Abstract

Description
・有機化合物を完全な無機質化まで、すなわちこれらが酸化または光酸化によってCO2およびH2Oに変換するまで分解することにより、汚染物質を分解すること。
・汚染物質を保持するけれども分解しない多孔質吸収材料により、これを捕捉すること。これらの材料は、ゼオライトおよび活性炭材料であり、これらは揮発性有機化合物および臭気を捕捉するための空気処理で一般に用いられる。

- 濾材を確実に保持する構造体(12,20)を具え、前記濾材は活性炭およびゼオライトからなるグループから選択される標準的な吸収材料を具え、前記濾材はアルデヒド類の化学汚染物質を捕捉することができるようにプローブ分子で機能化された微小多孔質の特定吸収材料をさらに具えていることを特徴とする空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 前記特定吸収材料は、アルデヒドを捕捉することができるプローブ分子の金属酸化物の微小多孔質構造体に取り込むため、ゾル−ゲル法により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- アルデヒド基と反応することができる官能基を担持する前記プローブ分子は、エナミノンと、対応するβ−ジケトン/アミン対と、イミンと、ヒドラジンと、これらの化合物から誘導される塩とからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 前記濾材を確実に保持する前記構造体は、硬質の胞状構造体(12)であって、その胞状体(11)が前記濾材を収容することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。

- 前記特定吸収材料が0.8mmから2mmまでの間にある細粒の形態にあることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 前記細粒の形状が円柱状であってL/D>1の比率を持ち、ここでLが細粒の長さに対応すると共にDが細粒の直径に対応することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 前記濾材を確実に保持する前記構造体(20)は、前記標準的な吸収材料と前記特定吸収材料とを含浸/散布した複数枚のフィルム(21)の集合体であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 前記特定吸収材料の重量が前記標準的な吸収材料の重量の5%から95%までの間に対応することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れかに記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 前記特定吸収材料の前記特定表面積が600m2/gから1200m2/gまでの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載の空気清浄器のためのフィルターカートリッジ。
- 請求項1から請求項11の何れかに記載のフィルターカートリッジを少なくとも1つ具えていることを特徴とする空気清浄器。
