Abstract

Description
本発明は、手術用ポートアセンブリに関する。本発明のポートアセンブリは、全面的に臍部を介する腹腔鏡手術等の低侵襲外科手術において特に有用である。
腹部の腹腔鏡手術は、従来の(開腹)手術よりも胆嚢の腹腔鏡下摘出の利益が明白になった1980年代後半において普及した。術後の回復期間の短縮、術後疼痛および創傷感染の顕著な減少、ならびに整容性評価の改善は、腹腔鏡手術に関して十分に確立された利益であり、これは、主に、体腔壁のより小さな切開を利用して手術を行なう腹腔鏡外科医の能力から引き出される。
ポートアセンブリの本体は、漏斗形状を有し得る。この場合、管状部材は、その先端部において漏斗形状に取り付けられる。漏斗形状は、円形、楕円形、卵形、または他の断面を有し得る円錐台であり得る。

該本体部材に取り付け可能あり、かつ複数のカニューレを担持するカニューレユニットと
を備える、手術用ポートアセンブリ。
