Claims (16)
- 抵抗加熱素子を製造する方法であって、前記抵抗加熱素子は管状であり、前記抵抗加熱素子は単一の部品として形成され、前記抵抗加熱素子は炭化ケイ素から作られ、
前記方法は、
単一の部品からなる成形された本体を、焼結材料の粉末に圧力を加えて、焼結材料の粉末から形成すること、
前記圧力が加えられた成形された本体を焼きなますこと、
前記成形された本体の材料を熱分解すること、及び
前記成形された本体を焼結すること
を含み、
前記成形された本体が前記抵抗加熱素子に作り込まれる、方法。 - 焼結材料からできている前記成形された本体は、前記粉末を半等方圧加圧することによって作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 焼結材料からできている前記成形された本体は、前記粉末をダイプレスすることによって作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 焼結材料からできている前記成形された本体を焼きなますことは、保護雰囲気中で行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼結材料からできている前記成形された本体は、板状に作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼結材料からできている前記成形された本体は、円形管状の断面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼結材料からできている前記成形された本体は、粉末の均一な分布を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 均一な粉末混合物が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記粉末はふるいにかけられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 結合剤が用いられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記焼結材料は、フェノール樹脂、フラン樹脂、ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、エポキシド、炭化ケイ素、ケイ素、グラファイト、カーボンブラック、ポリシラザン、ポリカルボシラン、ポリシロキサン、ポリカルボシラザン、又は珪化モリブデンである製造材料から、又はこれら粉末の組み合わせから作られる製造材料から形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼きなましの後に、前記成形された本体の機械的処理が行われ、前記抵抗加熱素子(10)の最終的な形状が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼きなましの後に、前記抵抗加熱素子の高温処理が行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼きなましの後に、前記抵抗加熱素子のCVDコーティング処理が炭化ケイ素で行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼きなましの後に、前記抵抗加熱素子(10)の接続表面が火炎溶射によってコーティングされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 抵抗加熱素子(10)であって、前記抵抗加熱素子は単一の部品として形成され、前記抵抗加熱素子は炭化ケイ素から作られ、
前記抵抗加熱素子は、炭化ケイ素の均一な分布を有する
ことを特徴とする抵抗加熱素子。
