Abstract

Description

発明の詳細な説明
〔技術分野〕
本発明は、椎間融合を促進するための装置及び方法に関し、特に融合過程を促進するために隣接脊椎間に挿入され得る膨張可能な融合装置に関する。
〔背景技術〕
従来より、外傷又は老化のような種々の要因のために変質した椎間板に関連する痛みを取り扱うための一般的処置は、1つ又はそれ以上の隣接する背椎体を融合させるための椎間融合装置の使用である。一般的に、隣接する脊椎体を融合させるためには、椎間板が先ず部分的に又は完全に除去される。次いで、正常な椎間板空隙を維持し、かつ脊柱安定性を復元するために、典型的には椎間融合装置が隣接した脊椎間に挿入され、これによって、椎間融合を促進する。
椎間融合を達成するために、当該技術分野において多くの公知の従来の融合装置及び技術的方法がある。これらは、スクリュー及びロッド配列、固形骨移植片、並びに典型的には骨及び/又は骨成長誘発物質で充填されたケージ又は他の移植機構を含む融合装置などが挙げられる。これら装置は、脊椎体を一緒に融合するために、隣接する脊椎体間に移植されて、関連する痛みを軽減する。
しかしながら、公知の従来の融合装置及び技術的方法に関連した欠点がある。例えば、従来の融合装置を取り付けるための現行法は、融合装置の移植に先立って、病変した椎間空隙をその正常な又は健康な高さに復元するために、隣接する脊椎体が伸延される必要がしばしばある。この高さを維持するために、一旦融合装置が挿入されると、融合装置は、たいてい初めの伸延の高さよりも大きい高さに寸法を決定される。この高さにおける差が、外科医が融合装置を伸延された椎間空隙内に取付けることを困難にしている。
故に、伸延の高さを超えないような最小限の高さで椎間板空隙の内側に取付けられることが可能な融合装置、並びに移植の際に隣接する脊椎体間の正規距離を維持し得る融合装置が必要とされている。
〔発明の概要〕
代表的な実施形態では、本発明は、正規の椎間板空隙を維持しかつ脊柱安定性を復元するために、椎間板空隙の内側に取り付けられることが可能で、これによって椎間融合を促進する、膨張可能な融合装置を提供する。1つの実施形態では、融合装置は本体部分、第1のエンドプレート、並びに第2のエンドプレートを含む。第1及び第2のエンドプレートは、本体部分から離れた方向で膨張配置へと移動されることが可能であり、又は本体部分に向かって非膨張配置へと移動することが可能である。膨張可能な融合装置は、非膨張配置又は膨張配置で展開かつ設置されることが可能である。

〔好適な実施形態の詳細な説明〕
好適な実施形態の以下の説明は、単なる一例であって、本発明、その用途、又は使用を制限するものではない。
脊柱融合は、変質した椎間板構成物質の運動によって生じる痛みを取り除くために使用される。融合の成功の際には、融合装置は椎間板空隙内に永久的に固定される。図1を参照すると、膨張可能な融合装置10の代表的実施形態が、隣接する脊椎体2及び3の間で示されている。融合装置10が、据え付け位置で隣接する脊椎体2及び3のエンドプレート4及び5に係合して、正規の椎間板空隙を維持し、並びに脊柱安定性を復元して、これによって椎間融合を促進する。膨張可能な融合装置10は、チタン、ステンレス鋼、チタン合金、非チタン金属合金、ポリマー材料、プラスチック、プラスチック組成物、PEEK、セラミック及び弾性材料を含む多くの材料から製造され得る。
代表的な実施形態では、椎間融合を更に促進及び促進するために、骨移植片又は同様な骨成長誘発物質が、融合装置10の周囲及び内部に導入され得る。1つの実施形態の融合装置10は、融合装置を通ってかつその周辺で骨の成長を促進するために、骨移植片又は同様の骨成長誘発物質で充填されることが好ましい。そのような骨移植片は、融合装置の移植に先立って、それに続いて、又は融合装置の移植中に、隣接する脊椎体のエンドプレート間に充填されてもよい。

更に図3〜8を参照すると、代表的実施形態では、本体部分12は、第1の端部26、第2の端部28、第1の端部26と第2の端部を接続する第1の側部30、並びに第1の端部26と第2の端部28を接続する第2の側部32を含む。本体部分12は、第1のエンドプレート14の少なくとも一部分を受容するように寸法を決定された上端部34と、第2のエンドプレート16の少なくとも一部を受容するように寸法を決定された下端部36とを更に含む。
代表的な実施形態では、融合装置10の第1の端部26は、少なくとも1つの角度を持つ面38を含むが、複数の角度を持つ面を含むことも可能である。角度を持つ面は、融合装置10が椎間空隙に挿入される際に、隣接する脊椎体を引き離すように働き得る。別の好適な実施形態では、融合装置10が椎間空隙に挿入される際に、隣接する脊椎体を引き離すために一般的に楔形を形成する少なくとも2つの向かい合う傾斜面があることが考えられる。
