongation)が15乃至200%である、請求項5に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記光硬化性弾性重合体は、ポリカプロラクトン、ウレタンアクリレート系ポリマー、およびポリロタキサンからなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項5に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記ポリロタキサンは、末端に(メタ)アクリレート系化合物が導入されたラクトン系化合物が結合された環状化合物;前記環状化合物を貫通する線状分子;および前記線状分子の両末端に配置されて前記環状化合物の離脱を防止する封鎖基を含む、請求項7に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記1乃至2官能性アクリレート系単量体は、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(HEMA)、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(TPGDA)、およびエチレングリコールジアクリレート(EGDA)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項5に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記3乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体は、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)、トリメチロールプロパンエトキシトリアクリレート(TMPEOTA)、グリセリンプロポキシル化トリアクリレート(GPTA)、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート(PETA)、およびジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項5に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記支持基材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethyleneterephtalate、PET)、エチレンビニルアセテート(ethylene vinyl acetate、EVA)、サイクリックオレフィン重合体(cyclic olefin polymer、COP)、サイクリックオレフィン共重合体(cyclic olefin copolymer、COC)、ポリアクリレート(polyacrylate、PAC)、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate、PC)、ポリエチレン(polyethylene、PE)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(polymethylmethacrylate、PMMA)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(polyetheretherketon、PEEK)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(polyethylenenaphthalate、PEN)、ポリエーテルイミド(polyetherimide、PEI)、ポリイミド(polyimide、PI)、トリアセチルセルロース(triacetylcellulose、TAC)、MMA(methyl methacrylate)およびフッ素系樹脂からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項3に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記コーティング層の厚さは、それぞれ独立して同一または異なり、50乃至300μmである、請求項3に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 全体厚さは0.3乃至1.5mmである、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 22gの鋼球を60cmの高さで10回繰り返して自由落下させた時に亀裂が生じない、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 1kgの荷重で7H以上の鉛筆硬度を示す、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 500gの荷重でスチールウール#0000で400回往復して表面を擦った時、2個以下のスクラッチが発生する、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 90%以上の光透過率、1.5以下のヘイズおよび1.5以下のb*値を示す、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- UVB波長の光に72時間露出させた時、プラスチックフィルムのb*値の変化が0.5以下である、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 50℃以上の温度および80%以上の湿度で70時間以上露出させた後、前記プラスチックフィルムを平面に位置させた時、前記プラスチックフィルムの各角部または一辺が平面から離隔する距離の最大値が1.0mm以下である、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
- 前記第1または第2プラスチックフィルム上にプラスチック樹脂フィルム、粘着フィルム、離型フィルム、導電性フィルム、導電層、コーティング層、硬化樹脂層、非導電性フィルム、金属メッシュ層およびパターン化された金属層からなる群より選択される1個以上の層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム積層体。
