Abstract

【課題】 自動二輪車を夜間に暗い場所で駐車しようとする場合、足元が暗くてスタンドの接地部分がよく見えず、特に平担でない場所での駐車時にスタンドを接地させる際、バランスを失って車体を転倒させてしまう場合がある。
【解決手段】 自動二輪車において、自動二輪車のサイドスタンド足掛け部3a又はセンタースタンド接地部3bに向けて照射し得る照明ランプ12をスタンド取付部近くに設け、イグニッションキーのON、OFF状態及びサイドスタンド3又はセンタースタンド3cの回動状態に合わせて点灯、消灯することを特徴とする。これにより、スタンド接地位置がよく見え、確実な操作を迅速に行なえ、地面の平坦部を照明により見つけだすことができるものである。
