Description
支持基材;
前記支持基材の一面に形成され、1500MPa以下の弾性係数(elastic modulus)を有する第1コーティング層;
前記支持基材の他の一面に形成され、2000MPa以上の弾性係数を有する第2コーティング層;および
前記支持基材と第1コーティング層の間に位置する第3コーティング層、および前記支持基材と第2コーティング層の間に位置する第4コーティング層のうちの少なくとも一つを含むプラスチックフィルムを提供する。
支持基材;
前記支持基材の一面に形成され、1500MPa以下の弾性係数(elastic modulus)を有する第1コーティング層;
前記支持基材の他の一面に形成され、2000MPa以上の弾性係数を有する第2コーティング層;および
前記支持基材と第1コーティング層の間に位置する第3コーティング層、および前記支持基材と第2コーティング層の間に位置する第4コーティング層のうちの少なくとも一つを含む。
光硬化性弾性重合体の製造例1
カプロラクトンがグラフトされているポリロタキサンポリマー[A1000、Advanced Soft Material INC]50gを反応器に投入した後、Karenz−AOI[2−acryloylethyl isocyanate、Showadenko(株)]4.53g、Dibutyltin dilaurate[DBTDL、Merck社]20mg、Hydroquinone monomethylene ether 110mgおよびメチルエチルケトン315gを添加し、70℃で5時間反応させて、末端にアクリレート系化合物が導入されたポリラクトン系化合物が結合されたシクロデキストリンを環状化合物で含むポリロタキサンを得た。
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)6g、製造例1のポリロタキサン4g、光開始剤(商品名:Darocur TPO)0.2g、ベンゾトリアゾール系黄変防止剤(商品名:Tinuvin 400)0.1g、フッ素系界面活性剤(商品名:FC4430)0.05g、メチルエチルケトン1gを混合して第1コーティング組成物を製造した。
第1および第2コーティング組成物は前記実施例1と同様に製造した。
第1、第2および第3コーティング組成物は前記実施例1と同様に製造した。
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)6g、ウレタンアクリレート系ポリマー(商品名:UA340P、新中村化学、重量平均分子量13,000g/mol、ASTM D638による伸び率150%)4g、光開始剤(商品名:Darocur TPO)0.2g、ベンゾトリアゾール系黄変防止剤(商品名:Tinuvin 400)0.1g、フッ素系界面活性剤(商品名:FC4430)0.05g、メチルエチルケトン1gを混合して第1コーティング組成物を製造した。
粒径が20〜30nmであるナノシリカが約40重量%分散したシリカ−ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)複合体9g(シリカ3.6g、DPHA5.4g)、製造例1のポリロタキサン1g、光開始剤(商品名:Darocur TPO)0.2g、ベンゾトリアゾール系黄変防止剤(商品名:Tinuvin 400)0.1g、フッ素系界面活性剤(商品名:FC4430)0.05g、メチルエチルケトン1gを混合して第1および第2コーティング組成物を製造した。

<測定方法>
1)鉛筆硬度
鉛筆硬度測定器を用いて第2コーティング層に対して測定標準JIS K5400により1.0kgの荷重で3回往復した後、キズがない硬度を確認した。
摩擦試験器に鋼鉄綿(#0000)を装着した後、第2コーティング層に対して0.5kgの荷重で400回往復した後、キズの個数を評価した。キズが2個以下である場合は○、キズが3個以上5個未満である場合は△、キズが5個以上である場合はXと評価した。
UVB波長領域の紫外線ランプに72時間以上露出前後のcolor b値の差を測定した。
分光光度計(機器名:COH−400)を用いて透過率およびヘイズを測定した。
各プラスチックフィルムを10cm×10cmに切断して温度85℃および湿度85%のチャンバーに72時間保管した後に平面に位置させた時、各角部の一辺が平面から離隔する距離が1mm以下である時はOK、1mmを超える時はXと評価した。
第1コーティング層を外側にして各プラスチックフィルムを直径3cmの円筒形マンドレルに挟んで巻いた後にクラックの発生有無を判断して、クラックが発生していない場合はOK、クラックが発生した場合はXと評価した。
22gの鋼球を60cmの高さで各プラスチックフィルムの第2コーティング層上に10回繰り返して自由落下させた時、クラックの発生有無で耐衝撃性を判断してクラックが発生していない場合をOK、クラックが発生した場合をXと評価した。

Claims (17)
- 支持基材;
前記支持基材の一面に形成され、1500MPa以下の弾性係数(elastic modulus)を有する第1コーティング層;
前記支持基材の他の一面に形成され、2000MPa以上の弾性係数を有する第2コーティング層;および
前記支持基材と第1コーティング層の間に位置する第3コーティング層、および前記支持基材と第2コーティング層の間に位置する第4コーティング層のうちの少なくとも一つを含むプラスチックフィルムであって、
前記第1コーティング層および前記第3コーティング層は、それぞれ独立的に同一であるか異なるように、光硬化性弾性重合体および3乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体との架橋共重合体である光硬化性架橋共重合体を含み、
前記第2コーティング層および前記第4コーティング層は、それぞれ独立的に同一であるか異なるように、光硬化性弾性重合体および3乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体との架橋共重合体である光硬化性架橋共重合体を含み、前記光硬化性架橋共重合体内に分散している無機微粒子をさらに含み、
前記光硬化性弾性重合体は、ASTM D638により測定した伸び率(elongation)が15乃至200%であり、
前記光硬化性弾性重合体は、それぞれ独立して同一または異なり、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリウレタンアクリレート系高分子、およびポリロタキサンからなる群より選択される1種以上を含み、