代表的な実施形態では、本体部分12の第2の端部28は、ねじ切りを含んでもよい開口40を含む。別の代表的な実施形態では、開口40は、ねじ切りの代わりにラチェット歯を含んでもよい。開口40は、本体部分12の第2の端部28から本体部分12の中央開口42に向かって伸びている。1つの実施形態では、中央開口42は、並進部材18を受容するように寸法を決定されており、並びに開口40は、作動部材22をねじ込み式で受容するように寸法を決定されている。別の代表的実施形態では、開口40は、作動部材22をラチェット機構様式で受容するように寸法を決定されている。更に別の代表的実施形態では、第1の側部30及び第2の側部32は、本体部分12の第2の端部28に向かって設置された凹状部44をそれぞれ含む。凹状部44は、融合装置10の椎間空隙への挿入を補助する挿入器具(図示なし)を受容するように構成され、そのように寸法を決定されている。

1つの実施形態では、下部面48は、下部面48の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びる少なくとも1つの伸長部50を含む。図2及び4から理解されるように、代表的実施形態では、伸長部50は、エンドプレート14の各側部に沿う部分及びエンドプレート14の前方端部に沿う部分を含む下部面48の実質的な部分に沿って延びることができる。別の代表的実施形態では、伸長部50は、少なくとも1つのスロット52を含むが、図2から理解されるように、互いに向かい合うスロット52の2つのセットを含む任意の数のスロット52を含むことができる。スロット52は、ピン20を受容するよう構成され、そのように寸法を決定されており、並びに傾斜様式で配向されている。別の実施形態では、スロット52は、一般的に垂直な方向に配向されてもよい。
代表的実施形態では、伸長部50は、本体部分12の中央開口42内に受容されるように寸法を決定されている。図11〜12から理解されるように、第1のエンドプレートの下部面48は、代表的実施形態では、少なくとも1つの傾斜面54を更に含む。別の代表的実施形態では、2つの間隔を置いた傾斜面54,56がある。傾斜面54,56の勾配は、互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよいと考えられる。傾斜面54,56の勾配に変化をつけることの効果は、以下に説明される。
図2〜9を参照すると、1つの実施形態では、第1のエンドプレート14の上部面46は、エンドプレート14の上部面46が隣接する脊椎体2に係合し得るように、平坦かつ一般的に平面である。あるいは、図12に示されたように、隣接する脊椎体2との係合の度合いの多少の変化を可能にするために、上部面46は凸状又は凹状に曲げられ得る。上部面46は一般的に平面であり得るが、一般的に直線状傾斜面又は湾曲した傾斜面を含むことも考えられる。傾斜面は、前弯様式で隣接する脊椎体2との係合を可能にする。図2〜9に戻って参照すると、代表的実施形態では、上部面46は、隣接する脊椎体を握ることを補助するためのテクスチャリング58を含む。以下に限定されるものではないが、テクスチャリングは、歯、リッジ、摩擦増大要素、握り又は持ち上げ用突起を含むことができる。
図2及び10〜11を参照すると、代表的な実施形態では、並進部材18は、本体12の中央開口42内に受容されるように寸法を決定され、少なくとも1つの第1の膨張部60を含む。別の実施形態では、並進部材18は、第1の膨張部60と第2の膨張部62とを含み、膨張部60,62は、ブリッジ部68を経て一緒に接続されている。それぞれの膨張部がブリッジ部分によって接続されているような、2つ以上の膨張部があってもよいとも考えられる。膨張部60,62は、第1及び第2のエンドプレート14,16の傾斜面54,56に係合するように構成され、そのように寸法を決定され角度がつけられた面64,66をそれぞれ有する。代表的な実施形態では、並進部材18は、凹状部70,72を更に含み、凹状部70,72は、ピン20を受け取って保持するような寸法である。1つの実施形態では、膨張部60は、作動部材22の一部分を受容するように寸法を決定された開口74を含み、膨張部62は、並進部材18を本体部材12の中央開口42内に安定化させるために、第1の端部26の開口78内に受容される突出部76を含む。
