Claims (15)
- 特に重非鉄金属溶解システム製錬システムを内張りするための、好ましくは銅精錬転炉を内張りするための耐火性バッチであって、主に、
−例えば少なくとも70重量%、特に少なくとも90重量%、好ましくは少なくとも100重量%のフォルステライト成分を含有し、例えば0.1mm超が100重量%、特に80重量%、好ましくは50重量%に相当する粒子サイズを有する、少なくとも30重量%、特に少なくとも40重量%の粗い粒状の粗オリビン物質と、
−例えば1mm以下が100重量%、特に80重量%、好ましくは50重量%に相当する粒子サイズを有する粉末の形態での、少なくとも35重量%、特に少なくとも40重量%のマグネシア(MgO)と、
−例えば1mm以下が100重量%、特に80重量%、好ましくは50重量%に相当する粒子サイズを有する粉末の形態での、少なくとも5重量%、特に少なくとも10重量%のシリコンカーバイド(SiC)と、
−必要に応じて、好ましくはマイクロシリカ、および/または、発熱性および/または沈降性シリカの形態での、多くとも10重量%、特に多くとも5重量%の乾燥微粉砕されたシリカ(SiO2)と、
−必要に応じて、多くとも10重量%、特に多くとも5重量%の少なくとも1つの酸化防止剤のような耐火性製品用の更なる添加物と、
−それぞれ残り100重量%までの少なくとも1つの他の固形物と、加えて、
−低アルカリ、好ましくは無アルカリのシリカゾルの形態での、乾燥固形物に換算して少なくとも2重量%の液状バインダーとを含有するバッチ。 - 次の混合比で、以下の固形物を含有する請求項1に記載のバッチ。
粗オリビン物質:30〜60重量%、特に40〜50重量%
MgO :35〜50重量%、特に40〜45重量%
SiC :5〜20重量%、特に10〜15重量%
SiO2 :0〜10重量%、特に0〜5重量%
耐火性添加物 :0〜10重量%、特に0〜5重量% - 前記粗オリビン物質は、天然の粗オリビン物質および/または合成的に製造されたフォルステライト材料であり、前記粗オリビン物質の粒子サイズは、例えば0.1〜6mm、特に1〜6mmの中程度〜粗いサイズ範囲に存在し、好ましくはガウスの粒子サイズ分布を有することを特徴とする請求項1および/または2に記載のバッチ。
- 前記マグネシアのMgO含有量は、90重量%超、特に95重量%超であり、前記マグネシア粉末の粒子サイズ分布は、ガウスの粒子サイズ分布に一致することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の1つ以上に記載のバッチ。
- 前記シリコンカーバイド粉末は、90重量%超、特に94重量%超のSiCの純度を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の1つ以上に記載のバッチ。
- 前記シリカゾルのアルカリ含有量は、1重量%未満、特に0.5重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の1つ以上に記載のバッチ。
- 前記シリカゾルは、アモルファス二酸化シリコン粒子の水コロイド分散液であり、15〜50重量%、例えば特に20〜40重量%のSiO2濃度を有し、好ましくは前記二酸化シリコン粒子の比表面積が100〜400m2/g、特に200〜300m2/gに存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6の1つ以上に記載のバッチ。
- 前記シリカゾルは、乾燥固形物に換算して、2〜10重量%、特に3〜6重量%の割合で存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7の1つ以上に記載のバッチ。
- 前記バッチは、少なくとも2つの容器のパッケージ内に分割されて提供され、乾燥固形物が一方の前記容器に収容され、前記シリカゾルが他方の前記容器に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8の1つ以上に記載のバッチ。
- 請求項1ないし9の1つ以上に記載のバッチの使用であって、
前記バッチの成分は、水性化合物に混合された後、その混合物は、成形圧縮で成形レンガに圧縮され、その後、前記成形レンガは、特に2重量%の最大残存水分含有量に乾燥されることを特徴とする使用。 - 前記乾燥された成形レンガは、セラミック炉内で、酸化性雰囲気中、特に1000〜1300℃、特に1150〜1250℃の温度で、例えば4〜8時間、特に5〜6時間の焼成持続時間、セラミック様に焼成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記バッチの乾燥および乾燥された成分が、焼成時に、互いに全く反応しないか、あるいは僅かに反応するように、焼成条件が選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の使用。
- 特に2.6〜2.7kg/m3の見掛け密度、および、例えば25〜50MPa、特に35〜45MPaの圧縮強度を示す請求項10に従って製造された成形レンガ。
- 例えば2.55〜2.65の見掛け密度、および、例えば30〜55MPa、特に40〜50MPaの圧縮強度を示す請求項11に従って製造された成形レンガ。
- 耐火性鋳造混合物または耐火性振動混合物を製造するための請求項1ないし9の1つ以上に記載のバッチの使用であって、前記混合物の延性は、前記シリカゾルの水分がその目的のために十分でない場合、追加の水によって好適に調整される使用。
