Abstract
Description
ハウジングと、
ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられた出力シャフトと、
出力シャフトの軸方向の遊びを防止するくさび形の補償要素であって、その動作位置において、ハウジングと出力シャフトの軸方向停止部とに支持される補償要素と
を備える調節駆動装置、及び調節駆動装置を製造する方法に関するものである。
ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられた出力シャフトと、
出力シャフトの軸方向の遊びを防止するくさび形補償要素であって、その動作位置において、ハウジングと出力シャフトの軸方向停止部に支持される補償要素と
を備える調節駆動装置を製造するための本発明に係る方法の特徴は、
軸方向の遊びのない出力シャフトの配置を固定する補償要素の動作位置を固定するために、以下の秩序だったステップ、
安全ボルトが超音波振動発生器に解放可能に連結されるステップと、
安全ボルトがハウジングと補償要素とに係合されるステップと、
安全ボルトを取り囲むプラスチックを可塑化するために超音波振動が安全ボルトを介して補償要素及びハウジングへ導入されるステップと、
安全ボルトが超音波振動発生器から切り離されるステップと
が実行されることである。
Claims (15)
- 特に自動車のステアリングコラム調節器又は車両シート用の調節駆動装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられた出力シャフトと、
前記出力シャフトの軸方向の遊びを防止するくさび形の補償要素であって、その動作位置において、前記ハウジングと前記出力シャフトの軸方向停止部とに支持される補償要素と
を有し、
前記補償要素(5)は、その動作位置において、前記出力シャフト(4)の軸方向の遊びのない配置を固定するために超音波溶接によって前記ハウジング(2)に接続されることを特徴とする、調節駆動装置。 - 前記補償要素(5)はU字型台座開口部(15)を有し、前記U字型台座開口部(15)は、軸方向停止部(11)を形成するシャフト肩部の領域で前記出力シャフト(4)を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記補償要素(5)は、前記動作位置において、前記ハウジングの接触面(17)に当接する、前記軸方向停止部(11)から離れる方向を向く支持面(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記補償要素(5)のくさび形状に対応し、前記接触面(17)は、前記出力シャフト(4)に垂直に延びる平面に対して反対に傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記接触面(17)は前記ハウジング(2)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記補償要素(5)は、ハウジング開口部(7)から延びる作動部分、特に前記出力シャフト(4)に対して径方向に突出する突出部(6)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記補償要素(5)は超音波溶接によって前記ハウジングカバー(3)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記補償要素(5)は前記出力シャフト(4)に対するその位置合わせ不良が不可能であるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記補償要素(5)はそれを整列させるための輪郭(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジング(2)内、好ましくは前記ハウジングカバー(3)及び前記補償要素(5)内の超音波溶接の領域に埋め込まれた安全ボルト(19)によって特徴付けられる、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の調節装置。
- 前記安全ボルト(19)は、前記補償要素(5)に向かって細くなる端部、及び/又はその長手軸方向において変化する断面、及び/又は円形から逸脱した断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- 前記安全ボルト(19)は、超音波振動発生器に連結され且つ前記ハウジング(2)及び/又は前記補償要素(5)に超音波振動を伝達するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の調節駆動装置。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられた出力シャフトと、
前記出力シャフトによる軸方向の遊びを防止するくさび形の補償要素であって、その動作位置において、前記ハウジングと前記補償シャフトの軸方向停止部とに支持される補償要素と
を備える調節駆動装置を製造する方法であって、
前記出力シャフト(4)の軸方向の遊びのない配置を固定する前記補償要素(5)の動作位置を固定するために、以下の秩序だったステップ、
安全ボルト(19)が超音波振動発生器に解放可能に結合されるステップと、
前記安全ボルト(19)が前記ハウジング(2)と前記補償要素(5)とに係合されるステップと、
前記安全ボルト(19)を取り囲むプラスチックを可塑化するために超音波振動が前記安全ボルト(19)を介して前記補償要素(5)及び前記ハウジング(2)へ導入されるステップと、
前記安全ボルト(19)が前記超音波振動発生器から切り離されるステップと
が実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記安全ボルト(19)は、前記ハウジング(2)、特に前記ハウジングカバー(3)と前記補償要素(5)との係合を行うために、前記ハウジング(2)及び/又は前記補償要素(5)に予め導入された穴、特に穿孔に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記超音波振動は、所定の時間にわたって及び/又は前記安全ボルト(19)の周囲で可塑化するプラスチックにおける所定の伝播に至るまで導入されることを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
