Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- マンモグラフィー又は他の医療用撮像のためのX線撮像法であって、撮像すべき対象物をX線撮像装置のX線源(13)と画像検出器(15)との間のエリア内に対象物位置決め手段(16、17)によって位置決めし、撮像プロセス中、前記X線源(13)を前記対象物の位置に対して動かし、前記対象物が該対象物の位置に対して前記X線源(13)の複数の異なる位置で照射される、マンモグラフィー又は他の医療用撮像のためのX線撮像法において、前記撮像プロセス中、前記X線源(13)を連続的に動かし、前記対象物を複数回の短い照射期間中に照射し、一照射期間中、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動かすことを特徴とする、X線撮像法。
- 初めの照射期間の前、かつ/又は任意の回数の次の照射期間の合間、すなわち、前記対象物が照射されていない期間中、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を、前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動かす場合の方向とは逆の方向に動かすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動いている照射期間の後に、かつ、少なくとも1回の次の照射期間の前に、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を少なくとも実質的にその初期位置に、すなわち、少なくとも実質的に前記前の照射期間の開始時のその位置に戻すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記撮像プロセスは、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動く複数回の照射期間を含み、そのような照射期間の次の各非照射期間中、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を少なくとも実質的に、そのような前の照射期間の開始時のその位置に戻すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 照射期間中の前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)の動きは、該対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を回転させること又は該対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を直線的に動かすことを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記撮像プロセス中の、乳房に対する前記X線源(13)の両極端の位置は、数十度の断層角度をなすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記X線源(13)の全体的な動きは、垂直線に対して又は前記対象物の中心に対して対称であるようになされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記検出器(15)の動きは、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)の動きに従うようになされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)は、前記撮像プロセスの期間中に前記対象物を間で圧迫する圧迫板(16、17)を含み、かつ/又は、伸張手段(30、31)が、前記固定手段(16、17)/前記圧迫板(16、17)間に乳房組織を引き伸ばすのに使用されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 照射期間中、前記X線源13を、前記対象物の組織特性に応じて、タングステン陽極を含むX線管について約35kV〜45kV及び約5mAs又は約30kV〜34kV及び10mAs〜13mAsの撮像パラメーター値を用いることによって操作することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- 前記X線撮像法は約11回〜15回の照射期間を含み、かつ/又は、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が一照射期間中に動く距離と前記撮像プロセスの総体的な断層角度との間の比が1/10未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像法。
- マンモグラフィー又は他の医療用撮像のためのX線撮像装置であって、本体部(11)と、該本体部(11)に配置されているX線源(13)及び画像検出器(15)と、並びに、該X線源(13)と該画像検出器(15)との間のエリア内に、対象物を位置決めするように構成された手段(16、17)とを備え、前記X線源(13)は、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)の位置に対して可動に構成され、該装置は、該装置の動作を制御するように構成された制御システムをさらに備える、X線撮像装置において、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)は可動に構成され、該対象物位置決め手段(16、17)及び前記X線源(13)の動きは電動式になされ、前記X線源の動作は、撮像プロセス中、該X線源(13)が連続的に動き、乳房が複数回の短い照射期間中に照射され、かつ、照射期間中、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動くよう、前記制御システムによって制御されることを特徴とする、X線撮像装置。
- 前記制御システムは、初めの照射期間の前、かつ/又は任意の回数の次の照射期間の合間、すなわち、前記乳房が照射されていない期間中、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を、前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動く場合の方向とは逆の方向に動かすよう、前記装置の動作を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記制御システムは、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動いている照射期間の後に、かつ、少なくとも1回の次の照射期間の前に、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が少なくとも実質的にその初期位置に、すなわち、少なくとも実質的に前記前の照射期間の開始時のその位置に戻るよう、前記装置の動作を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記制御システムは、撮像前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が前記X線源(13)の動きに同期するように動く複数回の照射期間があり、そのような照射期間の次の各非照射期間中、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)を少なくとも実質的に、そのような前の照射期間の開始時のその位置に戻すよう、前記装置の動作を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記制御システムは、前記放射線源(13)及び前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)が一照射期間中に例えば約0.5mm〜2mm直線的に動くよう、前記装置の動作を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記検出器(15)は、前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)の動きに従って動くように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記対象物位置決め手段(16、17)は、前記撮像プロセスの期間中に前記乳房を間で圧迫する圧迫板(16、17)を含み、かつ/又は、伸張手段(30、31)が、前記固定手段(16、17)/前記圧迫板(16、17)間に乳房組織を引っ張るように前記装置に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像装置。
