Abstract
【構成】リリーフ流入部2とバルブ通路部3と凹み部4とリリーフ孔51を有するオイル排出部5とからなるリリーフハウジングAと、第1太径部61と第2太径部62との間に細径部63を有するリリーフバルブ6と、リリーフバルブ6をリリーフ流入部2側に弾性付勢するスプリング7とからなること。凹み部4はオイル排出部5よりもリリーフ流入部2側に近い位置に形成され、凹み部4の軸方向長さはリリーフバルブ6の第1太径部61の軸方向長さより大きく形成され、凹み部4とリリーフ孔51との軸方向最短距離は細径部63の軸方向長さより小さく形成されてなること。

Claims (4)
- リリーフ流入部とバルブ通路部と凹み部とリリーフ孔を有するオイル排出部とからなるリリーフハウジングと、第1太径部と第2太径部との間に細径部を有するリリーフバルブと、該リリーフバルブを前記リリーフ流入部側に弾性付勢するスプリングとからなり、前記凹み部は前記オイル排出部よりも前記リリーフ流入部側に近い位置に形成され、前記凹み部の軸方向長さは前記リリーフバルブの第1太径部の軸方向長さより大きく形成され、前記凹み部と前記リリーフ孔との軸方向最短距離は前記細径部の軸方向長さより小さく形成されてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプのリリーフ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記凹み部は前記バルブ通路部の手前側に形成された主凹部と、該主凹部に対して前記バルブ通路部を挟んだ反対側に形成された副凹部とから形成され、前記主凹部と前記副凹部とは直線状に形成されてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプのリリーフ装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記凹み部は軸方向に長い細長孔として形成されてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプのリリーフ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記凹み部の幅方向寸法は、前記バルブ通路部の直径よりも小さくされてなることを特徴とするオイルポンプのリリーフ装置。
