Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのポンプヘッド(1)をポンプハウジング(2)の内部に配備したホモジナイザーまたは高圧ポンプの膜式ポンプヘッド(1)であり、さらに、製品の入口(20)および出口(7)を備えた製品チャンバ(3)と、作動するピストン(9)が内部に配置された流体圧作動チャンバ(4)とを含み、製品チャンバ(3)および流体圧作動チャンバ(4)が二重の膜(5)によって隔離された膜式ポンプヘッド(1)であって、ピストン(9)の長手方向に対して15〜75゜の角度に膜(5)が配向されたことを特徴とする膜式ポンプヘッド(1)。
- ピストン(9)の長手方向に対して45゜の角度に膜(5)が配向されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜式ポンプヘッド(1)。
- 複数のポンプハウジング(2)がポンプブロック(18)を形成し、ポンプブロック(18)はタイロッド(19)によって一体部材として保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜式ポンプヘッド(1)。
- 膜(5)が熱可塑性材料で作られたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜式ポンプヘッド(1)。
- 膜(5)がポリテトラフルオロエチレンで作られたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の膜式ポンプヘッド(1)。
- 膜(5)が金属で作られたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜式ポンプヘッド(1)。
