Claims (6)
- 重量%で、C:0.001〜0.015%、Si:0.05〜0.3%、Mn:0.1〜0.6%、Nb:0.01〜0.05%、P:0.01%以下、S:0.01%以下、可溶Al:0.1%以下、Cu:0.05〜0.5%、Ni:0.05〜0.5%、N:0.001〜0.01%、並びに残部Fe及び不可避な不純物を含む鋼板の表面上にアルミニウムメッキ層を含み、
前記鋼板と前記アルミニウムメッキ層との界面において、金属間化合物を含む合金層を含む、耐酸化性及び耐熱性に優れたアルミニウムメッキ鋼板。 - 前記金属間化合物はCu−Ni−Fe(−Al−Si)系金属間化合物である、請求項1に記載の耐酸化性及び耐熱性に優れたアルミニウムメッキ鋼板。
- 前記合金層の厚さは3μm以下である、請求項1に記載の耐酸化性及び耐熱性に優れたアルミニウムメッキ鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウムメッキ層はSi:5〜11重量%、並びに残部Al及び不可避な不純物を含む、請求項1に記載の耐酸化性及び耐熱性に優れたアルミニウムメッキ鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウムメッキ層はFe:10重量%以下、およびAl:50重量%以上を含む、請求項1に記載の耐酸化性及び耐熱性に優れたアルミニウムメッキ鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウムメッキ層の厚さは10〜30μmである、請求項1に記載の耐酸化性及び耐熱性に優れたアルミニウムメッキ鋼板。