代表的な実施形態では、作動部材22は、第1の端部80、第2の端部82、並びに第1の端部80から第2の端部82に向かってその少なくとも一部分に沿って延びているねじ切り84を有する。ねじ切り84は、本体部分12内の開口40の一部に沿って延びているねじ切りにねじ込み式で噛み合う。別の実施形態では、作動部材22は、ネジ切りの代わりにラチェット歯を含む。ラチェット歯は、本体部分12の開口40内の一致するラチェット歯に噛み合う。第1の端部80は、融合装置10の本体部分12に対して作動部材22を進行させることが可能である器具(図示なし)を受容するように寸法を決定されている凹状部86を含む。作動部材22の第2の端部82は、膨張部60の開口74内に受容される伸長部88を含む。1つの実施形態では、伸長部88は、複数個のスリットと1つのリップ部を含んでもよい。複数個のスリットは、伸長部88が開口74に受容される際に、その直径を減少させながら内方に曲がり得るようにする。一旦、伸長部88のリップ部が開口74の端部を超えて進行されると、伸長部88は、その本来の直径に戻り、並びにリップ部が膨張部60に係合するであろう。伸長部が内方に曲がることを防止して、これによって作動部材22が並進部材18から外れてしまうことを防止するために、ピン部材90が包含され得ることも考えられる。
代表的な実施形態では、融合装置10は、ロック機構24を更に含んでもよい。機構24は、作動部材22の回転を防止するよりはむしろ、作動部材22の回転に抵抗するようにデザインされている。代表的な実施形態では、変形可能なねじ切りが作動部材上に包含され得るか、又は変形可能な材料がねじ切りの中断部内にあるようにねじ切りの中断部が包含され得るかのいずれかである。変形可能な材料又は変形可能なねじ切りは、ニチノール又はPEEKのような変形可能な又は弾性の、生体適合性のある材料から作られ得ると考えられる。
ここで図1〜8及び10〜11を再び参照すると、膨張可能な融合装置10の取り付け方法がここで説明されている。融合装置10の挿入に先立って、椎間空隙が調製される。取り付けの1つの方法では、椎間板のその全体が除去されるような椎間板切除術が実行される。あるいは、椎間板の一部分のみが除去されてもよい。次いで、椎間空隙を横断して骨の成長を促進するために、露出した端部面を創り出すように、隣接する脊椎体2,3のエンドプレートが削り落とされる。膨張可能な融合装置10は、椎間空隙に導入される際には、非膨張配置にある。必要な場合、楔形の第1の端部26が、隣接する脊椎体2,3を引き離すことを補助するであろう。このことが、融合装置10の挿入に先立って、椎間空隙がほとんど引き離されない又は全く引き離されないことを有する選択を可能にする。別の代表的な方法では、融合装置10の挿入に先立って、椎間空隙が伸延されてもよい。椎間空隙の伸延は、より大きなアクセスを手術部位に提供することによって、椎間板の除去をより容易にすること、並びに脊椎体2,3のエンドプレートの削り取りをより容易にするというようないくつかの利点を提供する。
融合装置10が椎間板空隙内の適切な位置に挿入かつ設置されることによって、図1,4,6,8及び11から理解されるように、融合装置は次いで膨張配置へと膨張され得る。融合装置10を膨張させるために、器具が作動部材22の凹状部86に係合される。器具は、作動部材22を回転させるために用いられる。上述したように、作動部材22が本体部分12にねじ込み式で係合され、並びに並進部材18に係合されて、これによって、作動部材22が第1の方向で回転されるので、作動部材22及び並進部材18が、本体部分12の第1の端部16に向かって、本体部分12に対して移動する。別の代表的な実施形態では、作動部材22は、作動部材22及び並進部材18の動きを制御するための手段としてのラチェット歯係合を用いて直線方向で移動される。並進部材18が移動するに連れて、膨張部60,62の傾斜面64,66が、エンドプレート14,16の傾斜面54,55に対して押して、これによってエンドプレート14,16を膨張配置に向かって外側に押す。このことは、図10及び11で理解することができる。融合装置10の膨張は回転入力によって作動されるために、融合装置10の膨張は無限大である。言い換えれば、エンドプレート14,16は、作動部材22の回転性前進に依存して無限の数の高さに膨張され得る。上述したように、融合装置10は、エンドプレート14,16を所望の高さに保持することを補助するようなロック機構24を含む。
エンドプレート14,16の膨張は、傾斜面54,56,64,66の寸法での差に基づいて変化され得ることに注目するべきである。図13から理解されるように、エンドプレート14,16は、以下に示したいずれかの様式で膨張され得る。これらは直線的増大膨張、前弯膨張配置へのトグルに続く直線的増大膨張、又は前弯膨張配置へのフェーズオフ直線的増大である。
