- 電子撮像ユニット(40)又は前記電子撮像ユニット(40)の少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)若しくは少なくとも1個のカメラ(40.1)を、ハンドル部分(12)に対して変位させるようになっている運動機構(24)を更に含む請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 運動機構(24)が、回転軸(R)を中心として電子撮像ユニット(40)又は少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)を少なくとも部分的に回転させるようになっており、前記回転軸(R)が、好ましくは、ヘッド部分(14)の長手方向軸(A)に一致する請求項10に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 電子撮像ユニット(40)又は少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)が、特に運動機構による回転中に、回転軸(R)上の所定の点に継続的に向くように前記回転軸(R)に対して傾斜しており、前記所定の点が、前記電子撮像ユニット(40)に対して一定の距離を有する請求項11に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- ヘッド部分(14)の遠位端(18)、特に前記ヘッド部分(14)の遠位先端(35)に配置される少なくとも1個の光源を更に含み、好ましくは、前記ヘッド部分(14)の遠位端(18)に、各光源が別個に制御可能であることが好ましい複数の光源を含む請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 少なくとも1個の光源が、ヘッド部分(14)の長手方向軸(A)から径方向にオフセットして配置され、径方向オフセット(r2)が、好ましくは1.8mm〜2.5mm、より好ましくは1.9mm〜2.3mm、更に好ましくは2.0mm〜2.1mmである請求項13に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 互いから最大距離(d)離間して配置される少なくとも2個の光源又は光導体(42)を有し、前記最大距離(d)が、少なくとも3.5mm、より好ましくは少なくとも4mm、更に好ましくは4.2mm〜4.6mmである請求項13から14のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 請求項10から12のいずれかに従属している場合、少なくとも1個の光源が、電子撮像ユニット(40)又は少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)が運動機構(24)によって変位する場合でさえも、前記電子撮像ユニット(40)又は少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)に対して所定の距離を保つように配置される請求項13から15のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 運動機構(24)が回転軸(R)を中心として少なくとも1個の光源を少なくとも部分的に回転させるように、前記少なくとも1個の光源が、特に直接又は電子撮像ユニット(40)を介して前記運動機構(24)に接続され、前記回転軸(R)が、好ましくは長手方向軸(A)に一致する請求項13から16のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- ヘッド部分(14)の遠位端(18)に配置される赤外線センサユニットを更に含む請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- − 適用中に、ユーザが耳鏡(10)を操作できるようにするハンドル部分(12)と、
