Claims (10)
- 可変容量を有し、かつ、負荷感知制御される第1ポンプ(40)と、
第1ポンプと関連付けられる第1油圧回路(36)と
可変容量を有し、かつ、電気油圧式に制御される第2ポンプ(58)と、
第2ポンプと関連付けられる第2油圧回路(38)と
第1油圧回路と第2油圧回路との間で流体フローを選択的に共有するように構成された流れ共有用弁装置(83)と
を備えた油圧システム(34)。 - 第1油圧回路が操舵回路であり、
第2油圧回路が器具回路である、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。 - 流れ共有用弁装置が、第2ポンプの変位がしきい位置にあるときのみ、第1油圧回路と第2油圧回路との間で流体フローを共有するように作動可能である、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。
- しきい位置が最大変位位置である、請求項3に記載の油圧システム。
- 流れ共有用弁装置が、第1油圧回路の圧力に基づいて、第1ポンプから第1油圧回路への流れ優先度を提供するように構成された優先弁(104)を含む、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。
- 流れ共有用弁装置が、より高い圧力を有する第1油圧回路および第2油圧回路の一方から第1ポンプへ負荷信号を向けるように構成されたレゾルバ(94)をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の油圧システム。
- 流れ共有用弁装置が、第1油圧回路から第2油圧回路への流体フローを選択的に許容および抑制するように作動可能な流れ制御弁(86)をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の油圧システム。
- 流れ制御弁が、
第1油圧回路から第2油圧回路への流体フローが抑制されかつレゾルバが低圧容器と流体連通する第1の位置と、第1油圧回路から第2油圧回路への流体フローが許容されかつレゾルバが第2油圧回路の圧力と流体連結する第2の位置との間で移動するようにパイロット作動される第1弁要素(90)と、
第1弁要素を移動させるためにパイロット流を選択的に向けるようにソレノイド作動される第2弁要素(88)と
含む、請求項7に記載の油圧システム。 - 操舵回路(36)と器具回路(38)との間で流体を共有する方法であって、
操舵回路内の圧力に基づいて操舵回路内の流体を加圧するステップと、
器具回路内の流体に関する操作者要求に基づいて器具回路内の流体を加圧するステップと
器具回路内の流体を加圧する最大能力に到達したことを決定するステップと、
決定に基づいて、操舵回路からの加圧流体を器具回路と選択的に共有するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 操舵回路からの余剰加圧流体だけが器具回路と共有される、請求項9に記載の方法。