図1〜8及び10〜11を再び参照すると、融合装置10の取り付け後又は膨張後に再位置決め又は配置変更する必要がある場合に、融合装置10は非膨張配置の状態に戻すよう収縮され、再位置決めされ得、所望の配置が達成されれば、再度膨張され得る。融合装置10を収縮させるために、器具が作動部材22の凹状部86に係合される。器具は、作動部材22を回転させるために用いられる。上述したように、作動部材22が本体部分12にねじ込み式で係合され、並びに並進部材18に係合されて、これによって、作動部材22が、第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向で回転されるにつれて、作動部材22及び並進部材18が、本体部分12の第2の端部28に向かって、本体部分12に対して移動する。並進部材18が移動するにつれて、その一部分がスロット52内に位置しているピン20がスロット52に沿って乗り、それが非膨張配置に向かってエンドプレート14,16を内方に引っ張る。
図14を参照すると、融合装置10が人工エンドプレート100の代表的実施形態と共に示されている。融合装置10のエンドプレート14及び16が一般的に平面状である場合にも、人工エンドプレート100は、脊椎前弯の導入を可能にする。1つの実施形態では、人工エンドプレート100は、上部面102と下部面104とを有する。人工エンドプレート100の上部面102は、隣接する脊椎体に係合するための少なくとも1つのスパイク106を有する。下部面104は、融合装置10の上部エンドプレート14上と下部エンドプレート16上とのテクスチャリング又は係合形状部と係合するための相補的テクスチャリング又は係合形状部をその表面上に有する。代表的な実施形態では、脊椎前弯を達成するために、人工エンドプレート100の上部面102は、一般的に凸状形状を有し、下部面104は平行形状を有する。別の代表的実施形態では、融合装置10のエンドプレート14及び16が一般的に平面状である場合、融合装置10は、脊椎前弯を導入するために、ただ1つの人工エンドプレートと共に用いられ得る。人工エンドプレート100は、エンドプレート14又はエンドプレート16のいずれかにに係合し得て、2つの人工エンドプレート100に関して上述されたような同様な方法で機能し得る。
前述の説明は、椎間空隙内の単一の融合装置10を有するものとしてのみ説明されたが、1つ以上の融合装置10が椎間空隙内に挿入され得ることが意図される。それぞれの融合装置10は、完全に膨張した状態で最終的に取り付けられるべきではないことも意図される。むしろ、融合装置10の高さは、椎間板空隙内の融合装置10の位置に依存して、非膨張配置から膨張配置まで変化してもよい。
本発明はこのように説明されているが、本発明が様々な形に変更可能であり得ることは明白であろう。そのような変更は、本発明の精神や範囲から逸脱しているとみなされるべきではなく、当業者には明白なそのような修正は全て、添付の請求項の範囲内に含まれるものと意図されている。

Claims (20)

  1. 椎間移植部材であって、
    第1の端部、第2の端部、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部とを接続する第1の側部、並びに第1の端部と第2の端部とを接続する第2の側部とを含む本体部分であり、第1の端部、第2の端部、第1の側部並びに第2の側部が中央開口を画定している本体部分と、
    上側部、下側部、並びにエンドプレート前記下側部から前記中央開口に延びる伸長部を有する第1のエンドプレートと、
    上部側、下部側、並びにエンドプレート前記下側部から前記中央開口に延びる伸長部を有する第2エンドプレートと、
    少なくとも1つの膨張部を有する並進部材であり、前記並進部材の少なくとも一部分が前記中央開口内に受容される並進部材と、
    第1の端部、第2の端部、並びに前記膨張部によって受容される中央部を有する複数個のピンとを含む、椎間移植部材であり、
    前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートの前記伸長部が、前記ピンの前記第1の端部又は前記第2の端部を受容するための少なくとも1つのスロットを含み、
    前記並進部材の第1の方向の移動が、前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートを前記本体部分から離れる方向で移動させて、並びに前記並進部材の第2の方向の移動が、前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートを前記本体部分に向かう方向で移動させる、椎間移植部材。
