Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、遮断ボディが、長手方向に対して平行に配置された波形パイプを用いて弁ハウジングと結合されており、その場合に遮断ボディは、波形パイプのばね作用によって弁座上の方向に付勢されている。たとえば、スケール除去ノズルのための使用。

Claims (15)
- 弁ハウジング、遮断ボディ(30,74)および弁座(26,72)を有し、その場合に遮断ボディ(30,74)が少なくとも弁ハウジングの長手方向に移動可能に配置されている、スプレーノズル用の逆止め弁において、
遮断ボディ(30,74)が、長手軸に対して平行に配置された波形パイプ(32,76)を用いて弁ハウジングと結合されており、その場合に遮断ボディ(30,74)が、波形パイプ(32,76)のばね作用によって弁座(26,72)上の方向へ付勢されている、ことを特徴とするスプレーノズル用の逆止め弁。 - 少なくとも逆止め弁の開放された状態において、波形パイプ(32,76)が、その径方向内部に位置する内側においても、その径方向外部に位置する外側においても、圧力下にある、スプレーすべき流体を供給されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の逆止め弁。
- 波形パイプ(76)の内部に案内パイプ(78)が設けられており、その場合に案内パイプ(78)が、逆止め弁を通る流体通路の一部を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の逆止め弁。
- 案内パイプ(78)が、一方の端部において遮断ボディ(74)と堅固に結合されており、他方の端部においては、弁ハウジングに対して摺動可能に支承されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の逆止め弁。
- 遮断ボディ(30,74)が、貫流方向に見て、波形パイプ(76)の上流に位置する端部に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の逆止め弁。
- 弁座(26,72)が弁座ディスク(24,68)に設けられており、弁座ディスクが逆止め弁の流体通路内へ挿入されており、かつ、少なくとも1つの通過通路(28,102)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の逆止め弁。
- 少なくとも1つの通過通路(28,102)が弁座ディスク(24,68)内の透孔および/または溝によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の逆止め弁。
- 弁座(72)が、流線ボディ(70)の一部である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の逆止め弁。
- 遮断ボディ(74)が、リング形状に形成されており、かつ、流線ボディ(70)が遮断ボディを通って延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の逆止め弁。
- 流線ボディ(70)が弁座(72)の領域内で流れ方向に細くなって、弁座(72)の下流で再び拡幅する、ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の逆止め弁。
- 流線ボディ(70)が弁座(72)の下流に配置された拡幅部(96)に連続して再び尖端部(100)まで細くなる、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の逆止め弁。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の逆止め弁を有する、供給導管内へ差し込むための、フィルタを有するノズルパイプ。
- 波形パイプ(76)の内部に、案内パイプ(78)が設けられており、かつ弁座(72)が流線ボディ(70)の一部であって、かつ、案内パイプ(78)内で流線ボディ(70)の下流に、ビーム整え部材(88)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のノズルパイプ。
- ビーム整え部材(34,88)が、複数の流れ案内面(52,102)を有しており、流れ案内面が、ビーム整え部材(34,88)の中心長手軸(36,80)へ向って径方向に延びており、その場合に中心長手軸(36,80)を直接包囲する領域には、組込み部材が設けられていない、ことを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のノズルパイプ。
- ビーム整え部材(34,88)の下流に、一定の横断面を有する流体通路(38)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12〜14の何れか一項に記載のノズルパイプ。
