Abstract

前記接着剤の個別の量は液滴の形態である、付記項1〜6のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。

前記シート材料を共に接着するように印加される圧力は、無端緊張ベルトによって印加される、付記項1〜7のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。

前記シート材料が共に押圧される期間は2秒以上である、付記項1〜8のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。

前記波型のシート材料の前記頂部に、接着剤を塗布するように構成されたアプリケータと、
前記波型のシート材料の前記頂部に対して、前記平面シートを押圧するための押圧機構と、を含み、

前記平面シートは、0.5mm3のサイズを有する個別の液滴の形態で前記波型のシートの頂部に塗布される水性のビニルアセテート共重合分散体接着剤を介して、前記波型のシートに結合されていることを特徴とする波型のシート製品。 - 前記波型のシート製品は、片面段ボールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波型のシート製品。