  2. 前記第2の方向における前記並進部材の前記移動が、前記ピンを前記スロットに沿って移動させて、前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートを前記本体部分に向かって移動させる、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  3. 前記膨張部が第1の傾斜面及び第2の傾斜面を含み、前記第1のエンドプレート及び第2のエンドプレートの前記下部面が傾斜面を含み、前記並進部材が前記第1の方向に移動されるに伴って、前記膨張部の前記第1の傾斜面が、前記第1のエンドプレートの前記傾斜面に当接し、前記第2の傾斜面が、前記第2のエンドプレートの前記傾斜面に当接して、前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートが、前記本体部分から離れる方向に移動させる、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  4. 前記並進部材に接続された作動部材を更に含み、前記作動部材が、前記並進部材の少なくとも一部分に沿って配置されたねじ切りを有し、前記本体部分の前記第2の端部が、前記作動部材をねじ込み式で受容するためのねじ切りされた開口を含む、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  5. 前記作動部材の前記回転運動が、前記並進部材の一般的に直線状の移動を生じさせる、請求項4に記載の椎間移植部材。
  6. 前記作動部材がロック機構を含む、請求項4に記載の椎間移植部材。
  7. 前記上部エンドプレートが、前記上部面から前記下部面を通って延びている少なくとも1つの開口を有し、前記開口が前記中央開口と液体連結されている、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  8. 前記下部エンドプレートが、前記上部面から前記下部面を通って延びている少なくとも1つの開口を有し、前記開口が前記中央開口と液体連結されている、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  9. 前記上部エンドプレートの前記上部面が、以下の、歯、リッジ、摩擦増大因子、キール、グリップ用又はパーチェース用突起のテクスチャリングのいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  10. 前記下部エンドプレートの前記上部面が、以下の、歯、リッジ、摩擦増大因子、キール、グリップ用又はパーチェース用突起のテクスチャリングのいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  11. 前記並進部材が、少なくとも2つの膨張部を有する、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  12. それぞれの膨張部が、2つの傾斜面を有し、前記上部エンドプレート及び前記下部エンドプレートが、前記下部側から延びている少なくとも2つの傾斜面を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
  13. 前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートの前記伸長部が、それぞれ少なくとも2つのスロットを含む、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  14. 前記スロットが、一般的に傾斜した様式で延びる、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  15. 前記第1の側部及び前記第2の側部が、挿入器具を受容するために構成されかつ寸法を決定された凹状部を含む、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  16. 前記第1の端部が、少なくとも1つの角度をつけられた表面を含む、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  17. 前記移植部材が、第1の人工エンドプレート及び第2の人工エンドプレートを含み、前記人工エンドプレートが、それぞれ上部面及び下部面を有し、前記人工エンドプレートの前記上部面が、前記隣接する脊椎体に係合するための少なくとも1つのスパイクを有し、並びに前記人工エンドプレートの前記下部面が、前記上部エンドプレート及び前記下部エンドプレート上のテクスチャリング又は係合形状部に係合するための相補的テクスチャリング又は係合形状部を有し、脊椎前弯を達成するために、前記人工エンドプレートの前記上部面が一般的に凸状の形状を有し、並びに前記下部面が一般的に平行な形状を有する、請求項1に記載の椎間移植部材。
