Claims (12)
- 静電フィルタであって、少なくともほぼ円形の横断面の区分を備えたハウジングが設けられており、該区分が、粒子を案内するガス流を前記横断面に対して直角な長手方向(L)に導通させるために働き、ハウジング内に多数の集塵プレートが配置されており、該集塵プレートが、互いに平行に向けられて、長手方向に延びる複数の通路を形成しており、該通路のうちの少なくとも幾つかの通路内に、それぞれ少なくとも1つの電極フレーム(1)が配置されており、該電極フレーム(1)が、細長い多数の電極(8)を備えており、該電極(8)に高電圧を印加することにより、ガス流内で案内された粒子が集塵プレート上に分離されるようになっている形式の静電フィルタにおいて、前記電極(8)が、電極フレーム(1)に設けられた支持ビーム(3)にのみ位置固定されていることを特徴とする静電フィルタ。
- 前記電極(8)が、支持ビーム(3)を起点として下方へも上方へも突出している、請求項1記載の静電フィルタ。
- 前記電極(8)が、少なくとも鉛直方向の向きで自己支持性を持って形状剛性的に形成されている、請求項1または2記載の静電フィルタ。
- 前記電極(8)が、管形放電極として、四角形横断面を有する電極として、または十字形の横断面を有する電極として形成されている、請求項3記載の静電フィルタ。
- 電極フレーム(1)が、支持ビーム(3)の他に、少なくとも1つの別の補剛ビーム(5)を有しており、該補剛ビーム(5)に特に前記電極が案内されており、ただし前記電極は該補剛ビーム(5)に位置固定はされていない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の静電フィルタ。
- 電極フレーム(1)の少なくとも幾つかの電極フレーム(1)が、ハウジングのほぼ円形の横断面におけるその位置に関連した、互いに異なる高さを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の静電フィルタ。
- 支持ビーム(3)が、高さ方向(H)でそれぞれハウジングの上端部および下端部からの間隔として、ハウジング横断面の直径の少なくとも1/4、特に少なくとも1/3に相当する間隔を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の静電フィルタ。
- 支持ビーム(3)が、電極フレーム(1)の槌打ちロッドとして形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の静電フィルタ。
- 多数の電極フレーム(1)の支持ビーム(3)が、長手方向で相前後して配置された少なくとも2つの、特に正確に2つのクロスメンバ(2)の間に延びていて、該クロスメンバ(2)によって保持されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の静電フィルタ。
- クロスメンバ(2)が、電気的な絶縁体(7)を介してハウジング内に取り付けられている、請求項9記載の静電フィルタ。
- クロスメンバ(2)が、それぞれハウジングの補強リングに懸吊されている、請求項10記載の静電フィルタ。
- 電極フレーム(1)のうちの少なくとも2つの電極フレーム(1)が、自由浮動式の位置固定用横桁(9)を介して横方向で互いに結合されており、特に長手方向(L)で見て集塵プレートのフィールドの手前および/または背後で結合されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の静電フィルタ。
