Abstract
【解決手段】タイヤ周方向Cに延びる3つ以上の主溝12a、12b、12bと、タイヤ幅方向に隣接する主溝12a、12b、12bの間に区画された複数の陸部14、16、16と、をトレッド部10に備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、複数の陸部14、16、16は、接地面14A、16A、16Aの幅方向断面が円弧状をなしており、タイヤ幅方向Wに隣接する主溝12a、12b、12bで挟まれた領域の接地面14A、16A、16Aにおける面積Aに対する当該領域に位置する陸部14、16、16に設けられた凹部の開口面積aにより定まるボイド比(a/A)が大きい陸部14、16、16ほど、接地面14A、16A、16Aの幅方向断面が曲率半径の小さい円弧形状に形成する。

Description
乾燥路で15000Km走行後のタイヤの摩耗量を測定し、陸部毎の摩耗比(=最小摩耗量/最大摩耗量)を算出し、比較例1の値を100とする指数に換算した。指数が大きいほど耐偏摩耗性が良いことを示している。
試験タイヤを正規リムに組み付け正規内圧を充填して、JATMA記載の最大荷重の70%にて感圧紙に押しつけて測定した接地圧と、キャンバー角(タイヤの前後軸(X軸)回りの角度)を1°として感圧紙に押し付けて測定した接地圧から接地面内の接地圧力の分散値を算出し、その変化量を指数に換算した。指数が大きいほど接地圧分散が変化しにくく、荷重や横力を受けた際の接地安定性に優れることを示す。

Claims (2)
- タイヤ周方向に延びる3つ以上の主溝と、タイヤ幅方向に隣接する前記主溝の間に区画された複数の陸部と、をトレッド部に備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、
複数の前記陸部は、接地面の幅方向断面が円弧状をなしており、タイヤ幅方向に隣接する前記主溝で挟まれた領域の接地面における面積Aに対する当該領域に位置する前記陸部に設けられた凹部の開口面積aにより定まるボイド比(a/A)が大きい前記陸部ほど、接地面の幅方向断面が曲率半径の小さい円弧形状をなしている空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記主溝は、一対のセンター主溝と、一対の前記センター主溝のタイヤ幅方向外側に設けられた一対のショルダー主溝を備え、
前記陸部は、一対の前記センター主溝の間に区画された中央陸部と、前記ショルダー主溝と前記センター主溝との間に区画された一対の中間陸部とを備え、
前記中央陸部は、一対の前記中間陸部よりボイド比が大きく、接地面の幅方向断面が、前記中間陸部より曲率半径の小さい円弧形状をなしている請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