  18. 椎間移植部材を取り付ける方法であって、
    前記椎間移植部材が、第1の端部及び第2の端部を有し、前記第1の端部が先ず初めに前記椎間板空隙内に挿入されて、続いて前記第2の端部が挿入されるように、前記椎間移植部材を隣接する脊椎間に配置させることと、
    前記移植部材の作動部材を第1の方向に回転させることを含む方法であり、前記作動部材の前記回転が、前記移植部材の前記並進部材を第1の方向に移動させて、少なくとも1つの膨張部を有する前記並進部材が2つの傾斜面を有し、前記移植部材の上部エンドプレート及び下部エンドプレート上の傾斜面に当接しかつ押している前記傾斜面が、前記上部エンドプレート及び前記下部エンドプレートを前記本体部分から離れた方向から膨張配置に移動させる、椎間移植部材を取り付ける方法。
  19. 前記方法が、前記移植部材の作動部材を回転させることを更に含み、前記作動部材の前記回転が、前記移植部材の並進部材を第2の方向に移動させて、前記並進部材の前記膨張部が、その一部分が前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレート上に配置されたスロット内に配置されるピンを有し、前記並進部材の前記第2の方向における前記移動が、前記スロットに沿って前記ピンを移動させて、前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートを前記本体部分に向かって非膨張配置に移動させる、請求項18に記載の椎間移植部材を取り付ける方法。
  20. 膨張及び非膨張配置を有する椎間移植部材であって、
    少なくとも1つの角度がつけられた面を有する第1端部、ねじ切りされた開口を有する第2の端部、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部とを接続する第1の側部、並びに前記第1の端部と第2の端部とを接続する第2の側部を有する本体部分であり、前記第1の端部、第2の端部、第1の側部本体部分並びに第2の側部が中央開口を画定している本体部分と、
    上側部、下側部、並びに少なくとも2つの傾斜的に配向されたスロットを有する第1のエンドプレートであり、前記伸長部が前記下側部から前記中央開口に延びるような第1のエンドプレートと、
    上側部、下側部、並びに少なくとも2つの傾斜的に配向されたスロットを有する第2のエンドプレートであり、前記伸長部が前記下側部から前記中央開口に延びるような第2のエンドプレートと、
    少なくとも2つの伸長部を有する並進部材であり、前記並進部材の少なくとも一部分が、前記中央開口内に受容される並進部材と、
    複数個のピンであり、前記ピンが第1の端部、第2の端部、並びに中央部分を有し、前記中央部分が前記膨張部によって受容され、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部が、前記スロットによって受容される複数個のピンと、
    前記並進部材に接続された作動部材であり、前記作動部材が、前記並進部材の少なくとも一部分に沿って配置されたねじ切りを有し、前記ねじ切りされた開口が前記作動部材をねじ込み式に受容するような作動部材とを含む移植部材であり、
    前記並進部材の第1の方向の移動が、前記第1のエンドプレートと前記第2のエンドプレートを、前記本体部分から離れた方向に移動させて、並びに前記並進部材の第2の方向における前記移動が、前記第1のエンドプレートと前記第2のエンドプレートを、前記本体部分に向かう方向に移動させて、
    前記膨張部が、第1の傾斜面及び第2の傾斜面をそれぞれ含み、並びに前記第1のエンドプレート及び前記第2のエンドプレートの前記下部面が、それぞれ傾斜面を含み、前記並進部材が前記第1の方向に移動されるのと同時に、前記膨張部の前記第1の傾斜面が、前記第1のエンドプレートの前記傾斜面に当接し、並びに前記第2の傾斜面が前記第1のエンドプレートの前記傾斜面に当接して、これが前記第1のエンドプレートと前記第2のエンドプレートを前記本体部分から離れた方向に移動させて、
    並びに前記並進部材の前記第2の方向における前記移動が、前記ピンを前記スロットに沿って移動させて、このことが前記第1のエンドプレートと前記第2のエンドプレートを、前記本体部分に向かう方向の移動を生じさせる、椎間移植部材。
