Abstract
【解決手段】アルカリ溶液と銅イオン含有溶液の一方を他方に添加して水酸化銅を生成させた後に、還元糖などの還元剤を添加して亜酸化銅粒子を還元析出させる亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法において、水酸化銅を生成させる前に銅イオン含有溶液中の銅イオンの量に対して0.00001〜0.04モル(10〜40000ppm)の2価の鉄イオンを銅イオン含有溶液に添加して、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)により測定される平均一次粒子径が0.5μm以下、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定によって算出される50%粒子径(D50径)が0.8μm以下であり、30ppm以上の鉄を含有する亜酸化銅粉末を製造する。

Description
まず、1Lの反応槽内に48.5質量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液76.4gと純水323.6gを入れ、反応槽内の攪拌棒の回転数を441rpmに調整し、反応槽内の温度を27.6℃に調整して、アルカリ溶液を用意した。
硫酸鉄(II)7水和物の添加量をそれぞれ0.100g(実施例2)、0.169g(実施例3)、0.240g(実施例4)、0.659g(実施例5)、1.357g(実施例6)、2.050g(実施例7)、2.751g(実施例8)、3.446g(実施例9)とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、亜酸化銅粉末を得た。
まず、24Lの反応槽内に48.5質量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液2.23kgと純水8.33kgを入れ、反応槽内の攪拌棒の回転数を220rpmに調整し、反応槽内の温度を27.6℃に調整して、アルカリ溶液を用意した。
硫酸鉄(II)7水和物の添加量をそれぞれ4.363g(実施例11)、8.725g(実施例12)、17.45g(実施例13)とした以外は、実施例10と同様の方法により、亜酸化銅粉末を得た。
硫酸鉄(II)7水和物を添加しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、亜酸化銅粉末を得た。
硫酸鉄(II)7水和物の代わりに、3価の鉄イオンとして硫酸鉄(III)n水和物(和光純薬工業株式会社製)の添加量を0.117gとした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、亜酸化銅粉末を得た。
実施例10と同様の方法により、還元剤をスラリーに添加して亜酸化銅を生成させた後、2.3L/分の流量で空気を200分間バブリングさせて得られたスラリーを窒素雰囲気中で静置した。その後、上澄み液を除去し、純水2400gを加えてスラリーの重量を4800gに調整した。このスラリーを攪拌して温調しながら、純度80%の抱水ヒドラジン368.8g(ヒドラジン当量で2.15当量)を数回に分けて添加して銅粉を得た。具体的には、44℃で0.22当量のヒドラジンを添加した後、49℃まで昇温させ、合計で0.67当量のヒドラジンを分割して添加し、その後、0.25℃/分で83℃まで昇温させ、合計で1.26当量のヒドラジンを分割して添加して銅粉を得た。なお、このヒドラジン当量は、亜酸化銅を全て金属銅に還元するために要するヒドラジンの化学量論量を1当量としたときの、そのヒドラジンの化学量論量に対する割合であり、例えば、90分経過した時点でヒドラジンの添加量が0.1当量であれば、90分経過した時点で、亜酸化銅を全て金属銅に還元するために要するヒドラジンの化学量論量の1/10のヒドラジンを添加したことを意味する。
硫酸鉄(II)7水和物の添加量をそれぞれ4.363g(実施例15)、8.725g(実施例16)とした以外は、実施例14と同様の方法により、銅粉を得た。
硫酸鉄(II)7水和物を添加しなかった以外は、実施例14と同様の方法により、銅粉を得た。
Claims (11)
- アルカリ溶液と銅イオン含有溶液の一方を他方に添加して水酸化銅を生成させた後に、還元剤を添加して亜酸化銅粒子を還元析出させる亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法において、水酸化銅を生成させる前に銅イオン含有溶液に2価の鉄イオンを添加することを特徴とする、亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 前記銅イオン含有溶液中の銅イオン1モルに対する2価の鉄イオンの添加量が0.00001モル以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 前記銅イオン含有溶液中の銅イオン1モルに対する2価の鉄イオンの添加量が0.04モル以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 前記還元剤が還元糖であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)により測定される平均一次粒子径が0.5μm以下であり、30ppm以上の鉄を含有することを特徴とする、亜酸化銅粉末。
- レーザー回折式粒度分布測定によって算出される50%粒子径(D50径)が0.8μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の亜酸化銅粉末。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された亜酸化銅粒子を還元剤によりさらに還元することを特徴とする、銅粉の製造方法。
- 前記還元剤がヒドラジンであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の銅粉の製造方法。
- 10〜5000ppmの鉄を含有することを特徴とする、銅粉。
- レーザー回折式粒度分布測定によって算出される50%粒子径(D50径)が5μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の銅粉。
- BET比表面積が0.4m2/g以上であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の銅粉。
