Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の固定部品において、突起部120は、外周面に沿って周方向に伸びる第1突起部分121と、該周方向に垂直方向に伸びる第2突起部分123とを有し、突起係合部123は、フランジ100およびネジ取付200が周方向の所定の一方向に相対的に回転される際に、第1突起部分121が嵌め込まれる案内溝および第2突起部分123が乗越突起部127を乗り越えて嵌め込まれる嵌込溝とで形成されている。

Claims (6)
- フランジと、リング取付がネジ構造によって締め付け可能なネジ取付とで取付パネルの取付孔の縁を挟み込むことにより取り付けられるスイッチの固定部品であって、
前記フランジは、断面円形の外周面に突起部が設けられ、
前記ネジ取付は、断面円形の内周面に前記フランジの突起部が挿入される挿入領域と、前記フランジの突起部が嵌め込まれる突起係合部と、前記突起係合部と前記挿入領域との間に形成された、前記突起係合部および前記挿入領域よりも小さい内径を有する乗越突起部とが設けられ、
前記突起部は、外周面に沿って周方向に伸びる第1突起部分と、該周方向に垂直方向に伸びる第2突起部分とを有し、
前記突起係合部は、前記フランジおよび前記ネジ取付が周方向の所定の一方向に相対的に回転される際に、前記第1突起部分が嵌め込まれる案内溝および前記第2突起部分が前記乗越突起部を乗り越えて嵌め込まれる嵌込溝とで形成されていることを特徴とする、固定部品。 - 前記第2突起部分は、前記第1突起部分から伸びており、
前記乗越突起部の周方向の端面は、前記案内溝の壁面の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定部品。 - 前記第2突起部分は、前記突起部が前記突起係合部に嵌め込まれる嵌込回転方向の前方側の端面が該嵌込回転方向の前方側から後方側に鋭角に傾斜した斜面であり、該嵌込回転方向の後方側の端面が垂直面であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の固定部品。
- 前記乗越突起部は、前記フランジの突起部が前記突起係合部に嵌め込まれる嵌込回転方向の前方側の端面が垂直面であり、該嵌込回転方向の後方側の端面が該嵌込回転方向の後方側から前方側に鋭角に傾斜した斜面であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の固定部品。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の固定部品を備える、押しボタン式スイッチ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の固定部品を備える、セレクタスイッチ。
