Abstract
【解決手段】一部の例において、装置またはシステムは、狭く、レンジとともに広がらない固定された「排除ゾーン」を実施することが可能な狭い垂直の検出経路を生成するように構成される。機体上に位置する例示的なシステムは、レーダ反射信号を受信する少なくとも2つの垂直に分離されたアンテナ、プロセッサ、および出力装置を含む。プロセッサは、アンテナによって受信されたレーダ反射信号を受け取り、レーダ反射信号内で特定された任意の障害物の垂直位置を決定し、障害物が所定の警戒ゾーン内にあるかどうかを判定する。出力装置は、障害物が警戒ゾーン内にある場合に警報を出力することができる。所定の警戒ゾーンは、機体の突起部と関連がありうる。

本願の実施例は、例えば、翼端保護を行うためのシステムおよび方法に関する。

Claims (3)
- 機体(vehicle)上に位置するシステムであって、
レーダ反射信号を受信するように構成された少なくとも2つの垂直に分離された(vertically separated)アンテナと、
前記少なくとも2つの垂直に分離されたアンテナによって受信された前記レーダ反射信号を受け取り、前記レーダ反射信号内で特定された任意の(any)障害物の垂直位置を決定し、前記障害物が所定の警戒ゾーン内にあるかどうか判定するように構成されたプロセッサと、
障害物が前記所定の警戒ゾーン内にある場合に、警報を出力するように構成された出力装置とを備え、前記所定の警戒ゾーンが、前記機体の突起部(protruding portion)と関連し、前記所定の警戒ゾーンが、前記機体の移動が前記所定の警戒ゾーン内に位置する物体と衝突するという結果になるかどうかによって画定される(defined)システム。 - 対応するレーダ反射信号の位相差(phase differential)を少なくともとり(at least taking)、前記位相差に基づいて垂直位置を求めることによって、前記垂直位置を決定するように前記プロセッサがさらに構成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも2つの垂直に分離されたアンテナにおいて、レーダ反射信号を受信するステップと、
プロセッサにおいて、前記少なくとも2つの垂直に分離されたアンテナによって受信された前記レーダ反射信号を受け取り、前記レーダ反射信号内で特定された任意の障害物の垂直位置を決定し、前記障害物が所定の警戒ゾーン内にあるかどうかを判定するステップと、
出力装置において、障害物が前記所定の警戒ゾーン内にある場合に警報を出力するステップとを含み、前記所定の警戒ゾーンが、前記機体の突起部と関連し、前記機体の移動が前記所定の警戒ゾーン内に位置する物体と衝突するという結果になるかどうかによって画定される方法。