前記支持基材の一面に第1および第3コーティング層を含み、他の一面に第2コーティング層を含むとき、前記第1および第3コーティング層の厚さの合計が50乃至300μmであり、前記第2コーティング層の厚さが50乃至300μmであり、
前記支持基材の一面に第1コーティング層を含み、他の一面に第2および第4コーティング層を含むとき、前記第2および第4コーティング層の厚さの合計が50乃至300μmであり、前記第1コーティング層の厚さが50乃至300μmであり、
前記支持基材の一面に第1および第3コーティング層を含み、他の一面に第2および4コーティング層を含むとき、前記第2および第4コーティング層の厚さの合計が50乃至300μmであり、前記第1および第3コーティング層の厚さが50乃至300μmである、
プラスチックフィルム。 - 前記第3コーティング層の弾性係数は、前記第1コーティング層の弾性係数以上であり、前記第4コーティング層の弾性係数は、前記第2コーティング層の弾性係数以下である、請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記第3コーティング層は、2000MPa以下の弾性係数を有する、請求項2に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記第4コーティング層は、1500MPa以上の弾性係数を有する、請求項2または3に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記ポリロタキサンは、末端に(メタ)アクリレート系化合物が導入されたラクトン系化合物が結合された環状化合物;前記環状化合物を貫通する線状分子;および前記線状分子の両末端に配置されて前記環状化合物の離脱を防止する封鎖基を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記第2および第4コーティング層の重量をそれぞれ100重量部とする時、前記光硬化性架橋共重合体を40乃至90重量部で、前記無機微粒子を10乃至60重量部で含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記3乃至6官能性アクリレート系単量体は、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)、トリメチロールプロパンエトキシトリアクリレート(TMPEOTA)、グリセリンプロポキシル化トリアクリレート(GPTA)、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート(PETA)、およびジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記支持基材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethyleneterephtalate、PET)、エチレンビニルアセテート(ethylene vinyl acetate、EVA)、サイクリックオレフィン重合体(cyclic olefin polymer、COP)、サイクリックオレフィン共重合体(cyclic olefin copolymer、COC)、ポリアクリレート(polyacrylate、PAC)、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate、PC)、ポリエチレン(polyethylene、PE)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(polymethylmethacrylate、PMMA)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(polyetheretherketon、PEEK)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(polyethylenenaphthalate、PEN)、ポリエーテルイミド(polyetherimide、PEI)、ポリイミド(polyimide、PI)、トリアセチルセルロース(triacetylcellulose、TAC)、MMA(methyl methacrylate)およびフッ素系樹脂からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記第1コーティング層および第3コーティング層の厚さの比率は、99:1乃至5:5である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記第2コーティング層および第4コーティング層の厚さの比率は、99:1乃至5:5である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 22gの鋼球を60cmの高さで10回繰り返して自由落下させた時、亀裂が生じない、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 1kgの荷重で7H以上の鉛筆硬度を示す、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 500gの荷重でスチールウール#0000で400回往復して表面を擦った時、2個以下のスクラッチが発生する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 91.0%以上の光透過率、0.4%以下のヘイズおよび1.0以下のb*値を示す、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- UVB波長の光に72時間露出させた時、プラスチックフィルムのb*値の変化が0.5以下である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 50℃以上の温度および80%以上の湿度で70時間以上露出させた後、前記プラスチックフィルムを平面に位置させた時、前記プラスチックフィルムの各角部または一辺が平面から離隔する距離の最大値が1.0mm以下である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
- 前記第1コーティング層または第2コーティング層上にプラスチック樹脂フィルム、粘着フィルム、離型フィルム、導電性フィルム、導電層、コーティング層、硬化樹脂層、非導電性フィルム、金属メッシュ層およびパターン化された金属層からなる群より選択される1個以上の層をさらに含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックフィルム。
