Description
Claims (36)
- 基板と、前記基板上に施与された、すべり層材料からなる少なくとも1つの層とを有するすべり要素において、
前記すべり層材料が、少なくとも1種類の架橋性バインダーもしくは少なくとも1種類の高融点熱可塑樹脂材料を有する1種類のすべりコーティング材から、または
少なくとも1種類の高融点熱可塑樹脂材料もしくは少なくとも1種類の熱硬化樹脂材料のマトリクスを有する1種類の材料からなること、および
前記すべり層材料がFe2O3を含むことを特徴とするすべり要素。 - すべりコーティング材の架橋性バインダーが、PAI、PI、エポキシ樹脂、PBIおよび/またはシリコーン樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のすべり要素。
- 前記バインダーが、紫外線により硬化するバインダーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のすべり要素。
- 前記高融点熱可塑樹脂材料が、ポリアリレート、PEEK、および/またはPESからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のすべり要素。
- 前記熱硬化樹脂材料が、PAI、PI、エポキシ樹脂、PBI、および/またはシリコーン樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料の総量に対するFe2O3の割合が、0.1〜15体積%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料総量に対するFe2O3の割合が、0.5〜8体積%であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のすべり要素。
- Fe2O3が、0.01〜5μmの平均粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料が、30体積%以下の割合の固体潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料が、5体積%以上、30体積%以下の割合の固体潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のすべり要素。
- 固体潤滑剤が、層構造を有する金属硫化物、黒鉛、六方晶系窒化ホウ素、および/またはPTFEであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料が、5体積%以下の割合の硬質材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料が、3〜5体積%の割合の硬質材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のすべり要素。
- 硬質材料が、窒化物、炭化物、ホウ化物、酸化物、および/または金属粉末であることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載のすべり要素。
- 硬質材料が、SiC、Si3N4、B4C3、立方晶系BN、TiO2またはSiO2であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のすべり要素。
- 金属粉末が、Ag、Pb、Au、Sn、Biおよび/またはCuからなることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料からなる2つの層が、基板上に施与されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 下層中のFe2O3含有量が上層中のFe2O3含有量より高いことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のすべり要素。
- 前記基板上に、Fe2O3を含むすべり層材料の1つの層およびFe2O3を含まないすべり層材料の1つの層からなる2層が施与されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 下層がFe2O3を含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層材料からなる層が3層以上、基板上に施与されること、および、
前記Fe2O3割合が最下層から最上層に向かって減少することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。 - 層内のFe2O3割合が下から上に向かって連続的に減少することを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 基板が、Al−合金またはCu−合金からなる少なくとも1つの層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 前記1つまたは複数の層の厚さが1〜40μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜23のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり軸受け要素が直径100mm以下の軸受け胴であること、および
前記1つまたは複数の層の厚さが5〜15μmであることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載のすべり要素。 - すべり要素が100mmを超える直径を有する軸受け胴であること、および
前記1つまたは複数の層の厚さが15μm以上、40μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載のすべり要素。 - 基板が従来のすべり層を含み、該すべり層上に前記すべり層材料が塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜26のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- すべり層が、電着またはスパッタリングされたすべり層であることを特徴とする、請求項27に記載のすべり要素。
- 基板が軸受け金属層を含み、前記金属層上にすべり層材料が塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜26のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 基板が、ニッケル、銀、銅、および/または鉄からなる中間層を含み、前記中間層上にすべり層材料が塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜26のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 基板が、1〜10μmの粗さRZを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜30のいずれか一つに記載のすべり要素。
- 流体潤滑用途のための、請求項1に記載のすべり要素の使用。
- 燃焼機関中のすべり軸受けとしての、請求項1に記載のすべり要素の使用。
- クランク軸のすべり軸受けとしての、請求項1に記載のすべり要素の使用。
- ピストンリングとしての、請求項1に記載のすべり要素の使用。
- ピストンスカート(Kolbenhemd)としての、請求項1に記載のすべり要素の使用。
